A renowned German pathologist has sounded the alarm on the number of fatal consequences of COVID-19 vaccinations being drastically underestimated, according to his findings.

Peter Schirmacher, the director of the Pathological Institute of the University of Heidelberg, who was admired by The Pathologist magazine as one of the world’s 100 most influential professionals in the field, stated that 30 to 40 percent of people who died within two weeks after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine and whom he performed an autopsy on died from the vaccination, according to the local outlet Augsburger Allgemeine.

The pathologist argues that just like cadavers of people who died from COVID-19, corpses of people who die within the short period of time after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine should be examined more frequently and meticulously. He added that currently, pathologists do not study possible connections between inoculation and a development of deadly health implications such as cerebral vein thrombosis or autoimmune diseases. Since vaccinated people usually do not die under clinical observation, Schirmacher explains, “The doctor examining the corpse does not establish a context with the vaccination and certifies a natural death and the patient is buried. Or he certifies an unclear type of death, and the public prosecutor sees no third-party fault and releases the corpse for burial.”  (See link for article)

**Comment**

The administration of German Chancellor Angela Merkel rejected Schirmacher’s conclusions and declined his calls, stating that “vaccines are safe”. And the German medical regulatory body announced the Schirmacher’s statements are “incomprehensible.”  

In other words, nothing to see here.

The Federal Association of German Pathologists, also urging more autopsies of the vaccinated, requested the Health Minister to promote the practice back in March, but the lack of response demonstrates that authorities are pursing goals that have little connection with science or healthcare.

Other doctors are asking for autopsies of the “vaccinated” and that a report of just one autopsy after just one dose of the Pfizer shot, showed almost all tissues tested positive on PCR for SARS-CoV-2. The doctor also points out that a 45-year-old mother just died of heart issues and brain swelling, shortly after getting the COVID shot required before she could begin her job at Johns Hopkins University. There will be tears and flowers, but probably no autopsy – and no pause in the shots demanded for mothers and potential mothers if they want to work at JHU.

The ramifications of these injections can not be overstated.

The article also points out that the underreporting of vaccine-related deaths and adverse effects are also a problem in the U.S. and a lawsuit is currently in play due to a CDC whistleblower’s testimony that there are at least 45,000 deaths related to the COVID injections and that the CDC is under-reporting such deaths by a conservative factor of at least five.

According to Dr. Peter McCullough, since typically only 10 percent of vaccine-injury cases make it to VAERS, the death toll from the vaccines may actually be 10-fold higher than the official number. He also said a vaccine that leads to 150 deaths is usually withdrawn from use.  He feels the injections would have been shut down in February if there was a data and safety monitoring board.

For a little history lesson, the Swine Flu vaccine was dumped after 4,000 reported adverse events. Nine states suspended it two weeks after it began, after only 3 deaths in the elderly that weren’t even proven to be caused by the vaccine.

The reason for this is simple: it happened before vaccine manufacturers got a free pass.

According to 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–22, “No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.” Source

Also important to understand is how these “vaccine” manufacturers, besides having complete indemnity, are demanding that countries put up sovereign assets, including bank reserves, military bases & embassy buildings as collateral for expected vaccine injury lawsuits.

New Delhi-based World Is One News (WION) reported in February 2021 that Brazil rejected Pfizer’s demands, calling them “abusive.” The demands included that Brazil:27

  1. “Waives sovereignty of its assets abroad in favor of Pfizer”
  2. Not apply its domestic laws to the company
  3. Not penalize Pfizer for vaccine delivery delays
  4. Exempt Pfizer from all civil liability for side effects

Lastly, the Centers for Disease Control is openly discussing internment camps for individuals with a high risk of contracting COVID. CDC’s euphemism for the internment is “shielding.” 

Although a document at the CDC website appears to refer to settings outside the United States, the suggestion that governments should erect safe zones to quarantine healthy but at-risk people should alarm Americans already faced with mask and vaccine mandates.

All this for a supposed “virus” that has not been isolated and proven to cause disease.

Six months ago, I began my first article on scientific censorship during COVID-19 by introducing Dr. Anthony Fauci as a surprise character who had emerged unexpectedly while I dug through what were then 83,000 FOIA emails, published by US Right-to-Know over the course of the last year: see files related to Ralph Baric, Linda Saif, Rita Colwell, Colorado State/Rocky Mountain National Laboratory and the NCBI; other FOIA releases from Judicial Watch, BuzzFeed, and the Washington Post include NIH funding of the WIV and Dr. Fauci’s emails.

I’ve been trying for quite some time to get people to understand the full scope of the Dr. Fauci “situation,” but it’s clear that segments of our national leadership are preventing an honest and open inquiry into his actions because they fear the backlash or collateral damage that will result from the tarnishing of their sacred cow. It’s time Americans were told the truth: that the grant money sent to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) is merely a footnote in this narrative. After all, Dr. Fauci controls nearly $4 billion of annual grant funding for the NIAID, the institute within the NIH he has directed since 1984. Over 37 years, more than 50,000 research projects have been supported with more than $50 billion (conservatively) of taxpayer funds that have been doled out to them.  (See link for article)

This article has it all and is a “must read”.
The author created a COVID-19 website to speak to a broader audience to offer unfiltered information as he realizes COVID has been intensely politicalized, and that mainstream media has failed when they were needed most.

He also points out that Fauci:

  1. and the NIH are behind research and development of mRNA technology and drugs like remdesivir proving clear conflicts of interest that are ignored.
  2. is behind pushing these NIH-sponsoed inventions, while rejecting generic alternatives.
  3. has obfuscated data and censored public debate over the risk/benefit evidence on the COVID injections.
  4. continually changes his stance on masking, lockdowns, school closures and other issues based upon “reducing the accountability of cowardly officials, not the best interest of their constituents.”
  5. refuses to address blatant censorship of vaccine reaction data and blames skeptics for any future breakouts when the most likely cause is antibody dependent enhancement (ADE).

The author further points out that:

The same hubris and gaslighting in defense of “Science” has plagued every facet of our government’s response to COVID-19.

The author analyzed 00,000 pages of FOIA documents, 1,000-plus research articles, and his own published analysis of the impact of Fauci’s censorship, which was the first of its kind.

Highlights of article:

  • Fauci ensured scientific censorship was implemented to prevent public awareness of his role in gain of function research and its controversies.
  • Baric’s emails were lost amid 83,000 others but the take-away is that Peter Daszak, et al., conspired to shape the narrative.
  • This group of conspiring virologists hid their conflicts of interest, are still fighting tooth and nail to suppress information, and have expended more effort and publications in advancing their cover-up than in fighting the pandemic.
  • The signal was sent to all scientists that pursuing the lab origins angle meant career death (no academy membership), no funding (via Fauci or Ross or Farrar), no publication in the big four journals during the historic pandemic (NEJM, Science, The Lancet, and Nature — by virtue of their publishing of the tone-setting pieces), no executive patronage for things like generic drugs, etc.
  • The protection of Fauci is a “midterm election decision only, and that means the goal is to drag this out until the electoral damage can be mitigated.”
  • Recent congressional appearances by Fauci have shown that he is willing to drag this fight out forever in defense of his legacy, and many politicians are sympathetic to his plight.
  • The author includes specific questions that Fauci should be asked, that he recombines to a single thematic question: Why did the world’s leading virologists/microbiologists and top American/U.K. officials refrain from releasing their knowledge of the existence of the FCS when they first learned of it? The obvious conclusion is that they wanted to limit discussion during the early phase of their censorship.
The author is correct is stating that the only proper action is for Fauci to resign immediately and apologize for suppressing the extensive conflicts of interest, double standards, and political decisions masked as sound policy. 

Further, the paper “Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” one of the most-read (and potentially most impactful) pieces of scientific propaganda published in at least a generation should be retracted.

I also agree that the failures of of leadership are ethically and morally indefensible, and sufficient evidence already exists for Congress to do the right thing moving forward, and that it will take historic leadership to honestly converse with a righteously indignant citizenry (in the U.S. and everywhere else).

Abrien Aguirre is a board certified occupational therapist who recently went public with his knowledge of working in 3 COVID units in Hawaii, two of them “isolation units.” He states that he works in the largest skilled nursing facility in Oahu, working with the geriatric population.

He was interviewed by a group known as “Hawaii Free Speech News.”

His testimony was recorded at a recent outdoor protest held at the Hawaii State Capitol in Honolulu.

He starts out his testimony by saying that the media is misrepresenting what is happening with hospitalized COVID patients. He states:

The people moved to the COVID unit, didn’t have COVID. They tested positive with the PCR test, but most of them were asymptomatic and only suffering from their pre-existing conditions.

He explains how people with terminal illnesses were put on the COVID death lists, which he says is “complete fraud.”

They rolled out the Moderna mRNA experimental injections at his facility, and he says:

I’ve seen 32 elderly people pass away immediately after taking the Moderna vaccine. None of that is being talked about on the News. It doesn’t fit their narrative.

I’ve seen more people pass away from the vaccine, than I have in COVID units.

He explains that he worked as a “Director of Rehab” in one skilled nursing facility for 5 months, and he saw where the billing department would have his therapist change medical diagnosis codes from things like pulmonary disorder to COVID because of higher reimbursements. And this even happened with cases that were not only asymptomatic, but sometimes they did not even have a positive PCR test result for COVID.

It’s just fraud on every level.

Mr. Aguirre states that he has reached out to politicians to expose this fraud, including the Governor of Hawaii, and their response is silence. Not one of them has responded.

His last advice in the interview:

My advice to people: if your elderly are sick, your grandmother, your great grandmother, your mom, don’t send them to a skilled nursing facility. They’re not going to receive adequate care.

Treatment is going to be withheld from them. They’re going to be forced to wear a mask all day, and social distance.

They’re going to become depressed and want to commit suicide. Because that is what I am seeing in our facilities.

This testimony by Abrien Aguirre is one of the most damning interviews I have ever seen. Everyone should send a copy of this video to their “elected” officials, because the U.S. medical system has now become thoroughly corrupt.

Mr. Aguirre has nothing to gain, and much to lose by going public, putting his career and possibly even his life on the line to go public with this damning information.

Since politicians are complicit with these murders and crimes, it is unlikely that they will do anything about it.

But by exposing their crimes, especially those who claim they are “just doing their jobs,” we can ensure that they will most certainly be held accountable for these murders and crimes against humanity.

There is no place in Hell too hot for where most of these people are going to end up.

America’s Frontline Doctors files injunction against Covid Vax; Department of Justice Declares Vax Mandates are a Go

The Covid pandemic is built on data. Every action by our government in the name of public health relies upon it. Cited numbers of Covid infections and deaths justify everything from ever-fluctuating mask guidance, to how close we can stand next to each other, to how many people can sit in a restaurant, to whether our family and friends bump elbows with us, give us a hug, or wave from a distance. Data is driving what conditions our children will have when schools reopen (or choose not to). It drives whether we can be with our loved ones who are hospitalized or in nursing care.

Clearly the integrity of data about Covid-19 transmission and symptom severity should be of the highest importance to our elected officials. The people who represent us in government are creating or accepting policy that is changing the structure of our society, and shaping our future by affecting the mental and physical health of our children. Citizens are told to rely upon the data curated by our government to make decisions in our daily lives, including medical decisions.

Our current Administration relies on data for vaccine policy. President Biden is calling for citizens to go door-to-door to promote uptake of vaccines that are not approved by the FDA. And now, with the backing of the Department of Justice, the White House is encouraging businesses, government, schools, and health providers to deny services, access, and employment to those who are not vaccinated.

All of these actions and mandates rest on the foundation of Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA). i EUAs were codified in 2003, as part of the George W. Bush administration’s Project Bioshield, which sought to address anticipated bioterrorist attack threats. Over the next 17 years, EUAs were issued by the FDA dozens of times in response to threats like Anthrax, Ebola, Swine Flu, and Zika. ii

Since January, 2020, there has been a massive surge in EUA use. Over 600 EUAs paved the way for Covid drugs, tests, PPE, and medical devices. iii

Underlying all EUAs is the legal necessity for a declaration of emergency. Without that declaration, every subsequent action ceases to be legal.

There is No Emergency

In general, a drug or device will not go to market without FDA approval. EUAs bypass lengthy safety and efficacy studies, in the name of an urgent threat. The EUA provision of Project Bioshield anticipated novel biological threats, for which the benefit of swift drug development and access would outweigh the risk of rapid transmission of a biological agent.

Under the law, EUAs require only a declaration by the HHS Secretary of a public health emergency, or a significant potential thereof, which is a threat to national security. iv In 2020, HHS Secretary Alex Azar declared a state of emergency due to covid on January 31. It was renewed in April, July and October, and again January 2021. Our current Secretary Xavier Becerra renewed the public health emergency again in April and July, 2021. v

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) filed suit on July 19,2021 with the primary focus of stopping these declarations. The group aims to halt the use of covid vaccines under EUAs, namely Janssen, Moderna and Pfizer. AFLDS further wants to prevent FDA approval of the vaccines for children, for those who have already been infected with SARS-CoV-2, and any citizen unable to give “truly voluntary, informed consent.”

The suit is supported by robust statutory, legal and factual bases. Studies are presented that challenge the public health narrative and government asserted health and safety data for the novel vaccines. The suit asserts that there is no serious or life-threatening disease, that the vaccines are not effective, that vaccine risks outweigh benefits, there are available approved alternatives, and that health professionals and the general public do not have adequate information to allow for informed choice by individuals. The essence of the suit is, safety data that is crucial for informed consent has been obscured, manipulated, or omitted.

Whistleblower: 45,000 Deaths Caused by the Vaccine

One of the most striking revelations in the suit is an expert opinion that adverse events reported in VAERS are woefully deflated. As of the filing of the suit on July 19, 2021, the number of deaths reported to VAERS associated with covid vaccines was over 9,000. Whistleblower testimony by an expert in health data analytics estimated the number of deaths within 3 days of vaccination exceeds reports to VAERS by at least a factor of 5. Under oath, the Whistleblower made a conservative estimate of 45,000 deaths after vaccination.

The Biden Administration Is Treating Informed Consent as Expendable under EUAs.

We often hear that the covid vaccines are experimental, but what does that mean? In effect, it means the vaccine development process, which can take up to 15 years from research and discovery through four Phases of trials, has been expedited to less than a year.

The AFLDS suit points out, “The American public has not been properly informed of these dramatic departures from the standard testing process, and the risks they generate.”

A Fact Sheet accompanies each vaccine, which states effectively, it is your choice to receive or not receive the vaccine. “Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care.” The statement ends there and does not include any other areas of life that can be impacted by a refusal. It is upon this omission that DOJ advised the White House that the right to refusal does not “restrict public or private entities from insisting upon vaccination in any context,” and imposition of “secondary” or “nonmedical” consequences are not in violation of any law. The U.S. Constitution is notably missing from DOJ analysis of the issue.

According to the DOJ, “Although many entities’ vaccination requirements preserve an individual’s ultimate ‘option’ to refuse an EUA vaccine, they nevertheless impose sometimes-severe adverse consequences for exercising that option (such as not being able to enroll at a university” (emphasis added).

Beyond consequences for exercising the right to refuse medical intervention, however, DOJ further advises the White House that informed consent is expendable. In a Memorandum it asserts EUA law “directs only that potential vaccine recipients be ‘informed’ of certain information, including ‘the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.” The Memorandum continues, “Importantly, however, and consistent with FDA’s views, we also read [the EUA law] as giving FDA some discretion to modify or omit ‘the option to accept or refuse’ notification.” (emphasis added).

In justifying its position DOJ relies on statements made in 2003 Project Bioshield hearings, by Marc McClellan, former FDA Commissioner, and Dr. Anthony Fauci, then Director of NIAID, “explaining that the informed consent requirements contained in 21 U.S.C. §355(i)(4) do not apply to EUA products.” Dr. Fauci and Mr. McClellan put on Congressional record, “[U]rgent situations may require mass inoculations and/or drug treatments, such informed consent requirements may prove impossible to implement within the necessary time frame when trying to achieve the public health goal of protecting Americans from the imminent danger.” vi

The AFLDS lawsuit articulates well the dangers we face as Americans to our informed consent:

“The combined effect of (i) the suppression and censorship of information regarding the risks of the Vaccines, (ii) the failure to inform the public regarding the novel and experimental nature of the mRNA Vaccines, (iii) the suppression and censorship of information regarding alternative treatments, (iv) the failure to inform and properly educate the public that the Vaccines are not in fact “approved” by the FDA, (v) the failure to inform and properly educate the public that the DHHS Secretary has not determined that the Vaccines are “safe and effective” and on the contrary has merely determined that “it is reasonable to believe” that the Vaccines “may be effective” and that the benefits outweigh the risks, (vi) the sustained psychological manipulation of the public through official fear-based messaging regarding COVID-19, draconian countermeasures and a system of rewards and penalties, is to remove any possibility that Vaccine recipients are giving voluntary informed consent to the Vaccines. They have no real option to accept or refuse the Vaccines. They are unwitting, unwilling participants in a large scale, ongoing non-consensual human experiment.” vii

Where Do We Go From Here?

Despite clear Executive overreach and abuse of power with respect to Emergency Use Authorizations, the Constitution is still a beacon for those standing up for informed consent and human rights. Justice Alito recently wrote very encouraging words for Americans in a dissenting opinion in one of the first Covid-related cases to reach SCOTUS:

“[A] public health emergency does not give Governors and other public officials carte blanche to disregard the Constitution for as long as the medical problem persists. As more medical and scientific evidence becomes available, and as States have time to craft policies in light of that evidence, courts should expect policies that more carefully account for constitutional rights.” viii

While the wheels of the legal system are turning, health freedom advocates do not need to wait for further injury before taking action. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has announced it is investigating three new possible side effects that may be linked to mRNA COVID-19 vaccines made by Pfizer BioNTech and Moderna (Spikevax).

Europe’s medicines watchdog, an agency of the European Union in charge of the evaluation and supervision of medicinal products, issued statements on Wednesday confirming that its Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee (PRAC) is looking into whether three medical conditions are connected to the administration of COVID-19 shots that employ mRNA technology following a “small number” of incidences.

One of the three potential side effects being investigated is a dermatologic disorder called erythema multiforme, an allergic reaction that manifests as reddish skin lesions and may also affect mucous membranes in internal body cavities. According to the National Institute of Health (NIH), in general, the cause of the disorder is unknown, but it frequently occurs in association with the herpes simplex virus, suggesting an immunologic process initiated by the virus. In half of the cases, the triggering agents appear to be medications, per NIH.

The two other conditions the PRAC is assessing are related to the kidneys, with one of them, glomerulonephritis, linked to inflammation of tiny filters in the organ (called glomeruli). The usual causes of the disorder include infections and immune diseases. Another one, nephrotic syndrome, is a disorder causing the kidneys to leak too much protein in the urine. Nephrotic syndrome is usually caused by damage to the clusters of small blood vessels in the kidneys that filter waste and excess water from the blood. The PRAC statement says that “affected patients may present with bloody or foamy urine, oedema (swelling of the eyelids, feet or abdomen), or fatigue.” It is also noted that some of the vaccine recipients experienced a relapse of preexisting kidney conditions.

Also, PRAC is looking into menstrual disorders in vaccinated women. Even though it is stated that “no causal association between COVID-19 vaccines and menstrual disorders have been established so far,” and that such disorders are “very common in the general population,” the condition still made it to the list of concerning side effects. While the CDC explains that “COVID-19 mRNA vaccines give instructions for our cells to make a harmless piece of what is called the “spike protein,” of which only the muscle cells are affected, many experts state just the opposite.

At this point one must ask oneself who stands to gain?  Public health ‘authorities’ who own patents on virtually every aspect of COVID, or doctors/experts who are widely bullied, censored, and potentially will lose their jobs for speaking out.

One such vaccine expert, Byram Bridle, Ph.D, associate professor of Viral Immunology at the University of Guelph, has gained access to Pfizer’s biodistribution study from the Japanese regulatory agency showing spike protein in inoculated people is also found in the spleen, liver, adrenals, and ovaries, where its concentration was the highest.  It also crosses the blood-brain barrier causing neurological damage – which explains the many reports of brain-bleeds and blood clotting.  Bridle states:

The SARS-CoV-2 has a spike protein on its surface. We now know spike protein gets into circulation. We thought the spike protein was a great target antigen; we never knew it was a toxin. So by vaccinating people, we are inadvertently inoculating them with a toxin.

When in circulation, the spike protein can bind to the receptors that are on our platelets and the cells that line our blood vessels. When that happens, it can do one of two things: it can either cause platelets to clump, and that can lead to clotting — that’s exactly why we’ve been seeing clotting disorders associated with these vaccines. It can also lead to bleeding, and of course, the heart is involved, which is part of the cardiovascular system, so that is why we are seeing heart problems.

The inventor of mRNA technology, Dr. Robert Malone, which is used in numerous COVID shots has warned that mRNA vaccines remain “biologically active,” i.e., get bio-distributed throughout the body, and the spike protein is not “harmless,” but “cytotoxic,” which means it can damage cells.  

Pfizer-BioNTech animal trials also showed bio-distribution of the vaccine, with high concentrations mainly observed in the liver, adrenal glands, spleen, and ovaries.  And a Pfizer whistleblower states COVID injections are bioweapons, and a GSK whistleblower states they cause sterility.

A recent paper states the jabs save three but kill two.
Who to believe?  The choice is obvious.
