Peter Marks Gets the Boot: A Post Mortem of His FDA Legacy

Pharma Stocks tumbled after Peter Marks, M.D., Ph.D., director of the agency within the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) responsible for authorizing vaccines, resigned under pressure from his new boss, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

“If Peter Marks does not want to get behind restoring science to its golden standard and promoting radical transparency, then he has no place at FDA under the strong leadership of Secretary Kennedy,” an HHS official said in a statement.  Source

The Washington Post reported a sweeping purge of agencies that oversee government health programs. Top officials were put on administrative leave or offered reassignment to the Indian Health Service. (Indians should protest)

Democratic attorneys general and governors have filed a lawsuit against HHS and the HHS Secretary for the department’s sudden rollback of $12 billion in public health funding.

“The COVID-19 pandemic is over, and HHS will no longer waste billions of taxpayer dollars responding to a non-existent pandemic that Americans moved on from years ago. HHS is prioritizing funding projects that will deliver on President Trump’s mandate to address our chronic disease epidemic and Make America Healthy Again,” the US Department of Health and Human Services said in a statement Wednesday.  Source

The vaccine cabal is also shouting that ‘the sky is falling’ due to HHS canceling hundreds of vaccine grants.

Dr. Peter Marks, former director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), resigned on March 28, 2025, with an overly dramatic letter (see below) citing conflicts with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. over vaccine misinformation. His tenure was marked by significant controversies, particularly concerning the approval and oversight of COVID-19 diagnostics and vaccines.

The PCR Catastrophe: False Positives, Fear, and Fatal Protocols

Under Dr. Marks’ leadership, the FDA authorized the widespread use of RT-PCR tests for COVID-19 diagnosis. Concerns arose regarding their specificity and the potential for false-positive results, especially in low-prevalence settings.​ Marks oversaw the deployment of high-cycle RT-PCR testing without adequate controls or interpretive guidance.

To this day, the public largely confuses False Positive Rate (FPR) with False Discovery Rate (FDR)—a distinction crucial to understanding the magnitude of harm. While the FPR is the proportion of truly negative tested samples that test positive (usually low), the FDR is the proportion of positive results that are false. In low-prevalence settings, even a highly specific test with low FPR can yield an FDR exceeding 50%, meaning that most positive test results are wrong.

SUMMARY:

  • Parents took daughter to the doctor two days after tell-tale rash appeared. She was given something for her cough and told to take Tylenol for the fever.
  • Measles started going away but fever got worse.
  • Daughter complained of fatigue and had abnormal breathing.
  • Took daughter to ER and staff determined she had pneumonia in the left lung that would get better if they drained the fluids, which for some reason they never did.
  • Before admission to the ICU a nurse mentioned breathing treatments, but upon being transferred the nurse then said it wouldn’t do her any good.  By this point measles were mostly gone.
  • Hospital staff chose to sedate her and put her on a ventilator.
  • The parents were called while at home and told their daughter was getting very bad. Staff asked if they could put her on life support because it was probably the only thing that could save her; however, the doctor later stated she was probably too sick to put on life support.
  • The four siblings came down with measles shortly after their sister died in the hospital, but this time a doctor drove to their town to assess and treat the children with cod liver oil and budesonide, a steroid that reduces inflammation in the airways.  All recovered within five days.

Truly a heart breaking story and outcome.  

Once again it shows how an independent doctor could save your life, and how hospitals are the new ‘killing fields’ to be avoided at all costs.  These monoliths are beholden to government funding, as are doctors who take money from insurance companies and the government for utilizing certain drugs/interventions over others.  This is a glaring conflict of interest that needs to end now.

A group of scientists has just provided further confirmation that Covid mRNA “vaccines” cause vaccine-acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (VAIDS), also referred to as “vaccine-induced AIDS.”

The team of leading Polish medical researchers confirmed recent findings from a major study by the world-renowned Yale University School of Medicine.

As Slay News reported, Yale researchers published the findings of their bombshell study last month.

They found that mRNA injections alter human biology to create long-term spike protein production that increases over time.

The scientists warn that the Covid mRNA vaccines alter T cell immunophenotypes which triggers VAIDS.

Two of the Yale study’s co-senior authors, Harlan Krumholz and Akiko Iwasaki, have been leaders in investigating mRNA shots’ links to so-called “Long Covid,” which they believe should be renamed “Long Vax.”  (See link for article)

Leading Japanese Experts Issue Global Alert as Vaccinated Child Deaths Surge

Leading experts in Japan have issued a global alert to call for an urgent reassessment of worldwide vaccination programs after linking a recent surge in child deaths to “vaccines.”

A bombshell new study published in the Springer Nature peer-reviewed journal Discover Medicine raises the alarm over the issue after connecting several child deaths to “vaccinations.”

However, it wasn’t only mRNA injections that were linked to the deaths as the study found that multiple children died suddenly after receiving standard childhood schedule vaccines.

The study was conducted by Dr. Kenji Yamamoto of Okamura Memorial Hospital in Japan.

In the wake of Yamamoto’s, top Japanese experts are now calling for an urgent reassessment of global vaccination programs, particularly mRNA “vaccines.”

While most countries have halted additional clot shot doses, Japan and the U.S. are the exception and continue to push eight dose boosters to the elderly, which has caused dormant TB infections to ‘wake up.’   Madness……

Dr. Leana Wen, a former CNN medical analyst who famously stated that “the unvaccinated should not be allowed to leave their homes,” is now admitting that Covid dissenters should have been allowed to ask questions.

Wen, in a recent video, addresses the fact that many people had questions, particularly about the Covid vaccine, but were afraid to ask those questions because they might be told that their concerns were simply conspiracy theories.  (See link for article and video)

Wen seems to develop logic after years of pushing insanity.  Expect to see more of this.

The about-face by those who might be held accountable is yet more evidence that public health decisions and Covid policies affecting millions of people were driven by politics rather than science.  The media and academic publishing; however, refuse to budge.  They know who’s paying them.

Wen is the woman who stated life ‘needs to be hard’ for the ‘unvaxxed,’ – that should not be allowed to leave their homes, and should be considered as bad as drunk drivers.  Go here for a wee refresher on how the unvaccinated were treated – many losing their source of income for their stance.

Wen now admits studies on ‘vaxxed’ women show menstrual period changes, as well as the fact you have some degree of immunity after infection.  Please remember, ‘the powers that be’ denied this fact for years and exclusively pushed the dangerous, experimental gene therapy clot shots despite successful, cheap, safe treatments that professionals were heavily persecuted and lost their jobs for.  This tactic appears to still be in play for measles.  It’s all about the ‘vaccine.’

I highly doubt these persecuted professionals will be comforted much by Wen’s tardy admissions.

The truth was always right there in bright purple crayon for those with ‘ears to hear’ and ‘eyes that see.’
Unfortunately, there will still be many who remain deaf, blind, and dumb despite all evidence.

The public health community is passively accepting that our current H5N1 outbreak is a result of lab misadventure. Yes, it is another gain-of-function research, man-made, problem for the world to handle.

The knot-heads in charge have decided on a zero bird flu policy, which similarly to net zero emissions and zero COVID, simply won’t work due to reality.  Further policy stupidity is not keeping track of the birds that are tested from the rest of the flock.  If there are positives then the ENTIRE flock is culled by smothering them with foam or pulling the oxygen out of the chamber – quite a horrific way to die.  Then the entire facility must be disinfected which puts them out of commission for 111 days.

The height of insanity is the fact this outbreak comes right from the USDA’s ‘gain of function’ research by Wisconsin‘s Yoshihiro Kawaoika, PhD, DVM professor of virology at UW Madison, and Ron Fouchier, PhD, head of Erasmus MC Dept. of viroscience.

We can thank them for B3.13, which causes pink-eye, to mutate into D1.1 which is causing much more severe symptoms including breathing problems and death.
