Bill Passed by House and Senate to Declassify COVID Origins Documents May Be Attempt to ‘Frame’ China, Experts Warn
Lawmakers misrepresented a bill requiring the declassification of documents related to the origins of COVID-19, according to several experts who warned that contrary to what the public was told, the legislation limits the types of documents the government must declassify — and that raises questions about the bill’s real intent.
But experts interviewed by The Defender said the bill requires the declassification only of documents related to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China — the epicenter of the “lab leak theory.”
They suggested the limitations may be intended to reduce the culpability of U.S. and private actors in the potential leak of — or development of — COVID-19, by placing full blame on China and the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Independent journalist Sam Husseini said Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), the Senate’s co-sponsor of the COVID-19 Origin Act, made “claims about the bill which are false.”
Husseini told The Defender the bill may be acting as a “limited hangout” with the purpose of acknowledging the “lab leak theory” on the one hand, but via legislation that “makes us accept half of the truth.”
Francis Boyle, J.D., Ph.D., professor of international law at the University of Illinois, told The Defender, “I’m afraid this [bill] is going to be a classic Nixonian limited hangout” that “does not call for the declassification of all those sources [that] should be declassified and/or released.”
Boyle said any information that is declassified “is going to be helpful,” but that the bill’s provision allowing redactions raises concern.
Husseini noted that the bill also makes no provisions for providing information that several groups, including U.S. Right to Know and some media organizations, have requested — but not yet received — via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) submissions. The other issue is the fact everyone keeps reinforcing the assumption it was all a big mistake by calling it a “lab leak,” when it very well may have been intentional. Then, there’s the hypothesis of envenomation that’s being completely ignored, and the fact “approved” medications not only don’t work for COVID, but they are dangerously toxic. Abstract: Lyme disease can result in severe neuropsychiatric symptoms that may be resistant to treatment. The pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric Lyme disease is associated with autoimmune induced neuroinflammation. This case report describes an immunocompetent male with serologically positive neuropsychiatric Lyme disease who did not tolerate antimicrobial or psychotropic medications and whose symptoms remitted when he began psilocybin in microdosed (sub-hallucinogenic) amounts. Documenting the reality of chronic Lyme patients through photos
Zoe Lu, a fine art photographer based in New York, was diagnosed with neurological Lyme disease and co-infections two years ago.
She tells me that for a period of time, she could not walk, think, read or even sleep. She suffered from severe headaches, brain fog, stiff neck, fatigue, joint pain and depression. “I completely lost the ability to function normally,” she says.
Fortunately, with treatment she has improved enough to undertake a special photography project called “Nowhere Land.” It focuses on the plight of people living with chronic Lyme and other tick-borne disease.
“I want to document and photograph people who are experiencing chronic Lyme,” she says. “I hope the public can see our situation and the reality of our suffering. “
So far, she has photographed 18 people from New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and California. She’s looking for others who would like to participate from around the US.

I always appreciate when people use their sphere of influence to educate others about tick-borne illness. I’m always amazed at the number of people that still haven’t heard of this devastating illness or believe myths about it.
Unfortunately, Lyme/MSIDS is hard to capture on film. One of the often repeated phrases from well-meaning friends and family is “You look fine!” Patients, on the other hand, feel like they are dying on the inside but the outside often looks quite normal. This is one of the worst facets of the illness – people not believing you are as sick as you really are.
But, hopefully this project will educate people that could only be reached this way. Regardless, undertaking a project like this is cathartic for the patient doing it as it is a way to express deep trauma that needs the light of day to expose it. Kudos to Lu!
The $3 Trillion SubStack on How to Destroy Pfizer in Court

Brook Jackson’s attorney, Robert Barnes, had a strong day in court last week with the $3 trillion false claims lawsuit against Pfizer, by driving home that Pfizer was contracted to deliver a safe and effective vaccine to prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection. He pointed out to the judge that the contract promises the delivery of a safe and effective vaccine under FDA laws more than a half-dozen times.
I spoke to Brook’s attorney Warner Mendenhall in July of 2022 who asked my opinion on Pfizer’s motion to dismiss. I stated that you can’t contract to commit a crime. Pfizer was contracted to deliver a safe and effective vaccine.
Since the summer of last year, I’ve stated that under the Operation Warp Speed (OWS) contract, the US military contracted with Pfizer to “deliver a safe and effective vaccine capable of providing protection against SARS-CoV-2 and related coronaviruses (variants) subject to FDA technical, clinical and regulatory success (laws and guidance)” AND in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Pfizer forfeited their EUA immunity rights under their contract with the DoD under the Trump administration.
Pfizer collaborated with the FDAto lie to the US military, the American people, and President Trump that their mRNA nanoparticle technologies were safe and effective vaccines. In fact, Pfizer knew their mRNA technology would only cause disease, disabilities and death and offer no immunity to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Per the contract, Pfizer was also in charge of the data of submitted to the DoD, which they clearly falsified per Brook Jackson’s testimony.

This isn’t the first time Pfizer has been accused of fraudulent marketing. The DOJ ordered the company to pay $2.3 billion in 2009, but before you become too happy about crimes being punished, recognize that Pfizer cuts deals with the feds and has created shell companies to take the rap for their misdeeds, with a criminal plea that has allowed them to remain unscathed. Further, internal company documents show that Pfizer uses a multimillion-dollar medical education budget to pay hundreds of doctors as speakers and consultants to serve as public relations spokespeople.
Barnes will likely be leverage his Pfizer whistleblower client Brook Jackson in this landmark lawsuit. He will have overwhelming and irrefutable evidence of fraud, conspiracy, perjury and ultimately mass murder against Pfizer.
Preparations are underway for crimes against humanity trials at the International Criminal Court in the Hague, according to an ICC insider who reveals that key figures from the globalist establishment are set to be sacrificed on the altar of public outrage for their crimes in the elite’s failed Covid plandemic.

It appears the FTC is fighting back with a frightening onslaught against the 1st Amendment, as the FTC has demanded that Twitter Inc. turn over internal communications, including information to “identify all journalists” granted access to company records. Hopefully it is clear that if this is allowed, journalism is lost forever and it will be near to impossible to read or write anything that disagrees with the accepted narrative, including Lyme/MSIDS.

Now we learn that Twitter Files journalist Matt Taibbi received an unannounced visit at his home by an IRS agent right before he testified before Congress in what appears to be an attempt to intimidate a witness before Congress.
And in case you were concerned independent journalist James O’Keefe, who recently parted ways with Project Veritas after he exposed a Pfizer Exec who stated the company is exploring the continuing ‘gain of function’ research which they are euphemistically calling ‘directed evolution,’worry no more. O’Keefe is back with a bombshell story that Democrat fundraising arm ActBlue appears to be a part of a national money laundering schemefunneling millions of dollars into liberal political campaigns. The money appears to have gone to Warnock for Georgia, Amy for America, Progressive Turnout and many more Democratic PACs in what is being called “smurfs,” in accordance with its label as a term for those involved in the structure of money laundering. A top scientist responsible for developing the world’s first registered combination vector vaccine against Covid-19 in 2020 was found strangled to death in his apartment this week. This isn’t the first time scientists have had untimely deaths. Perhaps those in power are feeling threatened?
New details have emerged on how Pfizer covered up COVID “vaccine” trial failures by simply deleting them. A reanalysis of Pfizer and Moderna trials found the injections increase serious adverse events at a rate of 1 in 800. Former medial editor for the New York Times, Dr. Wade, explains in the video how the big money in medical research has corrupted the scientific community, which has been delineatedmanytimes on this website. It’s important to note that the CDC is not a government entity as it receives private funds through its CDC foundation, a fact it continually attempts to distance itself from. Please note that more than 96% of Lancet “scientists” who denied the lab origin theory have direct ties to the Wuhan lab, and while U.S. virologists defended their Chinese colleagues publicly, they privately expressed frustration and concern about a lab leak. They predictably want to limit FOIA requests so their dirty work never sees the light of day. Another scientist who publicly claimed the pangolin data was a compelling piece of evidence for zoonotic origin, but privately, he didn’t believe this at all.
In this video, Wade states that Fauci got two scientists to change their statement that the coronavirus came from a lab. In return, they received a $9 million grant. “You wash my back, I’ll wash yours.”
What hasn’t been discussed is that if Fauci, or any other corrupt public health ‘authority,’ had admitted that HCQ or ivermectin are effective against COVID, it would have been ILLEGAL for the FDA to give the clot shots emergency use authorization (EUA), and they never could have been approved. This could have prevented thousands of deaths and adverse reactions. Many are unaware that not a single vaccine on the childhood immunization schedule has been tested against a true saline placebo.

Excerpts from the conclusion
Never in Vaccine history have 57 leading scientists and policy experts released a report questioning the safety and efficacy of a vaccine. They not only questioned the safety of the current Covid-19 injections, but were calling for an immediate end to all vaccination. Many doctors and scientists around the world have voiced similar misgivings and warned of consequences due to long-term side effects. Yet there is no discussion or even mention of studies that do not follow the narrative on safety and efficacy of Covid-19 vaccination.
Medical experts that have questioned the safety of these vaccines have been attacked and demonized, called conspiracy theorists and have been threatened to be de-registered if they go against the narrative. Alternative treatments were prohibited and people who never practised medicine are telling experienced doctors how to do their job. AHPRA is doing the same here in Australia to the detriment and in ignorance of science.
The final paragraph sums it up
As scientists we put up hypotheses and test them using experiments. If a hypothesis is proven to be true according to current knowledge it might still change over time when new evidence comes to light. Hence, sharing and accumulating knowledge is the most important part of science. The question arises when and why this process of science has been changed. No discussion of new knowledge disputing the safety of the COVID-19 vaccines is allowed. Who gave bureaucrats the means to destroy the fundaments of science and tell scientists not to argue the science?
