Petition: Right to Refuse Law

Pass a Bill in Your State to Protect Your Health Freedom to Decline Emergency Countermeasures
Take action by writing to your state legislators. Ask them to pass a bill in your state to protect your health freedom and your right to refuse emergency countermeasures.
 

NHFA supports protecting the long-standing American freedom of the right to refuse medical interventions that do not have our consent.  This basic constitutional right of bodily autonomy should stand when it is challenged, even during an emergency.  We recommend that citizens contact their state legislators and work to pass strong laws to protect this basic health freedom principle.  Citizens can educate legislators about their expectations of freedom and their vision for a healthy America.
NHFA recommends that states introduce and pass Right to Refuse laws that embody the following health freedom principles (Click Here to Read the Full Model Language):

(a) The right to refuse countermeasures during emergencies and disease outbreaks is protected including the right to decline: medical treatments or procedures; testing; physical or mental examination; vaccination; experimental procedures and protocols; collection of specimens; participation in tracking or tracing programs; the wearing of masks; the maintaining of measured distance from other humans and animals that is not otherwise unlawful; the involuntary sharing of personal data or medical information; and other recommended or mandated countermeasures.

(b) Coercion may not be used against a person who chooses to decline countermeasures such as restricting their access to necessary and important services and lifestyle choices.

(c) In the event a person needs isolation or quarantine, that it be in the least restrictive means possible.

(d) A person must be notified of their right to refuse in writing and by having their rights read to them out loud and a signature of acknowledgement of receipt of notification must be obtained

Minnesota passed a law in 2002 that protects the right of citizens to decline treatments in the event of a health emergency.  You can do it in your state too!!!

BOOM!  It’s getting hotter and hotter in the kitchen and true doctors are fed up with the lies, propaganda, and censorship.  

Please read the whole article but in essence what you must know is that there can only be ONE Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) given to a drug or therapeutic.  The FDA revoked EUA for HCQ back in June citing a lack of evidence it worked and that the risks outweighed any potential benefits.  Our ‘authorities’ are completely bought out and in bed with Big Pharma so they’ve held out EUA for their own lucrative drug Remdesivir or for their own vaccine rather than give it to HCQ. Data, figures, analysis and reflections were exposed that show the incoherent and harmful nature of the measures that are being applied worldwide pertaining to Covid-19.

“This is a world dictatorship with a sanitary excuse,” was stressed at the end of the meeting. Doctors agreed that:

  • Coronavirus victims did not outnumber last year’s seasonal flu deaths.
  • Figures were exaggerated by altering medical protocols.
  • The confinement of the healthy and the forced use of masks have no scientific basis.
  • The disease known as Covid-19 does not have a single infectious pattern, but a combination of them.

As I said before, TRUE doctors are fed up with the lies and propaganda.

The doctors bring forth many important issues including the health effects of 5G and the flu vaccine in relation to COVID.

They also pointed out the constant fear-mongering by the media and that they should clarify that 98% of the population are healthy, asymptomatic people who test positive.

The doctors also came down hard on governments for even insinuating mandatory vaccination or even forcing doctors to recommend them.

I probably enjoyed the picture the most.  Doctors smiling, doing what they love, and speaking out on how they’ve been pressured and censored. Beautiful.

Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. of East Hanover, New Jersey has agreed to pay $678 million to settle a civil fraud lawsuit in which the U.S. government accused the company of illegally providing doctors with cash payments and other gifts for prescribing their cardiovascular and diabetes drugs between 2002 and 2011.1

Assistant Attorney General Jody Hunt of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division said, “Through this settlement and others, the government has demonstrated its commitment to ensuring that drug companies do not use kickbacks to influence the drugs prescribed by doctors or purchased by patients.” She added, “We will continue to safeguard the Medicare program from kickbacks and their pernicious effects, including the undermining of important cost-control mechanisms instituted by Congress.2

Novartis Gave Doctors Cash Payments, Gifts As Incentive to Prescribe Drugs

According to the Justice Department, Novartis hosted thousands of speaker programs and other events under the guise of providing educational content, when in fact the events served as nothing more than a means to provide financial incentives to physicians to prescribe Novartis drugs Lotrel, Valturna, Starlix, Tekturna, Tekturna HCT, Tekamlo, Diovan, Diovan HCT, Exforge, and Exforge HCT.3

The Anti-Kickback Statute prohibits anyone from offering or paying, directly or indirectly, any remuneration, which includes money or anything of value to influence referrals of items or services covered by Medicare, Medicaid and other federally funded programs. This prohibition extends not only to improper payments to doctors and other health care providers but also to the improper payment of patients’ copay obligations.4

Prosecutors said many of the speaker programs were nothing more than social events held at expensive restaurants with little or no talk about the Novartis drugs. Some of the speaker events did not even take place.5

Department of Justice Cracking Down on Pharma Kickbacks to Doctors

Acting U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss for the Southern District of New York said in a statement:

Giving these cash payments and other lavish goodies interferes with the duty of doctors to choose the best treatment for their patients and increase drug costs for everyone,” She added, “This office will continue to be vigilant in cracking down on kickbacks, however they may be dressed up, throughout the pharmaceutical industry.6
