A major new study titled, Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Field Emissions and Neurodevelopmental Outcomes in Infants: A Prospective Cohort Study, has delivered one of the clearest warnings yet about the effects of everyday wireless radiation on babies.

Unlike past research based on phone-use surveys, this team directly measured radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) inside homes — from sources like cell towers, Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones, and Bluetooth devices — and tracked real brain and motor development in infants over their first year.

The result? Higher in-home radiation was strongly linked to delays in fine motor skills, problem-solving ability, and social development — even after accounting for birth weight, maternal age, and income level.

What They Measured

Scientists went into homes with a professional spectrum analyzer, measuring total RF-EMF from all sources in the living environment — not just cell towers.

This included:

  • Wi-Fi routers (often running 24/7)

  • Cordless phones and their base stations

  • Bluetooth devices like speakers, earbuds, and baby monitors

  • Nearby cell towers

  • Smart TVs, tablets, and smart home hubs

Poul Thorsen, a Danish physician and researcher prominently involved in vaccine‑autism epidemiology, was indicted in 2011 in the U.S. for allegedly misappropriating more than $1 million in CDC grant funds. For over a decade he was a fugitive who face, name and charges were openly displayed on the US OIG Most wanted. Breitbart News has reported Thorsen was arrested in June under INTERPOL red notice.

This POPULAR RATIONALISM BULLETIN article reconstructs Thorsen’s academic contributions, the criticisms of his methodological work, the legal findings, and the implications for public policy and scientific trust. Study: Vaxxed Kids 453% More Neuro Disorders, 57% Chronically Ill

The following study never underwent peer review and was never published, because the authors — staunch vaccine supporters — told ICAN attorney Aaron Siri they were concerned about losing their jobs or reputations because their findings contradicted the official public health narrative and vaccine policy.  Lois Lamerato, Ph.D., who had worked on the study told Siri she and her coauthor both thought the study was well done and worthy of publication.  But the “higher-ups” at Henry Ford Health, to whom she was required to send a copy before submission, did not want to submit it. Lamerato also said she was worried the study, if published, would make doctors feel uncomfortable.

Today, attorney Aaron Siri testified before the U.S. Senate’s Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations during the hearing titled:

“How the Corruption of Science has Impacted Public Perception and Policies Regarding Vaccines.”

In his sworn testimony, Siri revealed the results of a long-hidden study from the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, MI.

This is the largest vaccinated vs. unvaccinated birth cohort study ever conducted in the United States (n=18,468). Children were tracked from birth over a 10-year period. The data were drawn directly from electronic medical records — the gold standard for real-world health outcomes.

The study’s official title: “Impact of Childhood Vaccination on Short- and Long-Term Chronic Health Outcomes in Children: A Birth Cohort Study.”

The measures and outcomes cited below come directly from the testimony of Aaron Siri, who presented these findings under oath in the U.S. Senate. Unfortunately, the study is not yet publicly available. (See link for video and key findings)

KEY FINDINGS

Compared to unvaccinated children, those who received one or more vaccines had dramatically higher rates of chronic illness:

  • 329% more asthma
  • 203% more atopic disease
  • 496% more autoimmune disease
  • 453% more neurodevelopmental disorders
    • including 228% more developmental delays
    • and 347% more speech disorders
Siri testified that all of these findings were statistically significant.

Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) and Del Bigtree have dedicated an entire documentary film to it, aptly titled “An Inconvenient Study,” to be released October 3, 2025.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) hasn’t updated its parental guidance on cellphone radiation since 2016, even though studies published in recent years highlight the dangers of exposure in children.

A link on the group’s wireless radiation webpage lists telecommunications company AT&T as one of its corporate sponsors.

The AAP, which represents 67,000 pediatricians in the U.S., says its mission is to “attain optimal physical, mental, and social health and well-being for all infants, children, adolescents and young adults.”

The group runs a parenting advice website — HealthyChildren.org — which includes a page on cellphone radiation. Five corporations sponsor the site, including AT&T, Vicks and pharmaceutical companies Regeneron, Sanofi and Genentech.

“It appears the website’s financial support may be influencing its content,” said Miriam Eckenfels, director of Children’s Health Defense’s (CHD) Electromagnetic Radiation & Wireless Program.

The AAP’s parenting website advertises a “free” webinar for parents on how immunizations for RSV, or respiratory syncytial virus, can keep their babies “safe.” Sanofi, which sells an RSV shot, is sponsoring the event.

“Meanwhile, the AAP hasn’t bothered updating its cellphone radiation advice to parents in over nine years — despite the rapid proliferation of cellphones and other ‘smart’ devices in kids’ environments,” Eckenfels said.

She added:

“Examples of industry supporting the AAP are common, and we are wary of any attempt to capture not just government agencies but also professional organizations.

“We need to ensure, through education and advocacy, that the financial incentives don’t impact their recommendations — and push back as soon as they do.”

AAP’s cellphone radiation page says ‘latest research’ is from 2016

The AAP’s “Cell Phone Radiation & Children’s Health: What Parents Need to Know” page was last updated on June 13, 2016.

The page reports on what it calls the “latest research” by citing partial findings from the 2016 National Toxicology Program’s (NTP) two-year study on cellphone radiation, which showed that rats exposed to cellphone radiation had an increased risk of cancer.

The webpage says “parents should not panic” and notes that the study focused on rats, not people. “We do not yet know if the same results would occur in people,” according to the webpage. “The analysis of all of the data from this study is not yet complete,” the webpage states.

The NTP published the study’s full findings in 2018.

“Why did the AAP not update its webpage in 2018, once the NTP completed the study and found ‘clear evidence’ of increased cancer risk?” Eckenfels asked.

Numerous other studies published since 2016 underscore the health risks of cellphone radiation.

In 2018, Italy’s Ramazzini Institute also found evidence of cancer in rats exposed to cellphone radiation.

Earlier this year, a systematic review commissioned by the World Health Organization concluded there is “high certainty” evidence that cellphone radiation exposure causes two types of cancer in animals.

The AAP’s cellphone radiation webpage calls for more research, despite failing to update its content with current studies.

It also includes “safety tips” for parents to help their children avoid “unnecessary radiation exposure,” such as limiting children’s cellphone use and downloading movies to watch with the device set to airplane mode.

“But note that AAP isn’t offering a free parent webinar to get these tips out to the public,” Eckenfels said. “Instead, they are buried on a neglected webpage.”

The AAP did not respond when asked why it hasn’t updated its cellphone radiation webpage for parents. Neither the AAP nor AT&T responded when asked how much money AT&T has contributed to the parenting website and for how long.

AAP supports ‘review of radiation standards,’ but will it take action?

The webpage points out that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which sets the regulatory limit for cellphone radiation, hasn’t reviewed its standards since 1996.

The page also acknowledges that it’s a “problem” that the FCC’s cellphone radiation test assumes the cellphone user is an adult, not a child. “Children’s skulls are thinner and can absorb more radiation,” the page states.

The AAP appears committed to advocating for the FCC to review its limits, stating:

“The AAP supports the review of radiation standards for cell phones in an effort to protect children’s health, reflect current cell phone use patterns, and provide meaningful consumer disclosure.”

In 2021, CHD earned a “historic win” against the FCC, challenging the agency’s decision not to review its 1996 health and safety guidelines for wireless-based technologies.

However, the FCC has yet to comply with the court mandate to explain how its radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines adequately protect humans from harm.

The majority opinion said the agency must also:

“(ii) address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure to RF radiation, the ubiquity of wireless devices, and other technological developments that have occurred since the Commission last updated its guidelines, and (iii) address the impacts of RF radiation on the environment.”

The petitioners in the case filed 11,000 pages of evidence of harm from 5G and wireless technology, including evidence of existing widespread sickness.

In April 2023, CHD petitioned the FCC to “quit stalling” and comply with the court-ordered mandate. The agency still shows no sign of complying, Eckenfels said.

The AAP did not respond when asked if it planned to petition the FCC to comply with a 2021 court mandate.

KU partners with Biotech Lab producing vaccines for Lyme disease and Chlamydia

The University of Kansas is helping to develop both a Lyme disease vaccine and a Chlamydia vaccine with Lawrence born biotechnology lab, Design-Zyme, and the projects all started with help from a KU graduate student.

Peter Petillo, Design-Zyme founder and CEO, and Professor Scott Hefty, from the KU school of molecular biosciences, act as the foundation for a partnership between university and industry. They said that they have known each other for almost 15 years and met through a mutual colleague at the University. Hefty said that their collaboration between commercial lab and academia gives graduate students and faculty that are early in their careers a lot of opportunity to learn.

Petillo agreed and added, “Most of the students coming out of the program are not going to work in academics. They’re going to work in some sort of an industrial setting.”

This partnership led to fifth year PhD candidate Lexie Cutter obtaining an internship at Design-Zyme, through Hefty.

While Hefty and Petillo had started a Lyme disease vaccine project, and Hefty had introduced the idea of developing a Chlamydia vaccine, it was Cutter’s work through the internship with Design-Zyme and Petillo which pushed the initial Lyme disease vaccine project forward. Cutter said Hefty helped put together the internship with Petillo two summers ago and that her project there was to produce the proteins which formed the Lyme disease vaccine.

KU Students, Faculty and Partners Progressing Vaccine Production

According to Petillo, Design-Zyme’s method for creating a vaccine consists of taking one protein from the disease-causing bacteria and bonding it to another. The proteins are meant to stimulate the immune system and build up a response to the bacteria, which causes a disease.

Petillo said the process for adding proteins together to create vaccines can be more difficult depending on the proteins and that it has been more difficult for the development of the Chlamydia vaccine. This has led to the Chlamydia vaccine ending up behind in development compared to the Lyme disease vaccine. As a result, Cutter is currently working on the continuing production of the Chlamydia vaccine, using the same method that she used when helping to create the Lyme disease vaccine.

However, the Lyme disease vaccine is progressing much faster and other faculty and students on the project have separate roles which contribute to the testing and research of the vaccine. This includes KU Lab Technicians Dominique Jaramillo and Nancy Schwarting.

Jaramillo and Schwarting said they handle mouse injections for the Lyme disease vaccine. This process involves directly injecting a mouse with the vaccine before using another syringe to inject the borrelia burgdorferi bacteria or the bacteria that causes Lyme Disease, into the mouse.  (See link for article)

Interestingly, the next step will be the ‘tick challenge study’ where they will collect ticks that have the ‘right form of the bacteria.’  This is an admission that the ‘vaccine’ will only be based upon this singular ‘right’ form.  There’s numerous strains of borrelia that people have been infected with.  This is a problem in itself, not to mention the fact patients are often coinfected with other pathogens simultaneously.

The author then regurgitates the accepted narrative that ticks have increased due to ‘global warming,’ which has been proven to be false.  The article then goes on to state that there hasn’t been a Lyme vaccine since 2002 when LYMRrix was withdrawn by its manufacturer citing poor sales, as the reason – but adding as an afterthought that a ‘small portion’ who took it experienced arthritis.

Well, that’s the understatement of the year.
