BioNTech and Moderna lobby the EU, Swiss and UK regulatory agencies to stop mRNA injections being classified as gene therapy

BioNTech and Moderna are frantically lobbying the European Parliament to stop a reclassification of mRNA injections as “gene therapy” in the upcoming revision to the European Union’s (“EU’s”) pharmaceutical legislation.

Moderna is also lobbying the European Medicines Agency (“EMA”), the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (“MHRA”) and the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products (“Swissmedic”) to urgently “rethink their gene therapy definition.”

According to an article published last year in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences, the mode of action of covid-19 mRNA injections should classify them as gene therapy products but they have been excluded by regulatory agencies. The wide and persistent biodistribution of mRNAs and their protein products, incompletely studied due to their classification as vaccines, raises safety issues.

Moderna and BioNTech expected to have their products regulated as gene therapies. Moderna, Inc. acknowledged in its Q2 2020 Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing that “currently, mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA.” Furthermore, BioNTech founder, Ugur Sahin, in a 2014 article, stated “One would expect the classification of an mRNA drug to be a biologic, gene therapy, or somatic cell therapy.”

That Big Pharma is now lobbying the European Parliament to not classify mRNA as gene therapy was raised by a Member of the European Parliament (“MEP”), Virginie Joron, who submitted a written question to the European Commission on 2 February.  (See link for article)

SUMMARY:

The three decision making bodies in the EU are:

  • The European Parliament (the only group whose members are actually elected by citizens)
  • The European Commission (proposes legislation & manages day to day business)
  • The European Council (made up of member states)

In 2015 Corporate Europe Observatory found unofficial cross-party groups of MEPs and industry that are not subject to any rules that official groups have. 

Incorporated under Belgium law as a non-profit, a think-tank called The Kangaroo Group is one such unofficial group backed by Volvo, Phillip Morris, BAT, Beutsche ank, BP, ACEA, CEFIC, Unilever and Roche.  Its president is MEP Michael Gahler and its board members include the vice-president of the European Parliament, Rainer Wieland.  In 2023, the members of the group consisted of 16 MEPs; 28 people from institutions, academia and experts; 38 people from industry, services and trade; and, 38 corporations of which 8 are pharmaceutical companies.

The Kangaroo Group, which had an office in the Parliament Building until 2012, gave them privileged access to MEPs, and has already been criticized for being a back-door point for lobbyists.  They since moved to a new office but is still close to Parliament.

The husband of current Commission President Ursula von der Leyen is the medical director of Orgenesis Inc., a company that collaborates with Pfizer-BioNTech and is directly involved in the development of gene therapies, in particular messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccines. It also has dealings with consortia that have participated in and won tenders for recovery funds for research and development in at least two Member States.

The Commission President has a prominent role in managing relations with pharmaceutical companies and in managing European funds for researching and developing gene therapies. Her husband derives appreciable economic benefit from the way in which her top position in the EU influences his business.

COVID is a DOD Operation

Former Pharma R&D Executive Sasha Latypova returns to the Jane Ruby show to discuss DOD contracts with pharma for mass genocide of the American people.  She also recently revealed a leaked audio recording from AstraZeneca where its CEO, Pascal Soirot, is on record stating that millions of people in the world cannot be vaccinated by mRNA shots because they have autoimmune conditions and other vulnerabilities. Despite the known dangers of the mRNA platform, there are seemingly endless mRNA products in the pipeline, including a dangerous injection for Lyme disease, and is even being used in animals for consumption.  Many are concerned these are ‘ethnic specific’ bioweapons targeting specific races based upon their DNA. There is a long and sordid continuing history of experimenting on an unsuspecting public.

The devastating stories continue to pour forth.

Nothing else matters when a quick buck can be made.

Cracks are forming in the World Health Organisation’s plans to secure a vast expansion of its powers and resources. Presented as a necessarily urgent response to the empirically unsupported assertion that pandemics are increasing in frequency and severity, negotiations for a broad package of amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) and a new parallel Pandemic Treaty had been expected to be over by the end of 2023. Having missed that deadline, in late January the Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus pleaded for WHO member states to give ground so that the negotiations could be completed at all. In the same comments he sought to apportion blame for the unexpected headwinds on those who had misconstrued, or misrepresented, the benign intentions of the WHO and its key supporters (which include China and some wealthy private organisations).

Reading between the lines, it appears that Mr. Ghebreyesus and his supporters may finally have realised that the game could soon be up: the strength of opposition to the ambitions of this unelected technocratic administration has compounded rapidly in recent weeks. That opposition has become more evident not only in smaller less influential countries, but in countries which are major contributors to the WHO. Significantly this has included groups of politicians in the U.K. and the U.S. who are seriously alarmed by the vision of a WHO-centred ‘command and control’ public health system, and by the constitutional and public spending implications of these two proposed international agreements.  (See link for article)

The draft [treaty] reflects a process disproportionately guided by corporate demands and the policy positions of high-income governments seeking to protect the power of private actors in health including the pharmaceutical industry.

The WHO is now a symbol of all that is wrong with what has become a system of global public health patronage.
This shamelessly undemocratic and chaotic power grab is also indicative of an organisation which has reached the end of its useful life.

Wexford GP Dr Billy Ralph dropped a bombshell in a speech delivered at Leinster House last week. His presentation was part of an event organised by Independent Senator Sharon Keogan entitled, WHO Pandemic Treaty: Know The Facts.

In preparing for the presentation, the GP – who is one of six GP’s under investigation by the Irish Medical Council – checked out the World Health Organisation’s figures for adverse drug reactions to covid 19 vaccines.

The result? More than five million adverse reactions logged, a total of 5,286,822 in just three years of covid vaccine circulation. For comparison, the GP checked out results for Amoxicillin, a commonly used a penicillin antibiotic.

The GP also mentions that the COVID shots have only been around for three years and only 1 in 100 vaccine adverse events get reported.

Conveniently for the ‘pandemic’ manufacturers, the use of midazolam and morphine gave patients all the symptoms of COVID, which was then used to wrongly attribute their deaths to COVID, which was then conveniently put on their death certificates, which was then used to lockdown countries, mandate masks and experimental gene therapy shots, and ostracize anyone bold enough to defy the narrative.

A bombshell new report has sent shockwaves around the world after an investigation into the high numbers of “Covid deaths” during the pandemic uncovered evidence that tens of thousands of elderly people were actually murdered to boost the mortality rates.

On 5 February 2024, Christof Plothe DO spoke with Clinton Ohlers PhD, Executive Director of the SafeBlood Foundation, a World Council for Health Coalition Partner. Based in Switzerland and with branches in over 53 countries, this is the largest provider of unvaccinated blood donors in the world. 

Shortly after the rollout of the Covid-19 ‘vaccines’, naturopaths in Europe started noticing drastic changes in the appearance of blood from vaccinated patients (see image below). Georg Della Pietra, a retired Swiss naturopath, was concerned about the safety of the blood supply as the Red Cross was not separating blood from vaccinated and unvaccinated donors. In response, he founded the SafeBlood Donation project in September 2021. There is a limited supply of unvaccinated blood, and donated blood has a shelf life of only about 42 days, so instead of attempting to establish blood banks, their approach is to enable directed donations between matched blood donors and recipients.

Mysterious clots and the need for safe blood

Since the Covid vaccines were rolled out in 2021, morticians have been discovering long, rubbery clots in the blood vessels of mainly vaccinated people who have died. Early concerns about the safety of using vaccinated blood for transfusions have been borne out as these clots have also been found in the vessels of some unvaccinated people who had received transfusions. 

The danger of using vaccinated blood for transfusions was most clearly illustrated by the death of Baby Alex in Washington State. His parents had arranged for matched, unvaccinated blood to be used in a routine operation to repair a congenital heart defect. Their request was ignored, however, and ‘off-the-shelf’ blood was used instead. A few days later, Baby Alex was dead. The post-mortem revealed a long blood clot running from the knee – the injection site for the transfusion – to the heart. The parents’ worst fears were realised, and the danger of using vaccinated blood in transfusions was confirmed.

How does the SafeBlood programme work?

You can sign up to become a member of the SafeBlood programme. Becoming a donor is free, and there are two options available to become a recipient of matched blood: a once-off lifetime membership of $1,000, or an ordinary membership costing $10 per month.

Two other services offered include Safe Reproduction, helping recipients to find safe donors of sperm and eggs, and facilitating safe donations of breastmilk. They are also researching to find out if it will be possible to test off-the-shelf blood for vaccine-related contamination to determine if it is safe to use.
