$350M in Secret Payments Given to Fauci, Collins, and NIH Scientists

**UPDATE June, 2022**

Five Republican senators have asked the NIH for a comprehensive accounting of every royalty payment by an outside source to an employee of the federal agency since 2009.  Unfortunately, this need for transparency appears to be divided by party line, with democrats being remarkably silent.  Don’t let politics divide us.  Being honest and transparent when it comes to a federal agency, paid for by our tax dollars, that spearheads research and all the money connected with it, as well as is instrumental in public health emergencies and affecting the entire medical profession is a requirement despite political affiliation.

Each year, NIH awards tens of billions of dollars in the form of federal grants, and under 401.10 of the Patent and Trademark Law Amendments (Bayh–Dole) Act, federal agencies and employees may receive royalty payments for products and inventions when listed as an inventor or ‘co-inventor’ on a product’s patent.

In 2005, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) implemented a policy requiring its employees to disclose these royalty payments on the consent forms for clinical trial participants; however, the agency has taken no action to disclose such payments to the public at large,” the letter states.  It shouldn’t take a lawsuit or FOIA request to obtain pivotal information on how our tax dollars are being spent. $350M in Secret Payments Were Sent to Dr. Fauci Over a 10-year Span

According to a treasure trove of new documents recently uncovered by a nonprofit watchdog group, Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Francis Collins alongside other scientists at the NIH received an estimated $350 million worth of secret, undisclosed royalty payments.

Contrary to its disclaimer that “the CDC does not accept commercial support”, the British Medical Journal (BMJ) reported, in 2015, that “the CDC does receive millions of dollars in industry gifts and funding, both directly and indirectly.”

A petition filed in 2019 by several watchdog groups contends that the CDC’s assertion that it is free from influence peddling and has “no financial interests or other relationships with the manufacturers of commercial products” are “indisputably false.”

The petition states the CDC, “knows the claims are false because it has procedures to address from whom and under what circumstances it accepts millions of dollars from contributors, including manufacturers of commercial products.”

This allegation is supported by multiple examples from the CDC’s own Active Program’s Report.

For instance, Pfizer Inc. contributed $3.435 million since 2016 to the CDC Foundation for a program on the prevention of Cryptococcal disease. Major sources of cash for the Foundation include:

FOIA Docs Disprove CDC COVID Injection Claims & Emails Show Ongoing Pattern of Government Lies

This recent article reiterates an April post that details how a FOIA request shows there are no documents to support the CDC’s claims that COVID injections do not integrate into DNA.  Another FOIA request also shows the CDC has ZERO data to support its claim that the shots do not cause variants.  Vaccinologist Geert Vanden Bossche states mass vaccination is driving Covid-19 to produce variants – perhaps even deadlier variants.

In short, there is ZERO data to support the following CDC’s claims:

  1. “The genetic material delivered by the viral vector does not integrate into a person’s DNA,”
  2. “They [viral vector vaccines] do not affect or interact with our DNA in any way,”
  3. “The “mRNA never enters the nucleus of the cell where our DNA (genetic material) is located, so it cannot change or influence our genes,” and,
  4. “They [mRNA vaccines] do not affect or interact with our DNA in any way.”

The three COVID-19 vaccines administered in the United States contain genetic material in the form of RNA (Pfizer and Moderna) or DNA (Johnson & Johnson) to tell our body to produce the virus’s spike protein.

Another perfect example of how science is now done by press release.  No data required.

The FDA, also without any data, states that these shots only instruct cells to make the spike protein and then magically eliminates components in about 36 hours. POOF! Gone.

But inconvenient truths just keep rolling out of the barrel of monkeys.
  • Scientists from the MIT published a study showing SARS-CoV-2 RNA can be reversed-transcribed and integrated into the DNA of human cells and that “transcription of the integrated sequences might account for some of the positive PCR tests seen in patients.”
  • An in-vitro study out of Sweden showed that mRNA from Pfizer’s COVID-19 shot is able to enter human liver cells and be quickly reverse-transcribed into spike DNA.
  • A presentation in Pennsylvania put on by a group of free speech and information advocates showed shots were not sufficiently tested and important groups were excluded, but despite lack of data, mandates continue.
  • A newly released study shows that messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) from the vaccine stays in the body much longer than expected (in lymph nodes months after the shot). 
  • Another paper shows “reverse transcription” is happening with a segment getting into human chromosomes. If the entire code gets into human chromosomes and expresses spike protein within human cells regularly or on demand, and is passed from parent cells to daughter cells, and to the developing embryo, Dr. McCullough states we are in a world of trouble.
  • A new study in The Lancet is showing a potential for multi-inflammatory syndrome in COVID-19 “vaccinated” previously health children with some on ventilators fighting for their lives.
  • Dr. Urso explains how the synthetic materials within these shots act inside the body and that the spike protein production enters the nucleus and has lasting production as well as is connected with vascular events.
  • VAERS reporting after COVID shots (as of 4/29/22):
    • 27,758 deaths
    • over 34,000 reports of myocarditis or pericarditis
    • 51,600 permanently disabilities

Stunning New Emails Reveal Ongoing Pattern of Lying From Government Officials Regarding Wuhan Lab

Bill Gates recently put forth the unproven argument that COVID-19 emerged in the human population naturally through contact with animals.

That Gates would make this argument at this late juncture—and do so publicly—is highly curious, as his comments run counter not only to much of what has been discovered in the last year about the virus’s origin, but also in relation to the conclusions from those closest to the virus’s emergence in early 2020.

We know that James Le Duc, director of the Fauci-funded Galvelston lab—which trained Wuhan lab staff—was very concerned that the virus came from the Wuhan lab.

We also know that Le Duc relayed these concerns to both the director of the Wuhan lab and to a shadowy governmental official who was connected to both Peter Dazsak’s EcoHealth Alliance and to Le Duc himself.

A new batch of Freedom of Information emails from Le Duc’s lab now sheds additional light on the fact that all major players knew very early on that the virus had come out of the lab. (See video in top link)

Despite being unconstitutional, the Biden Administration has created a ‘Ministry of Truth’ within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to oversee what information is and isn’t “truthful.” Heading it up is Nina Jankowicz, a “Russian disinformation expert” who is herself known for spreading disinformation, is opposed to free speech, and sings show tunes about disinformation and erotic Harry Pottery songs on TikTok in her spare time. This reminds me of the colorful characters involved in one of the fraudulent studies used to malign HCQ.

Well, it isn’t just scientists who lie.

This 2018 post reveals how the censorship started by banning alternative health sources. It then moved on to censor qualified health professionals from stating anything that defied the accepted narrative, with states even proposing bills to muzzle doctors.  Now, government officials and medical governing boards have made ‘disinformation their top priority.  A ‘Ministry of Truth’ organization will be the icing on the cake.

The problem is and always will be, information evolves, science changes, and medicine should never be one size fits all.
Debate and differing opinions are the hallmark of a healthy, free society.

If the ‘powers that be’ get their way, and get their catalogued government database where you are assigned a threat score based on your associations, activities and viewpoints, and all of this neatly centralized data is made available not only to our own government but to powerful and tyrannical globalists, it’s:

“just a matter of time before you find yourself wrongly accused, investigated and confronted by police based on a data-driven algorithm or risk assessment culled together by a computer program run by artificial intelligence.”  Even Social Services is getting in on the action, with computer algorithms attempting to predict which households might be guilty of child abuse and neglect.  Source

It was recently shown that the CDC bought cellphone data to track “vaccination” and lockdown compliance.

Similarly on Wed. May 11, 2022, the EU Commission is expected to publish draft legislation on an AI-based classification of all message content and images directly on devices called “chat control,” in an excessive and misguided surveillance justified by the fight against child abuse.

Despite increasing worldwide opposition to facial recognition technology, significant risks associated with its use, and lawsuits, companies – including Clearview AI – continued to create it and promote its use until recently.  Source  This will be an ongoing fight.

All of this spells doom for freedom as we know it but is particularly troubling for Lyme/MSIDS patients as the disease(s) is already hotly contested and can cause all manner of cognitive and mental issues – including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and rage.  Parents in Lymeland have already been accused of child abuse.  Imagine what will happen if centralized data and AI come to pass.  Many that are believers in the CARES Act, do not understand how this government overreach has been used to hand-cuff doctors and virtually kill patients.

Precrime will be used against the public by the government and globalists in order to lock down the nation which will then give them unlimited control over all aspects of life.

  • Chula Vista, CA is becoming the first city in America to be completely monitored by spy drones.
  • DHS and other government agencies coordinated with with Chinese drone manufacturers and Big Tech and have implemented the program over the course of several years.
  • The Free Thought Project reported on this problem in 2020 and since then it has gotten much worse.

“Nobody’s Allowed to Leave”: Inside Shanghai’s Brutal COVID Lockdown

Shanghai resident and Dutch journalist Jaap Grolleman says it is hard to tell when the city’s strict lockdown will end as the authorities are “very set” on achieving a COVID zero target. 

  • Multiple districts in the city were issued notices ordering residents not to leave their homes or receive deliveries for at least a week.
  • Terrifying footage has also emerged showing suspected COVID-19 positive residents being forced from their homes to be taken to quarantine facilities.
  • The videos which circulated through Chinese social media have since been removed from some platforms.
  • The current policy in China requires positive cases and close contacts to isolate in a government quarantine facility. “The two top rules are like if you get infected you have to go to the quarantine camp and also nobody’s allowed to leave your compound or apartment.”

Lyme/MSIDS patients (and everyone else) need to ask themselves one simple question: what would your plight look like if you believed and accepted mainstream medicine’s approach to tick-borne illness?  Simply put, you would be handed 21 day of doxycyline and told to “go home and be well.”  If your symptoms remained after that, you would be told it’s all simply in your head and you would be handed ineffective anti-depressants. This scenario is happening globally, but there is true help from those outside the system who have formed their own group, and who treat this complex disease(s) effectively. But under a “ministry of truth” anyone defying consensus based medicine or “group think” led by unelected corrupt bureaucrats in bed with Big Pharma will be banned.

Global Lyme Alliance (GLA) has launched a crowdfunding campaign in honor of Lyme Disease Awareness Month in May. GLA will use this campaign to bring attention to another debilitating illness that also affects many people with Lyme disease. The study will look at hidden bacteria known as Bartonella, a vector-borne pathogen that many Americans may carry. Bartonella can cause Bartonellosis, an infectious disease that can affect the brain, eyes, heart, and other organs. Bartonellosis can cause depression, anxiety, OCD, and encephalitis (which can result in seizures and coma). 

Like Lyme disease, Bartonellosis is increasing in prevalence and can also go undiagnosed due to lack of awareness. How the COVID ‘Pandemic’ is Being Used by the WEF to Obtain Power

Please read “Dozens of Governments Commit to Signing WHO Pandemic Treaty.”  The Biden Administration is amending the WHO’s International Health Regulation (IHR), with the explicit purpose of increasing the surveillance capacity of the WHO and expanding its power to enforce their regulations.  This would give the WHO power to:

  • dictate how doctors can respond, and which drugs & vaccines to use, making medicine a “one size fits all” approach – similarly to how they handled COVID.
  • make governments impose domestic lockdowns

A recent WHO White Paper states the organization intends to create a “Global Health Emergency Council” that will include a “Review Committee on the Functioning of the International Health Regulations” that will hasten the process of making more amendments in the future.

The WHO has contracted German-based Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems to develop a global vaccine passport system, with plans to link every person on the planet to a QR code digital ID.

And playing right along with the dystopian dream, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla called for microchipped medicine designed to enforce ‘compliance’ at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Allopathic “Medicine” is NOT Above the Law

Tennessee nurse, RaDonda Vaught, was sentenced to 3 years of supervised probation, evading a possible prison sentence of up to 8 years.  The lighter than expected sentence sparked criticism from the nursing community that feels they are above the law and offered all kinds of excuses including insufficient staffing and a negative workplace culture.

If you are unfamiliar with the details of the sentencing of nurse RaDonda Vaught for felony reckless medical homicide and abuse of an impaired adult see this article.  To be clear Vaught was found guilty of two (negligent homicide and gross neglect) of the three counts on March 25, 2022. She awaits sentencing where she faces up to eight years in prison.  Medical errors are the third-leading cause of death in the United States.

Former Nurse Radonda Vaught’s Conviction Proves Allopathic “Medicine” is NOT Above the Law

Incredibly, allopathic physicians decry that a nurse’s conviction for “gross neglect of an impaired adult and negligent homicide” is somehow going to make their profession “worse”.

In an incredible display of prototypical allopathic hubris, the American Nurses Association issued a statement in response to the conviction of a nurse for “gross neglect of an impaired adult and negligent homicide” of a 75-year old patient.

Their statement read, in part, that they believe that the conviction sets a “dangerous precedent” of “criminalizing the honest reporting of mistakes.” They go on the claim that some medical errors are “inevitable,” citing nebulous and undefined more “effective and (more) just mechanisms” than criminal prosecution to address medical negligence.

I’ve written before about the dangers of having two sets of laws, and have compared medical boards to the Taliban who act to enforce devout compliance to whatever version of “medicine” they happen to have the most faith in this month. They persecute ethical physicians who tell the truth. They reward physicians who lie to their patients about vaccine injury & death risk.

The American Nurses Association complained that “(t)he nursing profession is already extremely short-staffed, strained and facing immense pressure — an unfortunate multi-year trend that was further exacerbated by the effects of the pandemic” and that “(t)his ruling will have a long-lasting negative impact on the profession.”

The “profession” of allopathic medicine has acted as if they are above the law for decades, treating criminal acts of their members as if they were internal matters. In my book, Cures vs. Profits I outlined the case of Dr. Farid Fata of Michigan, a cancer physician who, at age 50, pleaded guilty in 2015 to subjecting patients to cancer treatments who he had intentionally misdiagnosed with a terminal blood cancer called multiple myeloma. Some of the patients died (e.g., Kenneth Paul Loewen, RIP, d62) as a side effect of the chemotherapies he ordered for them. Fata was never charged with murder, or even manslaughter. In 2015, he pleaded guilty to 13 counts of Medicare fraud, one count of conspiracy to pay or receive kickbacks, and two counts of money laundering.

Over 550 families have filed information on Fata’s malpractice. In all, Fatah administered over 9,000 doses of unnecessary medicine. In May 2020, the convicted killer had the gall to apply for early “compassionate release” – get this – to avoid contracting COVID-19 in prison. His request was, justly, denied.

Other physicians get by via slick language manipulation, right under the noses of the citizens, their representatives, and the legal system. Take, for example, the current case. Directly from the nurse’s association statement: “We are deeply distressed by this verdict and the harmful ramifications of criminalizing the honest reporting of mistakes.”

The convicted felon, RaDonda Vaught, was never charged with “honest reporting of mistakes”. She was charged with “gross neglect of an impaired adult and negligent homicide”. Let that sink in. The American Nurses Association is trying to use DoubleSpeak to convey a completely different meaning of the former nurse’s conviction. Their language shows contempt for the US legal system.

The nurses who want no accountability to society for illegal actions include Janie Harvey Garner, founder of “Show Me Your Stethoscope”, a nursing group on Facebook with more than 600,000 members. She is cited in this story as stating that she is worried “the conviction will have a chilling effect on nurses disclosing their own errors or near errors, which could have a detrimental effect on the quality of patient care”.

The problem is not just hubris. It’s not just ignorance. It’s IRRATIONALITY. The value of feedback from society on what is working, and what is not working, which practices and medicine are safe, and which are not, is invaluable information that allopathic medicine should have been using all along to improve their industry. They have abandoned (literally) their oath to first, do no harm; they turned for profit in the mid-1980’s, and instead of heeding the warnings and feedback from patients and their families, they spend millions on denialist programs to hide the darkest parts of their industry and narcissistically gas-light and blame their victims.

Allopathy has proven that it cannot learn from its own internal system of “justice”. In their topsy-turvy world, there’s a thin white line: Medical boards penalize doctors and nurses for honest reporting of vaccine injury and death, but only prosecute medical negligence in the most egregious cases. The rest is swept out of sight by settlements paid out via medical malpractice insurance.

Some people cannot stand by silently while humanity is pushed through the allopathic sieve and ground to dust by fixed protocols and intentional misdiagnoses done for profit.

THIS is why over 100,000 nurses have left the “profession”. It’s not “unfortunate”. It’s a long overdue course correction in medical ethics.

It’s also about time society lay down the letter of the law. Kill us, and we’ll hold you accountable.

It’s time that those who still practice allopathic “medicine” take this message – and lesson – to heart and start using their brains.

It’s time you learn from your mistakes instead of burying them. It’s time that allopathic medical professionals with warped views of reality stop acting like spoiled brats and start acting like professionals.
