I highly recommend reading this article as it points out the fact that similarly to COVID, all numbers regarding cases and deaths are highly suspect as long as public health ‘authorities’ are using the PCR method to detect viruses. As numbers have been used to create a false pandemic, and regardless of your level of concern it is worth noting that once again, a reported outbreak was preceded by a simulation involving the exact same pathogen.

NIH, Wuhan Were Working on Monkeypox
Wuhan Institute of Virology published on monkeypox research 3 months ago & NIH also has been researching monkeypox treatment https://reporter.nih.gov/search/sLt35… Total funding, $9,824,009 The funding supports a clinical trial to identify effective treatments for monkeypox, a re-emerging pathogen a disease of epidemic potential.

However, this DNA assembly tool applied in virological research could also raise potential security concerns, especially when the assembled product contains a full set of genetic material that can be recovered into a contagious pathogen. Recently, a group of scientists was funded by a biotech company to synthesize a full-length horsepox virus genome and recover it into an infectious virus (Noyce et al., 2018). Not surprisingly, such a controversial achievement has received enormous attention and raised global debate on its biosecurity implications (DiEuliis et al., 2017; Koblentz, 2017, 2018; DiEuliis and Gronvall, 2018).
In this study, although a full-length viral genome would be the ideal reference template for detecting MPXV by qPCR, we only sought to assemble a 55-kb viral fragment, less than one-third of the MPXV genome. This assembly product is fail-safe by virtually eliminating any risk of recovering into an infectious virus while providing multiple qPCR targets for detecting MPXV or other Orthopoxviruses (Li et al., 2010).

There is a new global outbreak of monkeypox, and the Biden administration is already purchasing millions of doses of recently-approved vaccines as the World Health Organization (WHO) weighs its response. A series of incidents positioned the WHO to be poised for a monkeypox outbreak, and with new powers potentially being granted to the WHO to manage global health policy, this monkeypox crisis could give the U.N. agency a serious boost to its powers. - According to the NY Post, the WHO is convening an emergency meeting on monkeypox.
- Please note that the ‘alarming spread’ is a total of 200 cases WORLDWIDE, making this reminiscent of the historical 2009 Swine Flu hoax.
- This article states H1N1 global death estimates were in the millions while the actual death toll was in the thousands (18,000) and was substantially lower than seasonal influenza (250,000-500,000).
- The WHO declared the ‘pandemic’ over just a year later in 2010 but not before the multi-billion dollar H1N1 GSK vaccine caused incurable and lifelong brain damage in children.
- Monkeypox virus is normally limited to tropical rain forest areas of Central and West Africa, and in fact there’s never been a global Monkeypox outbreak outside of Africa until now—in the exact week of the exact month predicted by the biosecurity folks in their pandemic simulation.
- It is also normally spread through homosexual men and has been traced to a Pride festival in Gran Canaria, Spain which was attended by 80,000 people.

- A cousin to smallpox, monkeypox is less contagious and causes less severe illness.
- Transmission occurs through close contact with an infected person or animal, or through contaminated material.
- An antiviral developed for smallpox, tecovirimat, has been licensed for monkeypox.
- Africa is in already in an endemic phase (virus is still around but doesn’t disrupt daily life).
- The US Government is hot on the scene with an order of 13 million Monkeypox vaccine doses from Bavarian Nordic.
- The timing of this monkeypox outbreak of 200 cases, that for the most part is self-limiting, is suspicious as this could help bring about the WHO pandemic treaty, which would supersede the U.S. Constitution.
- In this important video with Ex-WHO scientist David Bell, the WHO pandemic treaty will create a bureaucracy “whose existence is dependent on pandemics.” “They’ll have a very vested interest in finding outbreaks, declaring them potential pandemics, and then responding. - According to a Jan. 26 letter to a virtual meeting of WHO Executive Board, Loyd Pace, Assistant Secretary for Global Affairs of the U.S. Department of HHS described the importance “equity” and “medical access” to countermeasures & the negative impacts of ‘misinformation’ and ‘disinformation’ related to the ‘pandemic.’ (For anyone paying attention it’s clear WHO power wouldn’t only include aspects of health, it would include what is considered mis and disinformation, would censor dissenters, and virtually control every aspect of life).

Currently given only to corporations, it isn’t a stretch to imagine this extended to individuals. Like everything else, the system is subjective to whomever decides what “ethical, diverse, and sustainable” is. The scores can change on a whim. Companies are changing slogans, censoring content, firing controversial people, and modifying behavior to ingratiate themselves to those in power. ESG score determines how much and how easy it is for a company to secure funds & investments. Who has the highest scores? Microsoft, founded by Bill Gates, and Disney. In short, the proposed surveillance covers every aspect of human life from food and health care (vaccine passports, quarantines, face coverings) to finances (banking), media content (mass censorship of dissenters and people who don’t tout the narrative) to digital surveillance, massive personal data storage, 5G, smartcities, and biosensing – all with ZERO accountability and ZERO recourse for humanity should thing go sideways, which they inevitably will do.

- The WHO intends to create a“Global Health Emergency Council” that will include a “Review Committee on the Functioning of the International Health Regulations” that will hasten the process of making more amendments in the future. There’s no stopping this train once it starts.
- The WHO has contracted German-based Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems to develop a global vaccine passport system, with plans to link every person on the planet to a QR code digital ID hence the need for 5G, data surveillance, and smart cities.
- Proposed Biden Administration amendments give the WHO power to roll over individual countries, negating their previous requirement to consult and verify information from nations, which essentially gives unilateral powers to the WHO. Brazil is saying “hell no” to the ‘Pandemic’ Treaty.

- The Biden administration is giving the CDC a mandatory 2.47 BILLION with some additional powers to align with the WHO.
- This would include enhancements to domestic sentinel surveillance programs, expansion of domestic & global wastewater surveillance & investments in global genomic surveillance approaches, and global respiratory disease surveillance platforms
- This includes video cameras and recorders that alert authorities when members of the public are seen coughing or acting sick.
- In case this seems far-fetched, this article shows how the U.S. is on course to become a “Digital Dictatorship,” and how the mishandling of the COVID debacle is being used to further a deeper, darker agenda which includes merging national health security with public health, a frightening concept that spells doom for medical freedom.
- A new DARPA-Like Medical Research Agency called ARPA-H, will be a part of the NIH but will be physically separate (short-hand for even less accountability), even as the U.S. General Accounting Office has found evidence of political interference occurring at the CDC & FDA.
- This will be used to accelerate the pace of risky biomedical research. In 2019, the same foundation and individuals currently backing Biden’s ARPA-H urged then-President Trump to create “HARPA,” to stop mass shootings before they happen through the monitoring of Americans for “neuropsychiatric” warning signs.
- Under HARPA, SAFE HOME (Stopping Aberrant Fatal Events by Helping Overcome Mental Extremes) would suck up masses of private data from “Apple Watches, Fitbits, Amazon Echo, and Google Home” and other devices, as well as information from health care providers to determine pre-crime. The data would be analyzed by artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms “for early diagnosis of neuropsychiatric violence.”

- ‘Germ Games’, a simulated war game involving a genetically modified strain of monkeypox held last year, predicted an outbreak of monkeypox to occur exactly when it did. The independent panel reported to the WHO and is looking to make changes to the IHR, develop a treaty (pandemic) or legal tool to streamline the global approach to pandemics. Event 201 was hosted in October 2019—just two months before the coronavirus was first revealed in Wuhan—by the Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum, Bloomberg, and Johns Hopkins. As with the Event 201, the participants at the Monkeypox simulation have thus far been stone silent as to their having participated in a pandemic simulation the facts of which happened to come true in real life just months later.
One person who was present at both Event 201 and the Monkeypox simulation is George Fu Gao, director of the Chinese Center for Disease Control. At event 201, Gao specifically raised the point of countering “misinformation” during a “hypothetical” coronavirus pandemic.
