Statement attributed to Lt. Col. Mike Andrews, Department of Defense spokesman:

“Today the Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, announce a $138 million contract with ApiJect Systems America for “Project Jumpstart” and “RAPID USA,” which together will dramatically expand U.S. production capability for domestically manufactured, medical-grade injection devices starting by October 2020.

Spearheaded by the DOD’s Joint Acquisition Task Force (JATF), in coordination with the HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, the contract will support “Jumpstart” to create a U.S.-based, high-speed supply chain for prefilled syringes beginning later this year by using well-established Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) aseptic plastics manufacturing technology, suitable for combatting COVID-19 when a safe and proven vaccine becomes available.

By immediately upgrading a sufficient number of existing domestic BFS facilities with installations of filling-line and technical improvements, “Jumpstart” will enable the manufacture of more than 100 million prefilled syringes for distribution across the United States by year-end 2020.

The contract also enables ApiJect Systems America to accelerate the launch of RAPID USA manufactured in new and permanent U.S.-based BFS facilities with the ultimate production goal of over 500 million prefilled syringes (doses) in 2021. This effort will be executed initially in Connecticut, South Carolina and Illinois, with potential expansion to other U.S.-based locations. RAPID will provide increased lifesaving capability against future national health emergencies that require population-scale vaccine administration on an urgent basis.

RAPID’s permanent fill-finish production capability will help significantly decrease the United States’ dependence on offshore supply chains and its reliance on older technologies with much longer production lead times. These supplies can be used if a successful SARS-COV-2 vaccine is oral or intranasal rather than injectable.”

The ApiJect syringes come with an optional RFID tag so that health care workers can track the GPS location and identity of the individual being injected. Via the Apiject.com website:

With an optional RFID/NFC tag on each BFS prefilled syringe, ApiJect will make this possible. Before giving an injection, the healthcare worker will be able to launch a free mobile app and “tap” the prefilled syringe on their phone, capturing the NFC tag’s unique serial number, GPS location and date/time. The app then uploads the data to a government-selected cloud database. Aggregated injection data provides health administrators an evolving real-time “injection map.”

This is coupled with “Operation Warp Speed” which skips many safety protocols and will deliver up to 500 million coronavirus vaccines.

The only reason 500 million vaccines would be needed is if they made them mandatory.

From a human rights perspective, a mandatory vaccination is an assault with a deadly weapon and a violation of basic human dignity and the rights of personhood. And now we discover that the DOD has 500 million pre-filled vaccine syringes with an “optional RFID tag.”

This should scare you.

It should also be clear what the intent is.  Bag and tag every citizen.  Make sure they got their vaccine and know exactly where they are at all times.

MADISON – The Wisconsin Supreme Court has struck down Gov. Tony Evers’ order shutting down daily life to limit the spread of coronavirus — marking the first time a statewide order of its kind has been knocked down by a court of last resort.

The state’s highest court, which is controlled by conservatives, sided with Republican lawmakers Wednesday in a decision that curbed the Evers administration’s power to act unilaterally during public health emergencies. (See link for article)

The article states that a poll showed more people support the lock-down than not.  If you haven’t made your opinion known yet, please do.  Representatives need to know your thoughts.

The article also states that Governor Evers is relying on “health experts” to guide his decisions.  I highly doubt he understands the lack of science on COVID-19 and the severe conflicts of interest.

The good news about this ruling is it gives you back the freedom to choose.  Something you should have had from the beginning. This bill authorizes the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to award grants ($100 Billion) for testing, contact tracing, monitoring, and other activities to address COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019). Entities such as federally qualified health centers, nonprofit organizations, and certain hospitals and schools are eligible to receive such grants. In awarding the grants, the CDC shall prioritize applicants that (1) operate in hot spots and medically underserved communities, and (2) agree to hire individuals from the communities where grant activities occur.

Just remember, while they state a disinformation campaign has made absurd claims, authorities have repeatedly lied to us. The conflicts of interest never end and America is in lock-down over a virus.  Just remember that once a ball has been rolled down a hill, it’s nearly impossible to push it back up. Stop this resolution in its tracks.  They haven’t even isolated this so called virus or created an accurate test or found appropriate treatment.

Frieden states ‘contact tracing’ is an art and a science. This is code for it is subjective, which means what seems right to authorities may not seem right to Americans – i.e. freedom vs authoritative health mandates. Starting at about 4:30 he talks about “old fashioned, shoe leather epidemiology’ or going door to door (social workers, returning peace corp workers, basically anyone who doesn’t mind encroaching on other peoples’ liberties and turning them into authorities).  He talks about trust.  Ironic considering he was arrested and plead guilty to forcibly touching a woman.

    NHFA recommends that states adopt the following language.

          HEALTH TREATMENT; NOTICE, REFUSAL, CONSEQUENCE.

    Subdivision 1. Refusal of treatment. Notwithstanding laws, rules, or orders made or promulgated in response to an emergency, including but not limited to a national security emergency, state-wide emergency, health emergency, or any peacetime emergency, individuals have a fundamental right to refuse medical treatment or procedures, testing, physical or mental examination, vaccination, participation in experimental procedures and protocols, collection of specimens, and preventive treatments or programs, including but not limited to vaccines, tracing and tracking programs.  An individual who has been directed or ordered by a government or its designees, or a public or private business or entity, including but not limited to a commissioner of health or its designee to submit to a directive or order of that nature may choose to decline to comply, respond to, or participate with said directive or order.  For purposes of Subd. 1, 2, and 3, “individual” and “person” includes adults and minor children.

    Subdivision 2.  Persons Needing Care.  A person who is infected with or reasonably believed to be infected with or exposed to a toxic agent that can be transferred to another individual or a communicable disease, and the agent or communicable disease is the basis on which the emergency has been declared, and who refuses to submit to a directive or order, may be ordered by the government or its designees to abide by quarantine according to parameters set forth in sections  xxxxxxx [insert citation to your state’s quarantine law].  Said quarantine must be of the least restrictive means possible, and include due process, and be protective of the right of the individual to remain in their home, live with consenting family members or friends and significant others at all times, and utilize the treatments of their choice for their recovery.  Quaratine may not take away or alter the legal or medical custody of a person who is under a parent or legal guardian. A minor child may not be forcibly removed from their parent or home.  A person in quarantine has the right to have a consenting person of their choice with them and attending their needs at all times.  A person in quarantine and the consenting persons living with them, have the right to remain in their home as is, without further requirements by government such as additional bathrooms.

    Subd. 3. Information given. Before a health care provider performs treatment, testing, physical or mental examination, vaccination, participation in experimental procedures and protocols, collection of specimens, or preventive treatments or programs including but not limited to vaccines, tracing and tracking programs, on or for an individual during a declared emergency, a health care provider shall notify the individual in writing and by reading the above Subd.1 and Subd. 2 to the person or the person’s parent or legal guardian, of the right to refuse the services and the consequences of declining, including rights and conditions of quarantine, upon refusal.  The health care provider shall also obtain a signature of acknowledgement of receipt of notification of a person who declines.

President of Tanzania Punks WHO, Sending Samples of Fruit, Goats, Sheep, Even Motor Oil For COVID Testing. Nearly Half Come Back Positive!

I am saddened to report that Tanzania President John Magufuli went missing on February 27. Mainstream media created the narrative that President Magufuli was dying from COVID-19 after labeling him a “COVID denier.” He died mysteriously on March 17.  Go here for a video on this.  This has happened many times before.

For the backstory:  Magufuli was first elected in 2015, promising to end corruption. He won re-election last October with 84% of the vote, and cut his own salary by 75%.  He implemented programs for the poor and invested funds into education and ending poverty.  But as described in this article, he was probably the biggest enemy of the global COVID-19 agenda.

His mysterious death came just five weeks after The Guardian published an opinion piece on February 8 entitled, “It’s time for Africa to rein in Tanzania’s anti-vaxxer president.” It attempts to discredit and belittle the President for speaking against the mainstream COVID-19 and vaccine narratives. The Guardian published another article last October attempting to create a fraud narrative in Tanzania’s last election. “[President Magufuli] needs to be challenged openly and directly,” the Guardian declared on February 8.

Mainstream media focused on Suhulu Hassan being the first female president of Tanzania, but several Twitter users quickly pointed out that she is an associate with the World Economic Forum.  She also conveniently goes along with the COVID and vaccine narrative.

In the following article, Magufuli literally exposed the faulty testing in a superb way – leaving no question that it’s all a ruse.  Demonstrating the joke of PCR testing, the CDC quietly withdraws EUA of the PCR test as it can’t distinguish between COVID and the flu.  But this fact was known over a year ago.  Further, it’s been discovered that graphene oxide is in the swabs, masks, and is a main component in the COVID injections. Ethylene oxide, which is used as a pesticide in agriculture and causes cancer, is also in the swabs.
