Brook Jackson’s attorney, Robert Barnes, had a strong day in court last week with the $3 trillion false claims lawsuit against Pfizer, by driving home that Pfizer was contracted to deliver a safe and effective vaccine to prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection. He pointed out to the judge that the contract promises the delivery of a safe and effective vaccine under FDA laws more than a half-dozen times.

I spoke to Brook’s attorney Warner Mendenhall in July of 2022 who asked my opinion on Pfizer’s motion to dismiss. I stated that you can’t contract to commit a crime. Pfizer was contracted to deliver a safe and effective vaccine.

Since the summer of last year, I’ve stated that under the Operation Warp Speed (OWS) contract, the US military contracted with Pfizer to “deliver a safe and effective vaccine capable of providing protection against SARS-CoV-2 and related coronaviruses (variants) subject to FDA technical, clinical and regulatory success (laws and guidance)” AND in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Pfizer forfeited their EUA immunity rights under their contract with the DoD under the Trump administration.

Pfizer collaborated with the FDA to lie to the US military, the American people, and President Trump that their mRNA nanoparticle technologies were safe and effective vaccines. In fact, Pfizer knew their mRNA technology would only cause disease, disabilities and death and offer no immunity to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Per the contract, Pfizer was also in charge of the data of submitted to the DoD, which they clearly falsified per Brook Jackson’s testimony.

This isn’t the first time Pfizer has been accused of fraudulent marketing. The DOJ ordered the company to pay $2.3 billion in 2009, but before you become too happy about crimes being punished, recognize that Pfizer cuts deals with the feds and has created shell companies to take the rap for their misdeeds, with a criminal plea that has allowed them to remain unscathed.  Further, internal company documents show that Pfizer uses a multimillion-dollar medical education budget to pay hundreds of doctors as speakers and consultants to serve as public relations spokespeople.

It’s important to note that a common tactic used by Big Pharma is to gaslight those injured by pharmaceuticals by using the plausibility sham of “evidence-based medicine,” and then insisting there is no data linking the injury to the drug or vaccine; however, these injuries are observed in clinical trials but are simply covered up to create the illusion it was “safe and effective.”

Preparations are underway for crimes against humanity trials at the International Criminal Court in the Hague, according to an ICC insider who reveals that key figures from the globalist establishment are set to be sacrificed on the altar of public outrage for their crimes in the elite’s failed Covid plandemic.

  • It appears the FTC is fighting back with a frightening onslaught against the 1st Amendment, as the FTC has demanded that Twitter Inc. turn over internal communications, including information to “identify all journalists” granted access to company records.  Hopefully it is clear that if this is allowed, journalism is lost forever and it will be near to impossible to read or write anything that disagrees with the accepted narrative, including Lyme/MSIDS.

Journalist Matt Taibbi Exposes Government Censorship

In what has been called the “Twitter files,” journalist Matt Taibbi reveals how the government weaponized private companies, tax-payer-funded non-governmental organizations and commercial news media to target social media accounts disseminating content that ran counter to the accepted narrative.

The tyrannical censorship has been happening globally and statistician Jamie Jenkins explains how Ofcom‘s “guidance” to UK broadcasters was singularly pushing the government’s official narrative on the COVID shots.

• A top scientist responsible for developing the world’s first registered combination vector vaccine against Covid-19 in 2020 was found strangled to death in his apartment this week.  This isn’t the first time scientists have had untimely deaths.  Perhaps those in power are feeling threatened?  
• New details have emerged on how Pfizer covered up COVID “vaccine” trial failures by simply deleting them.  A reanalysis of Pfizer and Moderna trials found the injections increase serious adverse events at a rate of 1 in 800.  Pfizer still managed to earn a record $100 billion in 2022 including $37.8 billion for COVID shots and $18.9 billion for Paxlovid.

Feds About to Drop Hammer on Fauci

New evidence resulting from the Select Subcommittee’s Investigation into the Origins of COVID suggests that Fauci “prompted” the drafting of a publication that would “disprove” the lab leak theory.  The authors of the paper skewed available evidence to achieve that goal, and Jeremy Farrar went uncredited despite significant involvement.  Farrar was recently appointed to the chief scientist of the WHO, an organization currently attempting to gain total, global control of pandemic policies that would affect virtually all of life.  Go here to sign petition against this tyranny.  The Constitution and the Nuremberg Code have already been abrogated by “vaccine” mandates, lockdowns, etc. and the WHO is poised to seize our personal medical freedom and national sovereignty, establishing a totalitarian bio-tech surveillance state.

Former CDC Director Robert Redfield: “The Baltimore Sun called me a racist because I said this came from a Wuhan Lab.”

1. They deleted COVID gene sequences, which is highly irregular.
2. They changed the command control of the lab from civilian to the military, which is also highly unusual.
3. They let a contractor redo the ventilation system in the lab.

At time marker 1:45, He reminds the committee that a paper was published in 2014 by the Wuhan lab where they put the Ace2 receptor into humanized mice so it could infect human tissue.

When asked if ‘gain of function’ research ever stopped a pandemic, Redfield stated:

“No. On the contrary, I think it probably caused the greatest pandemic our world has seen.”

Former medial editor for the New York Times, Dr. Wade, explains in the video how the big money in medical research has corrupted the scientific community, which has been delineated many times on this website.  It’s important to note that the CDC is not a government entity as it receives private funds through its CDC foundation, a fact it continually attempts to distance itself from.  Please note that more than 96% of Lancet “scientists” who denied the lab origin theory have direct ties to the Wuhan lab, and while U.S. virologists defended their Chinese colleagues publicly, they privately expressed frustration and concern about a lab leak. They predictably want to limit FOIA requests so their dirty work never sees the light of day.  Another scientist who publicly claimed the pangolin data was a compelling piece of evidence for zoonotic origin, but privately, he didn’t believe this at all.

Science journals are guilty of engaging in a massive disinformation campaign.

In this video, Wade states that Fauci got two scientists to change their statement that the coronavirus came from a lab.  In return, they received a $9 million grant.  “You wash my back, I’ll wash yours.”

What hasn’t been discussed is that if Fauci, or any other corrupt public health ‘authority,’ had admitted that HCQ or ivermectin are effective against COVID, it would have been ILLEGAL for the FDA to give the clot shots emergency use authorization (EUA), and they never could have been approved.  This could have prevented thousands of deaths and adverse reactions.  Many are unaware that not a single vaccine on the childhood immunization schedule has been tested against a true saline placebo.  

What also hasn’t been discussed is that Fauci was able to hold his position as Emperor at NIAID for 50 years, not for being good at protecting public health, but because he’s done a good job protecting industry profits.
