The long goodbye has ended. The Mets’ “Franchise” is gone.

Tom Seaver, the greatest of all Mets who dropped out of public life in March of 2019 after being diagnosed with dementia died early Monday. According to family sources, Seaver, 75, died peacefully at his home in Calistoga, Calif., from complications from Lyme disease, dementia and COVID-19.  (See link for article)

Another great loss that didn’t have to occur.

There’s a few things about Seaver’s story we should note:

  1. Testing positive for COVID means very little.  Also, having COVID present in the body at the time of death does NOT mean it CAUSED death:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/07/01/us-scientist-manufactured-pandemic-testing-people-for-any-strain-of-coronavirus-not-specifically-covid-19/
  2. He began having memory issues, mood swings, and flu-like symptoms.
  3. He didn’t do anything about it initially.
  4. It took a major event (couldn’t remember his head vineyard worker’s name) for him to get help.
  5. It took years to get a Lyme diagnosis.  Please note – IT RECURS
  6. Due to years of misdiagnosis he obtained irreversible brain damage.
Mainstream medicine STILL isn’t properly educated on the severity and relapsing nature of many tick-borne illnesses.

It’s also fairly common for people to put up with symptoms until they become unbearable.  It took my husband’s falling down the stairs for him to accept help.

Brain damage isn’t always irreversible.  Actor and singer Kris Kristofferson’s story should encourage us:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/05/16/lyme-disease-awareness-month-kris-kristofferson-was-misdiagnosed-with-alzheimers-memory-loss-was-due-to-ticks/

Harvard University Warns Student Athletes About Lyme Disease Risk

Harvard golfer, Nina Fairbairn and Lightweight Crew Team member Cayman Bearly-Malinowski, have joined forces to help educate other college students about tick-borne illness.

Excellent video!  Judos to Fairbairn and Malinowski for making this for their fellow athletes.  They should show it to the whole school!

I also appreciate the fact that at the end they listed Lyme advocacy groups FIRST and the CDC way at the bottom. The truth hurts, but the CDC is completely bought out, has vested interests, and owns the patents on nearly everything surrounding Lyme/MSIDS.  They are the problem, and do not help those that have been infected for any length of time.  The CDC uses antiquated and unscientific guidelines that Doctors use like the 10 Commandments.  Those that don’t get hunted down and persecuted.

Shelby County woman who passed away 6 months ago gets letter saying she is COVID-19 positive

She died in February but the test supposedly took place in June.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Shelby County man questions what is going on at the Shelby County Health Department.

His mother died six months ago, but the health department just sent her a letter saying she is COVID-19 positive.

Troy Whittington said he was surprised when he opened the letter this week from the Shelby County Health Department. He knew what was in that letter was false.

“I’m just having a hard time understanding how they can say someone has COVID-19 when they are not even alive,” said Whittington.

Whittington said a letter arrived from the Shelby County Health Department for his mother, Sandra Whittington. The letter says she has been diagnosed as COVID positive and needed to isolate.

That would be difficult, according to her obituary: the 66-year-old died February 16th. That was weeks before the first case of COVID-19 was detected in Shelby County.

“It’s been 6 months, almost 7, since she passed away. There was no testing that was done at that time. On her death certificate it was stated she died, what the cause of death was, and it was not COVID-19. It was COPD,” said Whittington.  (See link for article)

U of I Team to Lead Nearly $6 Million Study of Lyme Disease, Tick-borne Illnesses

U of I team to lead nearly $6 million study of Lyme disease, tick-borne illnesses

Tick-borne illnesses like Lyme disease, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and anaplasmosis have more than doubled from 2004 to 2016, according to the CDC.

The four-year, $6 million National Science Foundation study will see researchers design a data framework that will help track the spread of illnesses linked to tick bites. Teams are particularly focused on the spread of disease east-to-west across the U.S., according to the University.

“The thing about tick data is, once you get out of the Midwest and East Coast, these data are very sparse,” said Lucas Sheneman, grant participant and director of U of I’s data management center, the Northwest Knowledge Network. “Databases that are out there are so siloed, they don’t communicate with each other. What we’re proposing is developing one comprehensive data framework to offer compatible resources to scientists and the general public.”

Creating a database is helpful as long as these databases are not then used to harm patients by denying their illness (which has been done for over 40 years). I was just contacted by a person who had the “classic bullseye rash” but was told she couldn’t have Lyme because the tick she collected wasn’t the kind to spread Lyme.  First – the tick she collected might not have been the tick she didn’t see and collect that infected her.  Second – ticks are constantly adapting and carrying new pathogens.  Third – a bullseye rash is DIAGNOSTIC for Lyme disease.  PERIOD.  No further testing required.  But, this sort of nonsense and doctor ignorance plays out on a daily basis regarding TBI’s.

Studying climate change in regards to ticks is a red-herring and waste of time:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2018/11/07/ticks-on-the-move-due-to-migrating-birds-and-photoperiod-not-climate-change/
