In the U.S., 1 in 5 prescriptions is written for an off-label use.1 While sometimes this allows medications to be overused or misused, it also protects doctors’ ability to freely treat patients, and patients’ ability to use all available treatments after making an informed decision.

That 20% of medications are used off-label also indicates “a degree of freedom physicians currently have that will be foreclosed,” notes English comedian and actor Russell Brand,2 if a little-noticed provision in the omnibus spending bill is passed. “Literally, this will mean that your doctor will not be able to do what’s best for you because they’ll work for Big Pharma now,” Brand says.3

The 2023 omnibus appropriations bill — a 4,155-page tome involving $1.7 trillion in spending — includes 19 lines that could give the U.S. Food and Drug Administration the power to ban off-label use of approved medications. In a commentary for The Wall Street Journal, Dr. Joel Zinberg wrote:4

“Physicians routinely prescribe drugs and employ medical devices that are approved and labeled by the Food and Drug Administration for a particular use. Yet sometimes physicians discern other beneficial uses for these technologies, which they prescribe for their patients without specific official sanction.

The new legislation amends the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, or FDCA, to give the FDA the authority to ban some of these off-label uses of otherwise approved products. This unwarranted intrusion into the physician-patient relationship threatens to undermine medical innovation and patient care.”

International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes are a system used to classify and code diseases, injuries and other health conditions. They are primarily used for tracking and analysing health data, as well as for billing and reimbursement in the healthcare system. Periodically the World Health Organization (WHO) updates the codes to reflect new advances in medical knowledge and technology. The codes can be used by healthcare providers, insurance companies and government agencies to help ensure patients receive the appropriate treatment and care.

Last year, the ICD codes were updated again. However, this time they were updated to record your vaccination status.

Code Z28.310 is for the unvaccinated – If the patient has not received at least one dose of any COVID-19 vaccine.  (See link for article)

Partially “vaccinated” individuals get the code Z28.311, and there are also codes that give various reasons for remaining unvaccinated.  Although Z28 codes already exist to record immunizations not carried out and Z28.3 codes record underimmunization status as well, the new change now has specific codes for COVID injections and specific codes for those unvaccinated for COVID which has never happened before historically.

They are just one step away from being able to collect this information without your permission. Ergo: vaccine passports made easy. In this country, not having your vaccine records ‘up-to-date’ might mean:

But what appears at first glance to be a frank admission is really about protecting the narrative and setting up a new market for new vaccines.  Last week professional-software developer and amateur epidemiologist Bill Gates admitted that the mRNA Covid “vaccines” had “three problems,” including that they don’t prevent transmission.

Speaking at a Lowy Institute panel in Sydney Australia, Gates told the audience:

We also need to fix the three problems with the vaccines. The current vaccines are not infection-blocking, they’re not broad – so when new variants comes up you lose protection – and they have a very short duration…

Let’s be clear, Gates “admitting” some relatively harmless alleged problems with the “vaccines” is not due  to an attack of conscience or a Freudian slip, it’s just preparing for the next step of the scam.  (See link for article)

SUMMARY:

  • Gates only concedes that the old “vaccines” don’t work so that he can sell his new “vaccine” developed last March (or before) which is an “aerogel” you inhale to “prevent transmission.”
  • This new “vaccine” is hitting headlines conspicuously as Big Pharma is seeing profit declines.

Gates may be an amateur epidemiologist, but he is a brilliant propagandist who expertly uses the “limited hangout” or “save the frame” rhetorical model for handling loss of faith among the ranks in the face of abject failure of the COVID gene therapy injections.  Unlike the Pfizer employee who blatantly exposes the continuing ‘gain of function’ research, Gates knows how to subtly massage words to lure critics into conceding big lies into small “mistakes.”  Oops!  We’ll get it right this time!

He understands the importance of controlling the media  by funneling money to a multitude of news organizations, as well as funding “fact” checkers to shut down the opposition while appearing credible.  He has direct ties with “vaccine” manufacturers to “vaccinate” the world despite not vaccinating his own children, and is part of self-appointed global health groups with nongovernmental organization “NGO names,” like the National Academy of Medicine (NAM) that use Mafia tactics to cripple nation states while enriching themselves.

The guy really is brilliant in a sick, twisted way.

While Pfizer warned investors to lower their expectations for 2023, Gates sold his stock using impeccable timing and made huge profits.

Abstract

Bartonella bacilliformis (B. bacilliformis), Bartonella henselae (B. henselae), and Bartonella quintana (B. quintana) are bacteria known to cause verruga peruana or bacillary angiomatosis, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-dependent cutaneous lesions in humans. Given the bacteria’s association with the dermal niche and clinical suspicion of occult infection by a dermatologist, we determined if patients with melanoma had evidence of Bartonella spp. infection. Within a one-month period, eight patients previously diagnosed with melanoma volunteered to be tested for evidence of Bartonella spp. exposure/infection. Subsequently, confocal immunohistochemistry and PCR for Bartonella spp. were used to study melanoma tissues from two patients. Blood from seven of the eight patients was either seroreactive, PCR positive, or positive by both modalities for Bartonella spp. exposure. Subsequently, Bartonella organisms that co-localized with VEGFC immunoreactivity were visualized using multi-immunostaining confocal microscopy of thick skin sections from two patients. Using a co-culture model, B. henselae was observed to enter melanoma cell cytoplasm and resulted in increased vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGFC) and interleukin 8 (IL-8) production. Findings from this small number of patients support the need for future investigations to determine the extent to which Bartonella spp. are a component of the melanoma pathobiome.

If you have only been reading the mainstream media, you would not have heard about what just happened in Stockholm this weekend.

There was a massive conference in Sweden with top doctors from around the world giving lectures on the dangers and failures of the mRNA vaccines.

Doctors including Dr. Aseem Malhotra, Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. Jessica Rose, Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, Dr. Ryan Cole, Dr. Richard Urso and many more held fantastic speeches exposing the truth about the vaccines.

And the conference hall was completely packed with about 1000 people in attendance. It was a massive conference.

Guess what? It went completely ignored by the mainstream media. I know that they know the event was taking place. They deliberately ignored it. Thankfully many alternative media was there.  (See link for article)

    • A new study finds that ivermectin is a promising cancer drug – specifically in the prostate.
  • The professor went so far as to advise women who want children to find an unvaccinated man.
  • Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche stated that the unvaccinated will fare the best and are the best protected against COVID.
  • While birthrates have plummeted, excess mortality is sky high.
  • Dr. Jessica Rose showed that the lipid nanoparticles (SM-102) used in the Moderna shot is more dangerous to health than gasoline and diesel.
  • While journalists from CNN, Reuters, AP and more were recently invited as special guests to the WEF where they mingled and met with political leaders and large corporations like Pfizer, they were conspicuously absent from the Stockholm conference.
  • The author of the article got “fact checked” by Reuters on another article he wrote on data from Australia showing the more mRNA doses, the higher the risk of being hospitalized by COVID. The “fact checkers” didn’t even bother doing the math which proves the original article to be 100% correct.  He points out the boss at Reuters also sits on the Pfizer board and that Reuters has an exclusive partnership with the WEF, with journalists invited to Davos as special guests.  “It’s a big club and you ain’t in it!”

The panel of experts? According to EPOCH Times, our collective immunological fates and futures were entrusted to Collins, Fauci, Choucair, and Walensky – following input from only four people:

  • Dr. Paul Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and an adviser to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on vaccines
  • Dr. Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota and a former member of Biden’s COVID-19 advisory board
  • Akiko Iwasaki, professor of immunobiology and molecular, cellular, and developmental biology at Yale University
  • Dr. Peter Hotez, co-director of Texas Children’s Hospital Center for Vaccine Development and dean of the Baylor College of Medicine’s School of Tropical Medicine

Many others also held that position, but we were censored by Big Tech.

Rational discourse requires hearing all positions on a matter and giving each position its due consideration. Debate, disagreement, and controversy are GOOD things in the search for truth – unless one particular political party decides to substitute politics for Science, evidence-based medicine, and reality-based public health policy.

On a matter such as respiratory viral illness, which we know (and Hotez knew) could involve specifically problems like antibody-dependent enhancement and pathogenic priming (which Hotez called “immune enhancement”), and issues that an immunologist like Iwasaki should have known (immune exhaustion, possibilities such as original antigenic sin and immune tolerance never even made it to the table.

Remember it was the day after Trump’s property was raided that CDC changed their views on natural immunity.

SUMMARY:
  • Offit and one other “expert” stated that those with natural immunity need fewer “vaccine” doses.  The other two “experts” argued natural immunity shouldn’t count for anything.
    • These experts have received millions in grants from the NIH ~ showing a clear conflicts of interest.
    • No experts who believe natural immunity is sufficient on its own were included in the meeting, despite the CDC’s admission that natural immunity was superior to vaccination against the Delta variant, which was displaced in late 2021 by Omicron.  The CDC has made misleading representations on the evidence supporting vaccination of the naturally immune, and has not responded to a request for comment.
    • Some research has shown that the naturally immune have a higher risk of side effects from the “vaccine” than those who haven’t recovered from infection. Some experts believe the risk is worth the benefit but others do not.
  • Nothing was changed in the U.S. “vaccination” policy, which has never acknowledged post-infection protection.
  • Fauci et al. continually downplay natural immunity claiming it is inferior to “vaccine” immunity, but most studies indicate the exact opposite.
    • Some other countries offered benefits for those with natural immunity.
    • Walensky, Murthy, and Collins did not respond to requests for interviews. Fauci, who stepped down from his positions in late 2022, could not be reached.
  • The secret meeting, held in October 2021, was briefly discussed before on a podcast. The Epoch Times has independently confirmed the meeting took place, identified all of the participants, and uncovered other key details.
  • Professor Dr. Jay Bhattacharya of Stanford states:

“It was a really impactful decision that they made in private with a very small number of people involved. And they reached the wrong decision.” ~ Dr. Bhattacharya
