This more recent interview (2022) with another weather expert completely corroborates everything Michaels states below. Man has nothing to do with the weather, and blaming CO2 has no science behind it. He too states those who claim otherwise are simply trying to make money off of the ‘Climate Change’ narrative. Further, a recent study shows there is ‘no evidence’ of a climate emergency. The Corbet Report recently wrote an excellent article where he debunks the climate narrative point by painful point and how it’s being used for The Great Reset and Agenda 2030 – the push for global technocracy.
Patrick J. Michaels is the director of the Center for the Study of Science at the Cato Institute. Michaels is a past president of the American Association of State Climatologists and was program chair for the Committee on Applied Climatology of the American Meteorological Society. He was a research professor of Environmental Sciences at University of Virginia for 30 years. Michaels was a contributing author and is a reviewer of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007.
His writing has been published in the major scientific journals, including Climate Research, Climatic Change, Geophysical Research Letters, Journal of Climate, Nature, and Science, as well as in popular serials worldwide. He is the author or editor of six books on climate and its impact, and he was an author of the climate “paper of the year” awarded by the Association of American Geographers in 2004. He has appeared on most of the worldwide major media.
Michaels holds AB and SM degrees in biological sciences and plant ecology from the University of Chicago, and he received a PhD in ecological climatology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1979.
For more on how Climate change has nothing to do with the spread of ticks and Lyme: https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2018/08/13/study-shows-lyme-not-propelled-by-climate-change/ Warm winters are actually lethal to blacklegged ticks. Migrating birds and photoperiod are moving ticks all over.

Amblyomma longirostre ticks are typically in countries of South, Central and North America. The fact one was found in Canada is quite telling. The fact it was infected with Borrelia burgdorferi – even more telling. They’re known to transmit Rickettsia.
Please know Ontario authorities have been called out in shoddy, biased research regarding “climate change” and tick/disease proliferation: https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2019/06/17/ontario-public-health-officials-called-out-on-shoddy-biased-research-utilizing-an-erroneous-climate-change-model-to-program-a-futuristic-tick-problem/ Scott states that the authors completely ignore and dismiss previous published work and instead create their own reality to show a gradual tick expansion northward due to supposed climate change. The problem is tick populations already existed in those locations. Scott’s most telling statement for patients to be aware of regarding research on climate change and ticks is this theory would,
“explain to the public a reason for not tackling this serious health care issue earlier. The tick problem was programmed for the future. Thus, ill-founded statistical analyses culminated in fabricated erroneous data and, ultimately, resulted in a series of maps that turned out to be flawed science.” John Scott
