AAPS Announces Support for Physician Who is to Be Imprisoned for Making a Speech in the Capitol

Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) announces its support for emergency physician and founder of America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) Simone Gold, M.D., J.D.,who  has been sentenced by Judge Christopher (“Casey”) Cooper to 60 days in federal prison, a year’s supervised release, and a fine of $9,500, the largest fine ever imposed on Capitol demonstrators, for the misdemeanor charge of entering a restricted building on Jan 6.

Dr. Gold was in Washington, D.C., by invitation to speak about COVID-19 at a Rally for Health Freedom on the East side of the Capitol. After all the speeches were canceled without explanation, she entered the Capitol building along with a crowd, and attempted to deliver her message there while a police officer stood by without objecting.

AFLDS explained the events of Jan 6 and the subsequent armed invasion to arrest Dr. Gold at her California home in a press statement. The Judge disagreed with Dr. Gold’s portrayal of her conduct as peaceful, in lengthy harsh comments during the sentencing. The facts of the situation were not adjudicated at a trial because Dr. Gold had agreed to a plea bargain.

Dr. Gold’s license to practice medicine is threatened because of alleged “misinformation” about COVID-19 early treatment and vaccination. The president of the Medical Board of California, attorney Kristina D. Lawson, wrote a letter to Judge Cooper prior to sentencing, alluding to a popular AFLDS video: “Doc Tracy, Physician Investigator: ‘Lawson’s Hunt.’”

“Dr. Gold put her professional life on the line in her efforts to provide extensive, life-saving information about early out-patient treatment of COVID-19 and adverse effects of mRNA vaccines,” stated AAPS executive director Jane Orient, M.D. “She made reasonable assumptions that are apparently no longer correct about freedom of speech and assembly, and equal application of the law.”

“This should concern every American,” Dr. Orient said. “Also, those who are defining ‘misinformation’ about COVID need to answer: ‘How many of the million Americans who reportedly died from COVID had received inexpensive early treatment, and how many were denied access to such treatment?’”

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) is a national organization representing physicians in all specialties since 1943. Its motto is omnia pro aegroto (everything for the patient).

CDC Refuses to Post the Fix to Its Mask Study

We have published many rigorous and trustworthy high-quality evidence pieces across the last two years to show that the COVID lockdowns, school closures, face masks, and mask mandates were ineffective and even harmful in terms of curbing infection and deaths (see here, here, here). A very recent Johns Hopkins review by Herby et al. did an exemplary job at reviewing the evidence and declaring what we have always stated, this being that lockdowns had no impact on mortality.

“Lockdowns in the spring of 2020 had little to no effect on COVID-19 mortality…lockdowns during the initial phase of the COVID-19 pandemic have had devastating effects. They have contributed to reducing economic activity, raising unemployment, reducing schooling, causing political unrest, contributing to domestic violence, loss of life quality, and the undermining of liberal democracy. These costs to society must be compared to the benefits of lockdowns, which our meta-analysis has shown are little to none.”

We have shown the ineffectiveness of the COVID vaccines, and particularly the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines. We showed you conclusively about the superiority of natural innate and acquired-adaptive immunity over vaccinal immunity. We have written repeatedly about the dehumanization and indignity of the compulsory virus control policies including where the ZERO-COVID movement and polices were devastating failures. We even tied the COVID lockdowns and facial masks to the mass shootings we are now seeing exploding across the US.

Jeffrey Tucker’s piece on the loss of moral clarity is stunningly brilliant in sensitizing us to what could happen when already vulnerable persons are further isolated and dehumanized and all decision-making ripped from them, as was done to us during the heights of the COVID lockdown lunacy. We even wrote about the corruption of public health agencies such as the World Health Organization and their role in the COVID disasters globally.

Now I challenge the CDC directly and its Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky to do the right thing by publishing new research by Chandra and Høeg (LANCET) that debunks their (CDC’s) recent mask study that is being used as a key study driving mask policy today. They have a unique moment to show some leadership and to understand much better research methods than the pseudoscience the CDC puts out on a routine basis.

Don’t hold your breath. 

A few points about the flawed but heavily used and cited CDC mask study:

  • Causation can not be concluded from an ecological mask study
  • Children up to age 18 were classified as pediatric
  • The research methods were poor
  • Data was not parsed out by age-bands as 17 & 18 year olds are not the same as 5-10 year olds
  • It was an observational study
  • It was plagued by selection bias
  • It could not control for all the key potential confounding factors
  • There was no mention of statistical adjustment for “vaccine” status or prior infection

The CDC doesn’t update or change anything unless it suits their vested interests.  Every time they up Lyme numbers there’s a new “vaccine” in the works.  Every. Single. Time. It’s getting old.  Rather than focus efforts on early diagnostics and effective treatments, the efforts remain, per usual, on a “magic bullet” cure-all vaccine which historically has only further served to maim patients.  The reason?  “Vaccines” are the cash-cow every researcher hopes to land.  They know that researching tests and effective treatments are not big money-makers, and will certainly not give them the power and prestige they desire in the cut-throat world of competitive research vying for government grants doled out by none other than Dr. Fauci, aka Dr. Evil.

More Misinformation From CDC’s Walensky

While Twitter has suspended and permanently blocked numerous individuals for posting so-called “misinformation” concerning COVID-19 vaccines, it has not done so to “health” authorities – those who arguably should be held to an even higher standard – when they blatantly share inaccurate information.
On June 18, 2022, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky posted a tweet with a video of herself discussing the CDC’s recent recommendation of the COVID-19 shots for children under 5. In the video, Dr. Walensky made the following two claims:
  • “We now know based on rigorous scientific review that the vaccines available here in the United States can be used safely and effectively in children under 5.”
  • “We have taken another important step together on our fight against COVID-19 by making safe and effective vaccines available for our little ones.”
But as Dr. Walensky should certainly be aware, in issuing Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs), the FDA has not (under its ridiculously low standards) made a finding that these vaccines are “safe and effective.” Instead, the grant of an EUA means only that the FDA has determined
“it is reasonable to believe that [each vaccine] may be effective” and that “it is reasonable to conclude, based on the totality of scientific evidence available, that the known and potential benefits of [each vaccine] outweigh the known and potential risks of the vaccine.”
By claiming – two separate times – that these vaccines are “safe and effective,” Dr. Walensky is misleading the public by suggesting these vaccines have met the legal standard required for licensure.
Worse yet, because her tweet is “descriptive printed matter” that is both advertising and promoting Pfizer’s and Moderna’s vaccines, the tweet itself is in violation of both EUAs issued to these companies because it does not “clearly and conspicuously” contain the required disclaimer that these products have not yet been licensed as safe and effective by the FDA.
ICAN, through its attorneys, has sent Dr. Walensky a formal letter demanding that she immediately remove the misleading tweet and we will keep you posted on the CDC’s response.

I just read a report titled “Fauci says he’s ‘example’ for COVID-19 vaccinations” published in The SeattleTimes

The report stated “He (you) began experiencing virus symptoms on June 14 and tested positive a day later. He was prescribed the anti-viral drug paxlovid, which has proven to be highly effective at preventing serious illness and death from COVID-19, on June 15.”

As a pathologist, I am raising the following questions:

1. How do you know your illness was due to COVID-19, not “summer flu”, such as Lyme diseasewith transient spirochetemia? Was your June 15 SARS-CoV-2 specimen verified by Sanger sequencing? If not, there may be a 42% false-positive rate in your test result, as I found and reported here https://www.preprints.org/manuscript/202204.0091/v1

New amino acid mutations in the NTD of the S gene affect the immunoreactivity of the spike protein, which may explain why you got the breakthrough infection even fully vaccinated.

Abstract:

Operation Warp Speed brought to market in the United States two mRNA vaccines, produced by Pfizer and Moderna. Interim data suggested high efficacy for both of these vaccines, which helped legitimize Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the FDA. However, the exceptionally rapid movement of these vaccines through controlled trials and into mass deployment raises multiple safety concerns. In this review we first describe the technology underlying these vaccines in detail. We then review both components of and the intended biological response to these vaccines, including production of the spike protein itself, and their potential relationship to a wide range of both acute and long–term induced pathologies, such as blood disorders, neurodegenerative diseases and autoimmune diseases. Among these potential induced pathologies, we discuss the relevance of prion–protein–related amino acid sequences within the spike protein. We also present a brief review of studies supporting the potential for spike protein “shedding”, transmission of the protein from a vaccinated to an unvaccinated person, resulting in symptoms induced in the latter. We finish by addressing a common point of debate, namely, whether or not these vaccines could modify the DNA of those receiving the vaccination. While there are no studies demonstrating definitively that this is happening, we provide a plausible scenario, supported by previously established pathways for transformation and transport of genetic material, whereby injected mRNA could ultimately be incorporated into germ cell DNA for transgenerational transmission. We conclude with our recommendations regarding surveillance that will help to clarify the long–term effects of these experimental drugs and allow us to better assess the true risk/benefit ratio of these novel technologies.

FDA, CDC Lying About Vax Deaths & Injuries

PostedMichigan State University Economics Professor Mark Skidmore is an expert in public finance and policy evaluation.  About this time last year, Dr. Skidmore identified a public policy to withhold lifesaving CV19 drugs such as hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) that cost at least 100,000 needless deaths.  Skidmore is out with a new report that says at least 1.4 million have been killed or seriously injured, so far, from the CV19 injections.  Dr. Skidmore contends the FDA and CDC are covering up serious danger and harm being done to people.  Dr. Skidmore explains:

“We need actual scientific studies, but we are not getting them. . . . If the FDA and CDC are only claiming 9 fatalities from the (CV19) vaccine, then clearly that is not the truth.  The Pfizer documents show that (1,200 vax deaths reported to Pfizer early on).  The DOD data shows that.  The VAERS data shows that.  Then I have my survey (with about 300,000 vax deaths) that adds to this growing evidence.  Then you look at all the soccer players, and the rate of collapses and fatalities among professional soccer players is four times anything we have ever seen before.  The Orange County, California, school district is now requiring a heart examination, including an EKG in order to participate in athletics.  Why does a 17-year-old healthy person need an EKG?”

Please remember that according to a FOIA request, the CDC has admitted it never monitored VAERS for COVID injection safety signals.  Director of the CDC, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, also admits health officials relied too heavily on ‘vaccines’ as a cure-all for COVID and then promptly blames ‘vaccine’ makers for not warning the agency that the shots would be less effective against variants.  She also admits that the science is far from being ‘settled’ and is ‘gray instead of black and white’, despite the narrative told to the public for the past two years that the science IS settled and that the COVID jabs are safe and effective.

SUMMARY:

  • People who watched a family member or friend have an adverse reaction or death are highly unlikely to get the shot.
  • The government states 76% of the population are “vaccinated,” while Skidmore’s study shows it’s closer to 50%.
  • Skidmore reminds the reader that this isn’t a “vaccine” but is gene therapy and the definition of what a vaccine is was purposely changed to accommodate this ongoing experiment.

Dr. Skidmore’s new cutting-edge original work is called “How Many People Died from the Covid-19 Inoculations?”

Executive Summary

This paper examines potential fatalities and injuries from the Covid-19 inoculation using an online “Covid-19 Health Experiences Survey” administered to a representative sample of the US population. The sample is composed of 3,000 respondents balanced on age, gender, and income to the extent possible. The survey was administered in December 2021, collecting information regarding respondents’ experiences with the Covid-19 illness and the Covid-19 inoculations as well as Covid-19 health experiences within respondents’ social circles. The survey also collected respondent economic and demographic information. Using these data, I find the following:

Covid-19 inoculation-related fatalities:

  • Assuming that all the respondents who know somebody who they believe died from the inoculation actually died from the inoculation, estimated fatalities are about 308,000.

  • Subtracting out those who may have died regardless of inoculation yields an estimated 294,000 inoculation-induced fatalities. This is an initial first pass estimate—more evaluation is needed.

Shame on the CDC, Walensky, Fauci, and all those that have mislead the public and are only now making concessions right before mid-term elections (where all 435 seats in the House of Representatives and 35 of 100 seats in the Senate will be contested) when the information has been available for a long, long time. Don’t let these snakes dupe you and never forget what they did and continue to do.
