Years after the feds legalized hemp, the ax is still dangling over CBD supplements despite ongoing, exciting research into all of CBD’s health benefits. We need to protect access NOW! Action Alert!

THE TOPLINE

  • We’re only just beginning to scratch the surface on the benefits that CBD and other cannabinoids can have on our health, but the FDA is standing firm in its determination NOT to allow CBD in supplements.
  • Part of the reason we don’t know more about CBD’s effects is because federal law in the US made it almost impossible to study CBD and other cannabinoids before the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill.
  • Non-psychotropic cannabinoids like CBD work so well because they ‘speak’ to the billions of receptors of every cell of our bodies through the recently discovered endocannabinoid system.
  • The coming years will tell us even more about CBD’s potential to help us ward off many of the key conditions and diseases that afflict modern society—but it may be too late if we don’t take action to protect CBD supplements today.

We are only beginning to understand the array of benefits CBD and other cannabinoids can have on human health, but the FDA is trying to make sure that the only way we can get CBD is to be prescribed it as an FDA-approved drug—a drug listed at $32,500 a year. We cannot allow Big Pharma, in concert with the FDA, to threaten our access to this natural compound.

In hundreds of studies over the last few years, CBD—short for cannabidiol, one of the hundreds of cannabinoids found in the hemp and as well as a number of other plants—has shown promise in helping with pain, neurological disorders, insomnia, seizures, anxiety, stress, antibiotic-resistant infections, and inflammation, to name just a few. This diverse array of health benefits is due to the fact that CBD interacts with the human endocannabinoid system (ECS), an entire network of receptors throughout the body that was only discovered recently and is responsible for regulating mood, pain, and immune responses.

There’s no doubt that the agency wants to ban CBD when delivered in dietary supplements—so it can secure it, along with its many relatives, for control by Big Pharma. Last January the FDA released a statement explaining that the “existing regulatory framework” for foods and supplements are not appropriate for CBD and that a new regulatory pathway is needed. The agency also denied three Citizens Petitions requesting the agency issue a regulation that would allow CBD to be sold as a supplement.

The FDA has affirmed the illegality of CBD as a supplement in the warning letters it has been sending out to CBD and hemp companies, though the agency seems to be focusing its enforcement on companies making health claims about CBD and hemp.

The crux of the matter, of course, is that CBD has been approved as a drug to treat a rare form of epilepsy. If a natural compound is investigated as a drug before it is sold as a supplement, FDA rules dictate that the compound can no longer be sold as a supplement.

The FDA has also raised the issue of safety, claiming that CBD has the potential to harm the liver and the reproductive system, in addition to concerns for vulnerable populations such as children and pregnant women. You can read our rebuttal to those safety concerns here.

This “back-channel” that turns natural compounds into drugs is a big problem that threatens many natural ingredients, but if CBD is turned into a monopoly drug it would be a tragedy.

First, we just don’t know the full range of health benefits CBD and other cannabinoids have because research has just started to pick up steam. Before the 2018 Farm Bill excluded hemp (cannabis plants with less than 0.3% THC) from the Controlled Substances Act, federal regulations made it extremely difficult to study any cannabinoids.

In a 2017 report on the health impacts of cannabis and cannabinoids, none other than the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine concluded that there “are specific regulatory barriers, including the classification of cannabis as a Schedule I substance, that impede the advancement of cannabis and cannabinoid research.”

When the Farm Bill passed, the research floodgates opened. In PubMed, from 2018 to the present, you’ll find around 6,000 results when you search “CBD.” From 2017 to 1924, as far back in time as PubMed goes, there are 5,810 results when you search “CBD.” In six years, there were more studies on CBD than the previous century.

Because we’re playing catch-up on the research, we’ve only recently discovered the human ECS (endocannabinoid system), an entire network of receptors throughout the human body that plays a role in modulating our mood and how we feel, how we experience and respond to pain, how our immune system responds to threats, and much more. We evolved this system because we produce cannabinoids internally (endocannabinoids) especially when we in engage in moderate physical activity such as walking, cycling, swimming or engaging in others forms of rhythmic exercise. But we can expose our bodies to more still when we consume cannabinoids in some specific foods (exocannabinoids). Most of these cannabinoids, including CBD, are not psychoactive – THC being an exception – but they all offer profound benefits.

CBD and other cannabinoids interact with the ECS in a number of different ways, so it’s no wonder that research is finding CBD to have potential in such a wide variety of health conditions, exerting neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and analgesic effects. This could be a game-changer for some people. We recently covered the subject of inflammation and how chronic inflammation is the common denominator in many chronic diseases—yet inflammation is not something that is tracked by mainstream doctors.

As we continue to probe deeper into the effects of CBD and other cannabinoids on the ECS and beyond, we will likely learn even more about the host of positive health effects these natural compounds can have on the body. It would be contrary to the agency’s mission of promoting and protecting public health to put these health benefits out of reach for many people by banning CBD supplements.

Zooming with Congress for more Lyme funding

More than 380 Lyme disease advocates from 45 states put on their special green neck scarves and zoomed with congressional offices this week.

Their goal? To educate their elected representatives and urge them to increase federal funding for Lyme disease research.

This is the fifth year the Center for Lyme Action has sponsored the annual Lyme Fly-in, and the fourth year it’s been held virtually. Since the CLA formed in 2019, federal funding for Lyme disease has increased $282 million. (A good start, but much more is needed!)

I’m all about educating.  That is rarely unfruitful unless your audience is so completely biased and/or corrupt that it refuses to entertain anything but a regurgitated narrative.  What is a waste of time is increasing government grant money for a highly polarized illness that hasn’t been dealt with properly since it was ‘discovered.’  Not sure when the memo will reach advocates, but it’s time to move on from this fruitless endeavor.

History has shown that the only forward progress in Lymeland has been from the hard work of independent researchers who are typically invested personally and who are driven and open-minded enough to find real answers.

The Senate rejected an inquiry into whether Lyme started in a Pentagon lab.  Do we really expect transparency from the very agencies that may be behind it all but refuse to be investigated?  Seriously?

Further, the old political debate over chronic/persistent infection has yet to be accepted in mainstream medicine and media – but is embraced by those who accept the world wide research and reality.  This fly in the proverbial ointment proves little has changed and funding the same agencies will yield nothing productive for patients.

Convergence of The WHO & Dimming the Sun: Bill Gates

For anyone paying attention, the players in this global cabal are all interrelated and are working in lockstep, which has rightly caused a crisis of trust.  While the unelected fully believe they need to dictate our every move due to our stupidity, they’ve been attempting to rebuild trust as they also attempt to ‘build back better,’ but the public is finally waking up to the fact nothing is back and nothing is better, as their freedoms are being removed one by one under the guise of ‘pandemics,’ ‘public health,’ ‘climate change,’ and ‘equity.’

Many are unaware that the climate narrative is part and parcel of this global endgame and that drastic and irreversible climate engineering worries real scientists who state the endeavor should be relegated to the fantasy realm and science fiction.

But it’s all big, big business.

Graphene oxide, found in the COVID shots, masks, and PCR swabs, is also sprayed into the air for cloud seeding. Then there’s the spider silk polymer deployed into the air since 2002 and created by a Canadian Biotechnology company, Nexia. The method to produce the fibers was developed by Nexia in conjunction with the US Army Soldier Biological Chemical Command (SBCCOM). SBCCOM’s Natick Soldier Center has been working with Nexia under a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) since May 1999.  Nexia was later sold to PharmAthene, Inc, a privately held biotechnology company focused on the development of biodefense therapeutics.

These same spider silk proteins, which are polyamides, are the same proteins scientists are finding in the rubbery clots in the COVID ‘vaxxed.’

And when Gates and others state that having vaccinations where they are needed could potentially lead to as much as a 20% reduction in the Earth’s population, according to Dr. Martin, “those are not allegations; those are stated objectives.”

Why Is Blocking the Sun Being Quietly Normalized?

Officially, there’s an international moratorium on attempts to block the sun, as well as a U.N. Environmental Modification Convention, but rogue “Greenfinger” billionaires like Bill Gates have continued their dangerous experiments. 

Since the Vietnam War’s Project Popeye scandal, the U.S. government has positioned the Pentagon’s  weather modification work and DARPA funding as countering the potential “security threat” geoengineering posed.

Recently there’s been a shift. The U.S. has begun to normalize solar geoengineering as a “climate solution.” In 2021, the National Academies of Sciences issued a report calling for a $200 million 5-year investment in solar geoengineering research, and in 2023 President Biden released a solar radiation modification (SRM) framework, claiming that “SRM offers the possibility of cooling as the planet significantly on a timescale of a few years.”

Around the same time, the European Union floated “a potential international framework” for solar geoengineering.

Meanwhile, climate-profiteering corporations are lobbying for solar geoengineering to be included in the offset market being negotiated under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Even “environmental” non-profit advocacy groups are in on it!

The Environmental Defense Fund (EDF)’s official position on geoengineering is that, “Deliberate climate interventions such as albedo modification should not be undertaken for the foreseeable future as they present serious ecological, moral and geopolitical concerns.”

But, EDF has publicly supported research into geoengineering since 2010, when it co-founded the Solar Radiation Management Governance Initiative with the Royal Society and The World Academy of Sciences.

In early 2024, Climate Wire reported that EDF organized a private two-day meeting of climate scientists, environmental activists and philanthropists “to prepare for an expected surge of Silicon Valley funding related to last-ditch measures for slowing global warming.”

What is solar geoengineering?

According to Dr. Chukwumerije Okereke, director of the Center for Climate Change and Development at Alex Ekwueme Federal University in Nigeria, in his New York Times essay, “My Continent Is Not Your Giant Climate Laboratory”:

The solar engineering technology attracting the most attention would use balloons or aircraft to spray large quantities of aerosols — tiny particles of, for example, sulfur dioxide or engineered nanoparticles — into the stratosphere to dim the sunlight. It’s called solar radiation management and it’s highly speculative. …

Other proposed techniques include covering deserts with plastic; genetically engineering plants to have brighter, more reflective leaves; creating or making clouds whiter; and deploying millions of mirrors in space. The point of all of them is to counter warming by reducing the amount of sunlight reaching the planet and reflecting it back to the stratosphere. …

These technologies would also theoretically need to be deployed essentially forever to keep warming at bay. Stopping would unleash the suppressed warming of the carbon dioxide still accumulating in the atmosphere in a temperature spike known as “termination shock.” One study found that the temperature change after ending solar radiation management could be up to four times as large as what’s being caused by climate change itself.

More than 450 academics from 61 countries around the world have signed an open letter calling for an International Non-Use Agreement on Solar Geoengineering. They have five demands:

  1. No public funding.
  2. No outdoor experiments.
  3. No patents.
  4. No deployment.
  5. No support in international institutions.

Over 100 international civil society organizations have denounced geoengineering and demanded an immediate stop to all open-air experiments in the Hands Off Mother Earth (HOME) Manifesto. Concerns they list include:

  • Solar geoengineering as a weapon of war.
  • Funding from the fossil fuel industry, which would like to use solar geoengineering as an excuse to continue with oil, gas and coal burning.
  • Computer modeling that predicts solar geoengineering would change the behavior of the Asian and African monsoons, diverting the water that billions of people need to drink and to grow their food.

Solar geoengineering is a false solution that is delaying necessary reductions in energy consumption and distracting from the only tried-and-true way to draw down carbon.

Cuts should start at the Pentagon. The U.S. Department of Defense is the single largest institutional fossil fuel user in the world and emits more greenhouse gases than 140 nations combined.

Regenerative organic agriculture is the only tried-and-true way to remove excess greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere. It is a holistic approach with many benefits, including cleaner water, more-nutritious food, happier animals, healthier people and thriving local economies. Healthy soil soaks up and retains water, making crops more resilient to droughts and floods. Going organic ends reliance on pesticides, herbicides and synthetic fertilizers, and spares people the incalculable suffering these toxins cause.

By contrast, solar geoengineering does nothing about greenhouse gas pollution and has no environmental, health or economic benefits (aside from to the fossil fuel industry). Even if it did work to reduce global temperatures, which is unproven, it would do nothing to restore depleted sources of water for drinking and irrigation.

Solar geoengineering itself is a source of harmful pollution. Aerosolized toxins used in solar geoengineering include:

  • Coal fly ash, which contains toxic levels of arsenic, lead, mercury, selenium, aluminum, barium, boron, and chlorine. The idea of using waste from the burning of coal or oil for solar geoengineering was first pitched by scientists funded by Citgo and Philips Petroleum who published “Weather Modification by Carbon Dust Absorption of Solar Energy” in 1976.
  • Sulfuric acid, a carcinogen that can trigger a range of reactions from acute exposure, depending on the concentration. Cough and irritation occur at concentrations less than 8 ppm. At greater than 100 ppm, death can result.
  • Hydrogen sulfide, which causes neurological symptoms such as fatigue, loss of appetite, headache, irritability, poor memory and dizziness at exposures greater than 28 milligrams per cubic meter, respiratory distress at exposures greater than 560 mg/m3 and death at exposures greater than 700 mg/m3.
  • Carbonyl sulfide, which can result in profuse salivation, headache, vertigo, amnesia, confusion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cardiac arrhythmia, weakness, muscle cramps and unconsciousness at sublethal exposure and sudden collapse, convulsions, and death from respiratory paralysis at concentrations greater than 1000 ppm.
  • Black carbon, which is a possible carcinogen that can cause cough, sputum production, bronchitis, pneumoconiosis, and decrease in lung function, as well as tiredness, chest pain, headache, respiratory irritation and discoloration of eyelids and conjunctivae.
  • Aluminum, which has some evidence of carcinogenicity and can cause wheezing, dyspnea, and impaired lung function, pulmonary fibrosis, dilation and hypertrophy of the right side of the heart, decreased red blood cell hemoglobin, finger clubbing, lymphocytic alveolitis and blastic transformation of peripheral blood lymphocytes.
  • Barium titanate, which is associated with respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, metabolic and neurologic effects.

Few policy makers in the U.S. have tried to wrap their heads around this issue, but a group of Rhode Island state legislators have drafted a bill, the Atmosphere Protection Act. That bill is packed with information and reading it is like drinking from a firehose, but it’s a great start at the public education and action needed on this important issue. There’s also a bill in New Hampshire, the Clean Atmosphere Preservation Act.

TAKE ACTION: Tell your state legislators to say no to solar geoengineering!

Change Healthcare said it became aware of the “outside threat” on Wednesday morning, disconnecting their systems for security purposes

Change Healthcare, a company handling orders and patient payments throughout the U.S., first noticed the “cyber security issue” affecting its networks Wednesday morning on the East Coast.

“Change Healthcare is experiencing a network interruption related to a cyber security issue and our experts are working to address the matter. Once we became aware of the outside threat, in the interest of protecting our partners and patients, we took immediate action to disconnect our systems to prevent further impact,” Change Healthcare said in a statement.

Pharmacies across the country have put out notices that the attack on Change Healthcare is disrupting their ability to process patients’ orders.  (See link for article)

This, right here, is a perfect example of how digitization can be used against us. Patient records have also been stolen.  I personally will not ever use the online medical portals.  Too easy to be hacked and your private medical information exposed and collected. Frighteningly, the FDA has approved a tracking device to be put into medications, raising all kinds of privacy concerns.  This highly politicalized 2010 article on Novartis’ digestible microchip paints those with concerns as tin-foil hat wearing nut-jobs; however, the past three years have truly exposed the global diabolical plan in plain sight for all who are willing to see.

  • Prescriptions can be received but most insurance plans can not be billed.  Patients are told to wait a day or so for pick up.

‘Crisis of Trust’: Journalist Unravels Government’s Secret Campaign to Censor Critics on Social Media

In an interview with Jay Bhattacharya, M.D., Ph.D., investigative journalist Lee Fang exposed the secret coordination between government agencies, biotech firms, PR companies and social media giants to spread disinformation while censoring factual counternarratives.

Excerpts:

According to Fang’s investigation of the “Twitter Files,” while X, formerly known as Twitter, was claiming to crack down on state-sponsored disinformation in public statements, it was secretly assisting U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) propaganda efforts behind the scenes.

The social media giant gave “velvet glove treatment” to military deception campaigns operating foreign accounts in places like Iran, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Yemen, Fang said.

Fang recounted reading reports detailing how the Pentagon, in an influence op that “went on for years,” created fake news outlets producing “exactly what the Russians were accused of” in the 2016 U.S. election. As an example, he cited “salacious stories that Iran takes refugees and chops them up and sells their organs.”

The Pentagon, the FBI and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) set up similar offices and task forces, Fang said.

The article discusses the AI firm Logically, which was the U.K.’s main government partner monitoring mis and disinformation, which has a public-facing site as well as backdoor access at Facebook to flag content they see as ‘misinformation.’  Logically is now coming to the U.S. and has secured contracts with the DOD, Army Special Command, the Chicago Police Department to predict crime, and DHS for ‘radicalization’ and ‘election misinformation’ for the coming presidential election. DHS partnered with the secretary of state to ban conservative accounts recommending people not trust “vote by mail” during the 2020 elections due to the possibility of stolen votes.

Fang also exposed the ‘sleazy tactics playbook’ long used by Big Pharma and Big Chemical who come down hard on scientists and academics who do basic research and raise questions. One example is when a doctor exposed that the herbicide atrazine causes cancer and disrupts the endocrine system, they sent a person to follow, physically intimidate, and record him as he traveled around the country.

Another example is when Merck hired investigators to harass academics that were writing papers documenting strokes and heart attacks with Vioxx.

Fang discussed at length his reporting on Moderna’s surveillance operation targeting Bhattacharya, Alex Berenson, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Brand and others. The operation succeeded in getting many of these individuals censored on Twitter.

Front group websites will plaster Google saying a scientist is a liar and use other sleazy tactics which went mainstream with the ‘pandemic’ and ‘vaccine’ debate.
Bhattacharya states some of his friends were not used to this kind of intimidation and just put their heads down and were quiet.

Emotionally, it is easy to dismiss the work of Doctor Ana Maria Mihalcea for it is very disturbing. But her work is shown through scientific testing and backed up by government and NGO documentation. And the evidence shows that humanity has already been infected with cutting edge surveillance nanotechnology. This is a follow up to my last report on Doctor Mihalcea’s Hydrogel research.

New research shows that those who received the COVID shots emit a fluorescent orange glow in their faces that is visible under a UV light of 365 nano-meters. And those who have been exposed to shedding emit this glow around their nose.

After his wife was coerced into getting the COVID shot, PhD Justin Coy began his own research. He found that the more shots a person received, the more they glowed under UV light. The glow can be seen initially around the nose, and over time spreads throughout the entire face and into the neck.

After a hot shower, filaments are expelled through the skin of the vaxxed. And these filaments also emit a glow under UV light. These filaments not only glow, but they have been shown to move on their own in spastic movements. And they are also attracted to people. In videos they can be seen trying to latch on to a finger. And when a person who has received the shot has dry skin, these expelled filaments will become airborne. This could explain how shedding occurs from the vaxxed to the unvaxxed.  (See link for video and article)

In five short minutes, Reese has connected dots that have been exposed individually since the COVID shot rollout.

Dr. Justin Coy, mentioned in the video above, was a former DOD contractor who has been following and validating Mihalcea’s research.  For those with Morgellons, you may want to see the filaments Coy brought to Mihalcea as viewed by darkfield microscopy under UV light.  The spider silk technology (also found in the COVID shots and sprayed in geoengineering) is discussed as well.

  • This article explains how ‘fact-checkers’ have denied the phenomenon by taking the CDC definition which defines shedding as the release of viruses, bacteria, and their components from live ‘vaccines.’ mRNA and adenovirus ‘vaccines’ are not live vaccines and function similarly to gene therapy products.  But, the FDA states ALL gene therapy products pose a risk of shedding.  Then there’s the spike protein, graphene, and other toxic elements in the shots.
  • The Pfizer mRNA clinical trial study design warns against proximity between ‘vaccine’ participants and the unvaccinated as a possible vector of harm.  It mentions inhalation and skin contact specifically, but fails to mention inhalation.  Reese’s video explains how glowing filaments are expelled through the skin of the vaxxed that move on their own and are shown trying to latch onto a finger in a video. Could this explain Morgellons?
  • Reese’s article mentions Doctor Hildegarde Staninger who tested people exposed to a nano-tech pesticide who also had a glow in their eyes under UV light way back in 2008.  She called it the Eye of Horus effect due to fluorescent thiocyanate used in the pesticide to track its dispersal.
  • Even before this in 1997, the NIH discussed in a publication an invisible infrared dye visible under UV light to identify rioters.
  • Flashback: Luciferase the luminescent enzyme in both the Pfizer and Moderna shots along with SV40 could theoretically allow the enzyme to be written into the genetics of the recipient causing the glow under UV light.  https://rumble.com/v4evqyi-doctor-judy-mikovits-proof-biological-id.html  In this informative video, Dr. Judy Mikovits at about 19:00 explains that this green florescent light was developed from fire-flies and is used now to detect if a virus is live or dormant.  She also states that these bioweapons must be turned on by anything that robs oxygen to be damaging. While the entire video is over an hour, the first 5 minutes is Greg Reese’s video followed by 2 short, important clips from Dr. McCullough and Dr. Robert Malone. Mikovits’ information is from the 5 minute mark to 21 minutes.
