Lets just remind the reader that now the EMA, the FDA and Health Canada have acknowledged that SV40 promoters are in fact in the vaccine. Despite some of them accusing us of lab contamination, they now can see the sequence in the data Pfizer gave them. They only decided to look 3 years later after a few billion doses.

What is the Mystery ORF in Green on the opposite strand of Spike? Why was this ORF never disclosed despite the WHO and FDA regulation claiming all ORFs need to be identified? This seems like a major omission as FDA can’t claim this is of no consequence if regulations demand all ORFs be disclosed.

That Mystery ORF’s closest hits is to a protein involved in silk. These silk proteins have many amyloidogenic domains.

I guess we will have to comb through Mass Spec data to see if any of these reverse strand mystery ORFs turn into proteins.We shouldn’t have to do this. We have a failure to disclose by Pfizer of an ORF involved in silk, collagen and fibroin. Mysterious clots are getting pulled from patients arteries.

Pfizer falsified their Western blots. The shots are vastly contaminated with far more than just cancer causing Green monkey cells (SV40).  Adverse events & deaths are off the charts, including IgG4 class switches which tells the immune system to ignore the toxic Spike protein as though it were an allergen. I recently did an interview with Reinette Senum, during which she asked me if I would help with furthering the investigation of “Spider Silk” found in Jamestown, California, suspected to come from geoengineering operations. Kathryn Saari had already done Infrared Spectra for Qualitative Analysis. The conclusion was that this is natural spider webs.

Polymers have been sprayed via geoengineering operations for decades. I have shown multiple previous examinations of similar white environmental filaments. Optically they absolutely do not look like spider webs for they are much thicker and more durable. The above conclusion that this is “natural spider silk” is unsatisfactory to me.

However spider silk is a polymer has been deployed and developed since 2002 Nexia Delivers Recombinant Spider Silk by a Canadian Biotechnology company, Nexia.  The method to produce the silk fibres was developed by Nexia in conjunction with the US Army Soldier Biological Chemical Command (SBCCOM). SBCCOM’s Natick Soldier Center has been working with Nexia under a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) since May 1999.

Nexia was later sold to PharmAthene, Inc, a privately held biotechnology company focused on the development of biodefense therapeutics.

I will discuss the very revealing use of spider silk proteins, which are polyamides, the same proteins that we found creating the rubbery clots in humans in detail in another post.  (See link for article)

    • Graphene oxide disrupts the immune system, causes blood clots and inflammation, blocks detox pathways, is magnetic, can be activated via 5G, passes the blood, brain, barrier, and is a chemical warfare agent, created by Dr. Mylo Canderian, Ph.D. in 2015.

COVID Magic Explained: American Domestic Bioterrorism Program Legally Transforms Us All into Slaves

Katherine Watt has painstakingly chronicled what I’ve now termed “COVID magic,”  or the continued ability for madness to reign in spite of all logic, science, and reality.  Her article documents the critical decay began around 1983 (which is also close to the beginning of the Lyme/MSIDS timeline, also ruled by ‘magic’) when the ‘public health emergencies’ section was added to the 1944 Public Health Service Act.

In short:

The basic goal of the architects, which has been achieved, was to set up legal conditions in which all governing power in the United States could be automatically transferred from the citizens and the three Constitutional branches into the two hands of the Health and Human Services Secretary, effective at the moment the HHS Secretary himself declared a public health emergency, legally transforming free citizens into enslaved subjects.

Congress and US Presidents legalized and funded the overthrow of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. government and the American people, through a massive domestic bioterrorism program relabeled as a public health program, conducted by the HHS Secretary and Secretary of Defense on behalf of the World Health Organization and its financial backers.

It’s all documented by Watts, which was no small feat.

OVERVIEW

I started looking closely at the legal architecture supporting the Covid national prison panopticon on Jan. 30, 2022, after hearing Attorney Todd Callender’s interview, which provided information about the American domestic legal framework; how it fit with the oddly-coordinated pandemic story told by governments worldwide; and how it relates to the World Health Organization International Health Regulations of 2005 at the center.

I wrote up the interview:

Prior to that day, I’d spent a lot of time, with increasing confusion and alarm and despair, trying to figure out why the U.S. Constitutional legal system hadn’t put a stop to the nonsense as its nonsensicality became obvious to so many people.

Why did it continue, with no end in sight, and not even a glimpse of a path to the end?

Since then, as I’ve dug into Callender’s analysis following the supporting paper trails, I’ve learned why, and how.

Study: Non-Live Vaccines Increase Risk of All-Cause Mortality & Autopsy Shows COVID Shot Induced Myocarditis

Vaccines Could Impact Mortality and Risks of Other Diseases: Study

A recent review found non-live vaccines tend to increase a person’s risks of all-cause mortality, as well.

Apart from potentially preventing a particular disease, vaccines may cause persistent nonspecific effects that can affect a person’s lifetime survival.

In a review published on Dec. 26 in Vaccine, researchers found that non-live vaccines like influenza, COVID-19, hepatitis B, and diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTaP) tend to cause adverse nonspecific effects (NSE), increasing a person’s risks of all-cause mortality and the potential risk of infections from diseases they are meant to protect against.

A live vaccine contains a weakened form of the pathogen, which is less virulent but capable of replicating in the body, thus mimicking the actual disease progression. Non-live vaccines use inactivated viruses, fragments, or genes of the pathogen to trigger an immune response without pathogen replication.

Live vaccines elicit a much stronger immune defense, typically requiring only one shot, while non-live vaccines result in a weaker response, often necessitating multiple shots.

So far, research has identified several non-live vaccines that cause adverse nonspecific effects, namely DTaP and Tdap, influenza H1N1, malaria, hepatitis B, inactivated polio, and COVID mRNA vaccines.

Important points:

  • The innate immune system can be trained as it learns from its previous battles.
  • The article quotes an author of the study (Dr. Christine Stabell Benn) who states that while non-live vaccines cause negative NSEs, administering a live vaccine after a non-live one neutralizes negative NSEs. She uses studies evaluating measles vaccine safety for this rationale and the fact that when the measles vaccine is given after the DTP, there is an overall positive effect, whereas if the order is reversed there is a negative effect.
  • Demonstrating that girls are at a greater risk of adverse nonspecific effects:  Girls who took the DTaP vaccine had a 50 percent higher risk of dying than boys who got it. Compared to girls who were DTaP-unvaccinated, vaccinated girls’ risk of dying was over 2.5 times higher.
  • Benn states substituting live vaccines with non-live vaccines poses a risk to general immunity as it becomes less trained and “lazy.”
  • Benn believes that the “risk of getting the real disease with the live vaccines has been seen as a bigger threat than I think it deserves.”  (I completely disagree with this as well as the continued insistence that everyone should be vaccinated)
  • Benn’s research has been largely unacknowledged by academia.  She feels this is due to the fact that it shows some vaccines may sometimes be harmful.
  • Benn argues further that these live vaccines are no longer patented, making them very cheap to make.
  • Immunologists now largely agree that some vaccines cause nonspecific effects, but how these effects should be quantified remains controversial.  (Tell that to the CDC, FDA, and NIH!)
  • At the end of the article Benn mentions that live vaccines may induce the actual disease they were intended to eradicate.  (Polio and measles come to mind).  Go here to learn important history rarely mentioned today.
  • COVID vaccines are associated with adverse events due to the presence of highly toxic spike proteins, which studies now link to long COVID and vaccine injuries.
In the medical textbook “The Immune Response,” the authors wrote that, in isolated cases, live viral strains administered to individuals can regain virulence, causing disease in recipients. Additionally, there is a risk of contamination with other viral strains during manufacturing.

**Comment**

No matter how you cut it, vaccines can be and are dangerous to many people and there are some people who should NEVER be vaccinated.  For some reason this idea is no longer accepted, when it used to be a simple tenant of medicine that was respected by most doctors and laypeople alike.  The fact it is no longer respected says something about the current state of affairs that once again, ‘the powers that be’ are controlling globally every, single person on planet earth by putting us all in a four-cornered box despite the implications.
The continued denial of vaccine harm is hurting untold numbers of people.  In a perfect example of this, the FDA just violated agency guidelines by promoting the illogic off-label use of COVID shots to treat long COVID when research has shown they can cause it.

Despite not having randomized trial data, The American College of Cardiology gave an unprecedented position statement on COVID, which is outside their field, published the ACC Expert Consensus Decision Pathway on Cardiovascular Sequelae of COVID-19 in Adults that stated
“The ACC has long supported vaccination as a vital protective measure against dangerous illness and for personal and community health. There is no question that the benefits of COVID-19 vaccination generally outweigh the risks.”
They must now eat their own words.

Autopsy findings in cases of fatal COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis

COVID-19 vaccines have been linked to myocarditis, which, in some circumstances, can be fatal. This systematic review aims to investigate potential causal links between COVID-19 vaccines and death from myocarditis using post-mortem analysis. We per-formed a systematic review of all published autopsy reports involving COVID-19 vaccination-induced myocarditis through 3July 2023. All autopsy studies that include COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis as a possible cause of death were included. Causality in each case was assessed by three independent physicians with cardiac pathology experience and expertise. We initially identified 1691 studies and, after screening for our inclusion criteria, included 14 papers that contained 28 autopsy cases. The cardiovascular system was the only organ system affected in 26 cases. In two cases, myocarditis was characterized as a consequence from multisystem inflammatory syndrome. The mean age of death was 44.4 years old. The mean and median number of days from last COVID-19 vaccination until death were 6.2 and 3 days, respectively. We established that all 28 deaths were most likely causally linked to COVID-19 vaccination by independent review of the clinical information presented in each paper. The temporal relationship, internal and external consistency seen among cases in this review with known COVID-19vaccine-induced myocarditis, its pathobiological mechanisms, and related excess death, complemented with autopsy confirmation, independent adjudication, and application of the Bradford Hill criteria to the overall epidemiology of vaccine myocarditis, suggests that there is a high likelihood of a causal link between COVID-19 vaccines and death from myocarditis.

**UPDATE**

There is now an obvious concern about receiving a blood transfusion using COVID ‘vaccinated’ blood.  This article based on a Twitter post relays an important patient case of a COVID ‘vaxxed’ blood transfusion causing blood clotting and pericarditis.  Another unfortunate example of this is the death of a baby who died of blood clots after the hospital gave him a blood transfusion using “vaccinated” blood against the parents’ wishes. The hospital somehow managed to “lose” the specially donated unvaccinated blood by a family friend, so have an advocate with you if you are in the hospital.

Similarly to the redacted pages and blind refusal to admit the injections are even causing widespread blood and heart problems, researchers are carefully toeing the narrative by stooping so low as to compare the potential for life-altering health issues to a historical example of denying blood based upon race (the old race card).  There is quite a difference between the two when you consider the potential life-altering damage or even death from COVID ‘vaxxed’ blood. It’s simply easier to call it all ‘misinformation.’

Fauci Finally Admits Social Distancing Not Based on ‘Science’ & Twitter Suppressed Tweets For the ‘Thought Control’ Plan

Recently at the Select Subcommittee on the COVID ‘Pandemic,’ Dr. Fauci developed selective amnesia when asked questions that pointed out his hypocrisy, frustrating many representatives.  In fact, there were over 100 or so “I don’t recall’, or “I don’t remember’ answers.  He did seem to finally acknowledge that the ‘6 foot’ social distancing recommendation promoted by federal health ‘officials’ was likely not based on any data.

For those paying attention, COVID magic sort of appeared everywhere in the past 4 years.

Now, former NIH head Francis Collins is admitting that the origin of COVID is not settled and that there is NO SCIENCE to support social-distancing guidance used during the pandmic.

Fauci also acknowledged that the “lab-leak hypothesis is not a conspiracy theory” despite stating repeatedly that he “strongly” believed it was a natural occurrence, leading mainstream media and ‘authorities’ to also call it a natural occurrence over and over in 2020 and vilifying anyone who stated otherwise – even going as far labeling anyone questioning the narrative as “racist” and “misinformed.”  There was an orchestrated smear campaign against health experts who created a saner more scientific approach to the ‘pandemic’ called The Great Barrington Declaration.

It is now widely known that the article in Nature on the origin of COVID clearly shows scientific misconduct by deliberately distorting results.  It should be retracted.  Fauci and Collins have also been exposed for using their power to silence scientists.

The admission that there isn’t any evidence for social distancing has been made now by both Fauci and former NIH head Francis Collins.

But, will the public take note?

I highly doubt they will admit that face masks, lockdowns, and “vaccine” mandates had little to no science behind them, didn’t work either and actually caused more damage than good.  Hospitals in five states have all brought back the ineffective, divisive, oxygen depriving face diapers.  Schools and businesses remained closed based upon these absurd guidelines which were disputed by both research studies and other health officials, but truth be damned. 

The narrative held, and continues to hold.  Why?

My questions are rhetorical because I already know the answer.  Absolutely nothing will change because the amalgamation of corporations & the government is on purpose to skirt the law so people can be controlled.  It’s called corporate fascism or corporatism where the government uses corporations and corporations in turn use the government.  It’s a nice, cozy arrangement for everyone but the average citizen.

American officials viciously demonized ordinary people and now we are supposed to simply forget it all.

Examining the Dynamics of COVID-19 Misinformation: Social Media Trends, Vaccine Discourse, and Public Sentiment

Abstract

Introduction: COVID-19, known as coronavirus disease, has prompted a global reevaluation of societal norms. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared it a worldwide Public Health Emergency on January 30, 2020. Subsequently, governments and pharmaceutical firms developed vaccines, such as mRNA options from Pfizer and Moderna, alongside viral vector alternatives to combat the escalating COVID-19 case tally. Extensive inquiry was directed toward assessing vaccine efficiency. Nonetheless, vaccine discourse has surged across social media, prominently involving the anti-vaxxer community. This faction’s hesitancy, rooted in reservations about efficacy, potential side effects, and conspiracy notions, contributes to an ongoing dialogue.

Objective: This investigation delves into social media’s role in proliferating COVID-19 misinformation, utilizing tools like Python, Excel, and external resources to craft data visuals that elucidate trends influencing misinformation dissemination and its hypothetical ties to elevated COVID-19 cases. Scrutiny of Twitter trends illuminates the prevalence of the hashtag #covidvaccine, although the platform curbs anti-vaccine hashtags.

Result: Analysis of sentiment across 207,006 tweets reveals a prevailing positive sentiment toward COVID-19 vaccines, coexisting with lingering skepticism. Google trends reflect increased anti-vaccine ideology queries, notably post-FDA vaccine approval in December 2020, indicating public doubt.

Conclusion: While limitations encompass data granularity, geographic origins of false tweets, bot account quantification on Twitter, and comprehensive digital resources, this study pioneers reference for forthcoming investigations. Its objective is to mitigate the diffusion of misinformation.

In the screen shot of the conclusions by Dr. McCullough, which reads differently than the conclusion above, it states:

“Once the hashtags were blocked, the spread of misinformation lowered, and more people started to get the ‘vaccine.'”

and

“This also highlights the fact that there is a presence of public mistrust toward the vaccine.”

Similar to how one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, one man’s misinformation is another man’s truth. It is now widely known that the COVID gene therapy injections do nothing they were advertised to do, and that they have caused more adverse reactions and death than another other vaccine in the history of VAERS, and are the most contaminated products still on the market, still being peddled despite all logic, data, and science.

Repeated calls to stop the shots have gone unheeded.

The researcher’s misuse of the term “misinformation” in this paper should be duly noted and corrected.

But there’s a bigger reason for COVID magic

A lawsuit was just dismissed by the Appellate Division court over the NY state executive order to permit the building and use of federal quarantine camps, which have also been built elsewhere (Nebraska). Of course they are not named that, but that is precisely what they are. The court did not touch the merit of the case but ruled that the plaintiffs do not have standing to sue.  Evidently, only someone forcibly locked in their home against their will, or ripped from their home and thrown into a detention center has the right to sue.  All of the judges are appointed by the governor who created this heinous quarantine regulation that the case has now paved the way for Hochul and DOH to reissue this tyrannical regulation where the DOH can pull you from your home and life with the force of police & hold you anywhere they want for as long as they want.  The good news is there is a plan for an appeal, where you can contribute as the attorney handling the case has been doing it pro bono for the past two years.

While the weight of propaganda appears to have eased up a little in recent months, evidence shows there’s much more to come.

Documents received by investigative journalists Michael Shellenberger, Alex Gutentag and Matt Taibbi from an anonymous but “highly credible” whistleblower reveals new details on how the U.S. censorship-industrial complex — a network of more than 100 government agencies, private firms, academia and nonprofits — polices and criminalizes “wrong-think.”1

Explosive Revelations

The new cache of documents, referred to as the “CTIL files,” which refers to the Cyber Threat Intelligence League, were released by the three journalists in late November 2023.

“A whistleblower has come forward with an explosive new trove of documents, rivaling or exceeding the Twitter Files and Facebook Files in scale and importance,” the trio wrote on their Substack, “Public.”2

“They describe the activities of an ‘anti-disinformation’ group called the Cyber Threat Intelligence League, or CTIL, that officially began as the volunteer project of data scientists and defense and intelligence veterans but whose tactics over time appear to have been absorbed into multiple official projects, including those of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The CTI League documents offer the missing link answers to key questions not addressed in the Twitter Files and Facebook Files. Combined, they offer a comprehensive picture of the birth of the ‘anti-disinformation’ sector, or what we have called the Censorship Industrial Complex.”

The documents describe how the modern digital censorship programs were created, and the various roles of the military, U.S. intelligence agencies, civil society organizations and commercial media.

They also describe the methods and techniques used, such as the creation and use of sock puppet accounts to spy on and steer online discussions and propagate desired narratives, the discrediting of dissenters, and the intentional weaponization of the financial industry against the same.

According to the whistleblower, CTIL was also involved in the creation of a counter-disinformation project to “prevent a repeat of 2016,” a reference to Brexit and Donald Trump’s surprise election win — two situations in which the democratic processes actually won out.

As noted by Jimmy Dore in the video above, this was not about preventing the circulation of false information. It was to ensure that no political outsider will ever be able to get into the Oval Office again. The instruction to prevent a repeat of 2016 was a direct call to undermine, if not eliminate, the process of free and fair elections.

Importantly, the documents admit that censorship efforts against Americans must be done by partners in the private sector, because the government doesn’t have the “legal authority” to do so.

The CTIL

The new cache of documents and videos reveal that 2019 was a pivotal year for the censorship-industrial complex. According to Public,3 that’s when “U.S. and U.K. military and intelligence contractors led by a former U.K. defense researcher, Sara-Jayne ‘SJ’ Terp, developed the sweeping censorship framework.”

These contractors became co-leaders of the CTIL, the original founders of which included a former Israeli intelligence official, Ohad Zaidenberg, Microsoft security manager Nate Warfield, Chris Mills, another Microsoft security officer, and Marc Rogers, the head of security operations for the hackers convention, DEF CON.

According to media articles,4 these highly skilled and in-demand professionals made the altruistic decision to volunteer their services to help billion-dollar hospitals with their cybersecurity, free of charge, no strings attached. It wasn’t a credible cover story then, and it sure hasn’t aged any better.

Within one month of the CTIL’s founding in March 2020, this supposedly all-volunteer group had grown to 1,400 “by invitation only” members in 76 countries and officially partnered with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Information Security Agency (CISA). As reported by Public:5

“The CTIL framework and the public-private model are the seeds of what both the US and UK would put into place in 2020 and 2021, including masking censorship within cybersecurity institutions and counter-disinformation agendas; a heavy focus on stopping disfavored narratives, not just wrong facts; and pressuring social media platforms to take down information or take other actions to prevent content from going viral.”

Parallel Censorship Agendas

In the spring of 2020, CISA also created the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP) — a consortium made up by the Stanford Internet Observatory (SIO), the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab, and Graphika (a social media analytics company) — and outsourced what would otherwise be illegal and unconstitutional censorship to it.

During the 2020 election cycle, the EIP and CISA worked with the State Department’s Global Engagement Center (GEC) and the DHS-backed Elections Infrastructure Information Sharing and Analysis Center (EI-ISAC) to influence and police political discussions online. The EIP coordinated the take-down of undesirable content using a real-time chat app that the DHS, EIP and social media companies all share.6

At the same time, the CTIL was tracking and reporting anti-lockdown views on social media. A “law enforcement” channel was created specifically to spy on and track social media users who posted anti-lockdown hashtags. CTIL even kept a spreadsheet with details from their Twitter bios.

According to Public, the CTIL also “engaged in offensive operations to influence public opinion, discussing ways to promote ‘counter-messaging,’ co-opt hashtags, dilute disfavored messaging, create sock puppet accounts, and infiltrate private invite-only groups.” In February 2021, the EIP was rebranded as the Virality Project, at which point their focus of censorship shifted from elections to COVID-related matters.

Government Infiltration and Take-Over

While one CTIL member, Bonnie Smalley, replied to a query by Public saying the CTIL “had nothing to do with the government,” the evidence shows otherwise. At least a dozen of government employees who worked with the DHS, FBI and CISA were also active members of CTIL.

According to the whistleblower, the CTIL’s goal “was to become part of the federal government.” Terp’s plan was to set up “MisinfoSec communities” that would include the federal sector, and the documents show this aim was achieved. In April 2020, Chris Krebs, then-director of CISA, also publicly announced the agency’s partnership with CTIL.

Public continues:7

“The documents also show that Terp and her colleagues, through a group called MisinfoSec Working Group, which included [Stanford Internet Observatory research manager Renee] DiResta, created a censorship, influence, and anti-disinformation strategy called Adversarial Misinformation and Influence Tactics and Techniques (AMITT).

They wrote AMITT by adapting a cybersecurity framework developed by MITRE … Terp later used AMITT to develop the DISARM framework, which the World Health Organization then employed in ‘countering anti-vaccination campaigns across Europe.’

A key component of Terp’s work through CTIL, MisinfoSec, and AMITT was to insert the concept of ‘cognitive security’ into the fields of cybersecurity and information security …

The ambitions of the 2020 pioneers of the Censorship Industrial Complex went far beyond simply urging Twitter to slap a warning label on Tweets, or to put individuals on blacklists.

The AMITT framework calls for discrediting individuals as a necessary prerequisite of demanding censorship against them. It calls for training influencers to spread messages. And it calls for trying to get banks to cut off financial services to individuals who organize rallies or events.”

Weaponization of Finance Sector Originated With CTIL

So, now we know where the weaponization of the financial sector came from. It originated with the CTIL, which expressly sought to get banks to “cut off financial services to individuals who organize rallies or events.”

Clearly, as evidenced by my own case and many others, banks and online payment processors have also been enticed into cutting services for people who simply expressed opposing views. It isn’t just rally organizers that are being targeted.

Under the Cover of Altruism

While CTIL officials have repeatedly stressed that the organization was founded on purely altruistic principles, the clear goal of its leaders was to “build support for censorship among national security and cybersecurity institutions,” Public writes, and they built that support by promoting Terp’s idea of “cognitive security.”

The choice of the term “cognitive security” takes on a rather sinister flavor in light of Dr. Michael Nehls’ findings that there’s been what appears to be an intentional effort to destroy the autobiographical memory function in the brains of the public over the past four years, thereby facilitating mass indoctrination and inhibiting personal will and critical thinking.

He presents his thesis in the book “The Indoctrinated Brain: How to Successfully Fend Off the Global Attack on Your Mental Freedom,”8 published in mid-December 2023.

The whistleblower’s material clearly reveal that sophisticated military tactics were turned on the American public, powerful psychological tools — the very tools Nehls says can literally alter biological brain function.

Public cites a MisinfoSec report in which “The authors called for placing censorship efforts inside of ‘cybersecurity’ even while acknowledging that ‘misinformation security’ is utterly different from cybersecurity. They wrote that the third pillar of ‘The information environment’ after physical and cybersecurity should be ‘The Cognitive Dimension.’”

Indeed, your mind — your cognition, your very ability to think independently — is the battlefield of today’s war, as Nehls proposes in his book. The frightening part is that the tools employed actually have the power to reprogram who you are.

We are indeed “hackable animals,” as proposed by Yuval Noah Harari, and the censorship-industrial complex has been hacking into the very brain structure of billions of people for the last four years already. Gutentag even touches on this in a December 3, 2023, article:9

“What was once considered a ‘conspiracy theory’ that military and intelligence forces were manipulating public opinion through inorganic interventions, has now been confirmed.

Our study of the Censorship Industrial Complex has exposed a far-reaching plan to subvert the democratic process and engage in activities that have a basis in military techniques and which are tantamount to attempts at thought or mind control.”

‘It’s Legal if We Can Get Away With It’

The CTIL files also show there was a clear intent to circumvent the First Amendment by outsourcing censorship to the private and nongovernmental sector. According to the whistleblower:10

“The ethos was that if we get away with it, it’s legal, and there were no First Amendment concerns because we have a ‘public-private partnership’ — that’s the word they used to disguise those concerns. ‘Private people can do things public servants can’t do, and public servants can provide the leadership and coordination.’”

Good News, Bad News

The good news is that more and more information is coming out about the U.S. government’s illegal outsourcing of censorship, and with it, legal challenges that throw up blocks against this circumvention of the Constitution.

We’ve also had other victories. In August 2022, the DHS was forced to terminate the Disinformation Governance Board due to public backlash. CISA has also deleted information about domestic censorship work from its website, and has dismantled its Misinformation, Disinformation, and Malinformation (MDM) subcommittee.

The Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government is also continuing its search for truth, and will (hopefully) use whatever power at its disposal to rein in the abuse. Its most recent report, “The Weaponization of ‘Disinformation’ Pseudo-Experts and Bureaucrats: How the Federal Government Partnered with Universities to Censor Americans’ Political Speech”11 was published November 6, 2023.

Unfortunately, we also have a global effort underway to not only normalize but also legalize this kind of third-party censorship.In an August 1, 2023, video (below), Mike Benz12 explained this strategy.

In short, they’re trying to restructure the censorship industry “away from a top-down government-driven model” to a “competitive middleware model” where “content curation” (read censorship) is simply outsourced to third-party organizations.

This way, a “legal” disinformation compliance market is created while government can claim it has nothing to do with the control of information. Basically, what we’re looking at is the emergence of organized corporate censorship.

There’s no clear solution to this threat, other than to continue pushing back against any and all efforts to legalize, standardize and normalize censorship. To vocally object, to refuse using middleware like NewsGuard, and to boycott any company or organization that uses middleware or engages in censorship of any kind.

Laboratory-acquired infections and pathogen escapes worldwide between 2000 and 2021: a scoping review

Summary

Laboratory-acquired infections (LAIs) and accidental pathogen escape from laboratory settings (APELS) are major concerns for the community. A risk-based approach for pathogen research management within a standard biosafety management framework is recommended but is challenging due to reasons such as inconsistency in risk tolerance and perception. Here, we performed a scoping review using publicly available, peer-reviewed journal and media reports of LAIs and instances of APELS between 2000 and 2021. We identified LAIs in 309 individuals in 94 reports for 51 pathogens. Eight fatalities (2·6% of all LAIs) were caused by infection with Neisseria meningitidis (n=3, 37·5%), Yersinia pestis (n=2, 25%), Salmonella enterica serotype Typhimurium (S Typhimurium; n=1, 12·5%), or Ebola virus (n=1, 12·5%) or were due to bovine spongiform encephalopathy (n=1, 12·5%). The top five LAI pathogens were S Typhimurium (n=154, 49·8%), Salmonella enteritidis (n=21, 6·8%), vaccinia virus (n=13, 4·2%), Brucella spp (n=12, 3·9%), and Brucella melitensis (n=11, 3·6%). 16 APELS were reported, including those for Bacillus anthracis, SARS-CoV, and poliovirus (n=3 each, 18·8%); Brucella spp and foot and mouth disease virus (n=2 each, 12·5%); and variola virus, Burkholderia pseudomallei, and influenza virus H5N1 (n=1 each, 6·3%).
Continual improvement in LAI and APELS management via their root cause analysis and thorough investigation of such incidents is essential to prevent future occurrences. The results are biased due to the reliance on publicly available information, which emphasizes the need for formalized global LAIs and APELS reporting to better understand the frequency of and circumstances surrounding these incidents.  (See link for article)

CBS 60 Minutes reports the injection resulted in many cases of neurologic damage including Guillain-Barré syndrome and that the CDC knew of these adverse outcomes in advance of vaccine rollout, failed to warn the public or provide informed consent, and heavily promoted the injections using celebrities like Mary Tyler Moore, who actually refused the shot.

The article states that more than 40 MILLION got the shot in less than 3 months and some developed GBS which led to the program’s dissolution, but the COVID gene therapy shots which have also led to GBS, and are linked to more adverse reactions and death and are the most contaminated shots in the history of VAERS are still being peddled.  Go here for 50 telltale signs COVID is a bioweapon operation.
