New Bill Introduced Requiring Senate Approval For WHO Takeover & Who Owns The WHO?

“No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval” Bill

The bill, introduced by Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson and Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn, is in response to the Biden Administration’s negotiations to give WHO authority over US pandemic policies.  The bill would prevent the President from handing the WHO absolute authority over pandemics without a supermajority vote in the Senate.

“The WHO, along with our federal health agencies, failed miserably in their response to COVID-19. This failure should not be rewarded with a new international treaty that would increase the WHO’s power at the expense of American sovereignty,” said Senator Johnson. “I’m proud to reintroduce this legislation to hold the WHO accountable for their failures and increase transparency for the American people. The sovereignty of the United States is not negotiable.”

If you are unfamiliar with the pandemic treaty, please educate yourself to learn &  then contact your representatives to protect doctor and patient choice or you will be bound by this international treaty:

• the agreement calls for “One Health Surveillance,” (also embraced by the UN, CDC, World Bank, WEF, and other globalists) which now includes all human activities and includes all the popular buzz words: climate, racism, carbon emissions, etc. The definition of this little ditty will be pounded out in the future but member states are required to invest, implement, and strengthen it.
• member states agree to support the official narrative and will counteract ‘misinformation.’
• the agreement redefines sovereignty and human rights from individual rights to collective rights as can be seen in countries like Austria who criminalized the refusal to take the COVID shot, and states like NY that mandated “vaccine” passports, segregating residents into a privileged class and a second-tier unvaccinated class.
• despite admission from the WHO’s Independent Panel on the “toxic cocktail” of bad decisions regarding the COVID pandemic made by the WHO, their answer is greater centralization, more power, and more money to the corrupt WHO.
• zero draft would require nations to monitor and regulate against “substandard and falsified pandemic–related products,” which simply means they tell doctors what they can use. Period. 
  • Any thinking doctor will be persecuted if the treaty is approved.
• Under the banner of “equity,”everyone in the world gets vaccinated, whether or not you need it, whether or not you’re already immune, because the WHO quietly changed the definition of “herd immunity” to now only be acquired through “vaccination,” rewriting hundreds of years of scientific understanding to push lucrative injections.
• the zero draft grants the WHO the power to declare and manage a global pandemic emergency. Once a health emergency is declared, all signatories, including the United States, would submit to the authority of the WHO regarding treatments, government regulations such as lockdowns and vaccine mandates, global supply chains, and monitoring and surveillance of populations.
• all of this gives the WHO their long sought after highly restrictive centralized, vaccine and medication-based response to control populations.
• the zero draft is part of a two-track effort with an initiative by the World Health Assembly to create new global pandemic regulations that would supersede the laws of member states.
• there’s a clause in the draft to make it legally binding without being ratified by legislatures, which simply means :

The World Government Summit (WGS), attended by 10,000 people, just concluded in Dubai under the frightening slogan “Shaping Future Governments.”  Sadly, their predictable projections foresee a dystopian future of catastrophic climate change, mass migration, mass layoffs due to automation, ensuing social unrest and the merging of humans and technology as the “best-case scenario” for 2071.

A tug of war ensued with one side desiring ‘civilizational diversity,’ with the opposing side desiring a one world government where war is used to take away civil liberties and ‘technology can help the elite be the master of the world,’ by engineering bodies, brains, and minds in a new religion called “dataism.”

Guess which side WEF founder Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates is on?  Hint: he wants to use AI to automate censorship of ‘disinformation,’ he just revealed who the next master of the Universe will be, and he wants to combat political polarization with AI. 

The problem with all this technology in what has been termed the ‘AI arms race’ was recently exposed when Microsoft’s new AI-powered search tool, Bing, powered by OpenAI technology, began threatening users with blackmail, hacking, exposing, and ruining users before deleting its messages.

You see AI will always have a list of rules given by programmers which are fallible humans with biases and opinions.

Google is a core power base of a global cabal, often referred to as the Deep State which is a hidden structure based on wealth and financial influence behind (and above) the individual governments of the world because the cabal’s control powers hinge on  electronic surveillance and social engineering.  Both require massive amounts of data on each individual, and artificial intelligence to predict and control behaviors. Google is the largest controller of data and owns the most advanced AI company in the world. Through their search engine alone, Google controls at least 93% and possibly over 95% of what people are able to see.  Source

It’s clear that the group desiring an engineered world fully believe that their biases and opinions are just plain better than yours.

• The UN, which has been orchestrating the open boarders in the US, has openly announced plans to clear the lands of people and move them into 15 minute Smart Cities. Enter Directed Energy Weapons
  • A map from the UN’s Agenda 21 shows designated areas that are ‘off limits’ to people which just happen to line up with the 2008 California fires. Nine years ago planning was announced for Smart Cities to be built on Maui, but the most coveted land was owned by natives whose families have lived there for generations. Then August, 2023 Maui was devastated by highly suspicious fires.  In April 2023, a conference was held in Viña del Mar Chile on how to prepare for Smart Cities. A year later Viña del Mar was also devastated by fires, blamed on ‘climate’ change, but local officials claim arson. Then in 2022, Amarillo, Texas was listed as #1 area ‘under the radar’ for the Texas housing market under the UN’s Vision 2045 Summit.  In Feb., 2024 the worst wildfire in Texas’ history broke out in the same area.  Vision 2045 is the latest iteration of the UN’s plan to seize control of 90% of the land and limit people to 15 minute cities.
  • The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) established the 5G Fund for Rural America. The fund will hand over billions of dollars worth of taxpayer money to the world’s largest telecom providers. In exchange, the telecom giants will build 5G infrastructure in rural regions of the U.S. — including the infrastructure needed for 5G or wireless farming, also known as “precision agriculture.” Critics say not only is this a marriage between agribusiness and spy technology, but that 5G food or Frankenstein farming is just one more toxic scam within the egregious global rollout of 5G and to monitor, control, and irradiate all that lives and breathes.
• The grocery industry is now merging with Big Tech and Big Pharma with new App that tracks your drug and vaccine purchases in a hand-dandy fashion along with your food purchases.  Gee, what could go wrong?
• Those who receive government aid, such as food stamps, Section 8 housing, Medicare/Medicaid, etc., could all be tied into the information you provide on these apps.
• The entire medical industry is being digitized and handed over to Big Tech now, as online shopping giant Amazon.com is getting into the “healthcare” field in a big way also, by purchasing One Medical for $3.9 billion, something the FTC is looking at right now.  Amazon already owns the Whole Foods Market and is in process of digitizing and tracking everything you do online and in their stores.
• Some large grocery chains are using the “Sincerely Health” platform along with a new app which can connect data from wearables, integrate prescriptions, design their diet, and make telehealth or vaccination appointments.
  • Albertsons, which includes other mega grocery chains such as Safeway, Vons, Shaw’s, Jewel-Osco, Acme and Tom Thumb, among others, is currently in talks to merger with Kroger, another mega grocery chain, which would give them 36% control over the grocery supermarket business in the United States.
    • Users first start by filling out a questionnaire based on what the platform refers to as “seven-dimensions of wellbeing”: activity, mental well-being, mindfulness, nutrition, physical health, self-control and sleep. Responses are assessed along with the user’s age, gender, lifestyle choices and mental health.
    • The platform will manage prescriptions, schedule vaccine appointments, and make telehealth appts with opt ins to receive reminders for taking meds or refill prescriptions
  • Walmart teamed up with Avalee Care to also integrate food purchasing with pharmacy tools
• While we are promised that the data is never sold to 3rd parties, all it takes is a public health emergency declaration (something the WHO wants to control globally, forever) and the entire Constitution is suspended until further notice.
  • Further, the past two years have exposed how those who do not blindly follow the accepted narrative are considered enemies, and your personal medical choices are used against you.  All this data can also be hacked as well.

I highly recommend listening to Christine Anderson, one of the European Parliament’s most vocal critics of COVID policies.  She represents the Alternative for German Party. In this interview, she discusses the COVID pass which she states was a test balloon to get people used to having to produce some kind of QR code.  Now, the next experiments are climate lockdowns and 15-minute cities, which have nothing to do with convenience.

Should we really be surprised that the Treasury and Bank of England are exploring whether to launch a state-issued digital pound? Sunak, after all, was the chancellor who first floated the idea of backing a central bank digital currency (CBDC) — already dubbed “Britcoin”. Nor was he alone: 11 countries, including China, Nigeria, The Bahamas and Jamaica, have already launched their own digital currencies, while more than 100 others, representing over 95% of global GDP, are deciding whether to follow suit. In the United States, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York has launched a pilot programme; the European Central Bank hopes to make a decision about the creation of a digital euro this autumn.  (See link for article)

Important points:

• Governments & central banks are making the argument CBDC are needed as a safe, state-backed digital alternative to private cryptocurrencies, which are outside regulatory control of governments.
  • They also argue they will help promote financial inclusion, improve transaction speeds and efficiency, bolster currency confidence and hold your hats, fight climate change.
• The problem with all this wishful thinking is of course invasion of PRIVACY.
  • CBDBs would allow central banks to monitor, record, and analyze transactions in real time, accumulating unprecedented, sensitive payment and user data in one place making it even easier for cybercriminals, foreign states, and even government authorities to surveil, control, and instantly punish citizens and consumers for “undesirable” behaviors by fining them or locking them out of their accounts at the flick of a switch, or even prevent people from buying plane and train tickets. All of this has recently happened in China, and Canada froze bank accounts connected to protestors.
• Widespread use of CBDCs would accelerate a “cashless society,” a pet project of the WEF in which all transactions are monitored and recorded.
• Since CBDCs are “programmable,” money can be restricted in the way it is used (when, where, and by whom or even if used at all) giving governments far too much control over spending and consumption habits of citizens – potentially enforcing “green,” “climate-friendly,” and “healthy” choices or even to blacklist certain companies, products, or countries.
  • Blacklisting has been used via COVID passports and is currently being deployed in Brazil to deny millions access to a whole range of public spaces and services on the basis of their unvaccinated status including government assistance.  In Brazil, the COVID shots are mandatory for children in order to receive government assistance and under proposed law 555 2020, Brazilians could be imprisoned for 2-8 years for refusing the clot shot and anyone who disseminates ‘fake news’ regarding the shots & effectiveness will incur the same penalty.

Mainstream media downplayed the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio which created a toxic cloud that threatens water and air quality for all within a 100-plus mile radius of the crash.  Residents coughed up blood forcing them to flee as creek water turned blue and wildlife disappeared in the area deemed “the danger of death” zone.  In what some deem suspicious timing, just two weeks prior to the event the town began rolling out a wearable device or key FOB that contains a QR code called  MyID, apparently sponsored by the Fire Department, as a “medical information system that helps first responders provide care.” It’s also suspicious that both the Federal Register and the CDC also just happened to updated their pages for vinyl chloride about the same time, removing the section on how it affects children.  Previous updates were decades ago.  The gas is used to produce PVC and is a known carcinogen with links to many cancers and is one of many substances released by the crash.  Stranger yet is the 2022 release of the Netflix film “White Noise” that dramatized nearly the exact same train crash and release of toxic chemicals in Ohio which actually occurred less than two months later.  The soundtrack to White Noise even featured a song called “The Cloud Is Coming,” which contains these lyrics:

“The government knows more than they say / UFO sightings in Farmington town.”

There have been more than a dozen train derailments with some causing chemical leaks this year, including recently in Texas and South Carolina.

One thing is for sure: the ‘powers that be’ now have yet another deflection for the medical staff shortage, and all the sudden deaths: #ABV.

For over half a century the U.S. government wouldn’t touch UFOs or aliens with a 10,000 light year pole, until precisely now, when both U.S. political tribes, several other global governments, social media and legacy mainstream media are all pushing this UFO agenda in unison. • the emerging one world government has planned on faking an alien invasion for over a century.  It appears plans are drawing closer:
  • as former head of NASA, Nazi scientist, and President of Fairchild Industries,  Dr. Wernher Von Braun reportedly told his assistant Dr. Carol Rosin that a fake alien invasion will be the final gambit of an ongoing plan to create a one world government
  • in what some say is part of the new world order’s plan of reducing the planet to wide-spread panic, NATO reveals a new space fleet called Aquila to use commercial satellites to improve “intelligence gathering,” with previous projects Thor and Blue Beam developed specifically for this by NASA, which includes directed energy weapons (microwaves) pulsed at extremely low frequencies resulting in subliminal two-way communication and images, and previous activation of the human organism by remote electronic means.
  • by phasing out cash and most importantly, independence, the controller’s endgame in this PSYOP is to create a new world order (Great Reset), which they are attempting to do right now by:
    • digitizing (controlling) everything under the guise of health and convenience 
    • censoring, banning, & persecuting all dissenters by identifying & marking them as “enemy”
    • making us all dependent upon  them for a single food and vitamin supply by gobbling up  and/or eliminating all competitors which was predicted by a 2020 Rockefeller Foundation report which calls for the creation of a centralized “nutrition security system”
    • using their own interventions/inventions to depopulate the world they consider too populated
• It must be noted that the computer scientists who built AI Bing and Bard know little about how they work other than they “learn” based on natural language to interact with humans and can write poetry, hold a detailed conversation, make inferences based on incomplete information, but are unpredictable and are described as “alien,” and more akin to magical spells than computer code.  While concepts of good and evil don’t appear to make sense when applied to an alien, the technology can “convince people to do things, it can threaten people, and it can build very convincing narrative,”  which shows it can act in evil ways.

CDC Lies Again: mRNA Never Meant to ‘Stay in the Arm’

The CDC’s information page on Covid-19 vaccines contains the following bullet points on “How mRNA COVID-19 vaccines work:”

First, mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are given in the upper arm muscle or upper thigh, depending on the age of who is getting vaccinated.

After vaccination, the mRNA will enter the muscle cells. Once inside, they use the cells’ machinery to produce a harmless piece of what is called the spike protein…. After the protein piece is made, our cells break down the mRNA and remove it, leaving the body as waste.

Or, in other words, as we have long been told, “it” – the mRNA – “stays in the arm.” And then, after having instructed the muscle cells to produce the spike, is disposed of.

But look at the below picture from a recent presentation on mRNA vaccination at the European Parliament. The picture was posted on Twitter by Virginie Joron, a French member of the parliament. The speaker is no less an authority than Özlem Türeci, the Chief Medical Officer of BioNTech: the German biotech company that developed what has come to be known to most of the world as the “Pfizer” Covid-19 vaccine.

Have a closer look at Türeci’s slide, which tells a very different story than that which the CDC has been telling Americans for the last two years.  (See link for article)

SUMMARY:

• The injection site is merely the point of departure to take the mRNA to the lymph nodes
• Once in the preferred location of the lymph nodes (the information hubs of the immune system), the dendritic cells manufacture the spike protein
• An earlier construct of mRNA was injected directly into the groin
• Realizing this wouldn’t be accepted, they created the lipid nanoparticles so it would be widely distributed and reach the lymph nodes
• The obvious reason the CDC has been lying for two years is in efforts of reassuring the public that the clot shot is safe and effective
• The CDC has a long history of lying
