KRIS NEWBY: LYME DISEASE AND AMERICA’S SECRET BIOWEAPONS PROGRAMS

A whistleblower has come forward with an explosive new trove of documents, rivaling or exceeding the Twitter Files and Facebook Files in scale and importance. They describe the activities of an “anti-disinformation” group called the Cyber Threat Intelligence League, or CTIL, that officially began as the volunteer project of data scientists and defense and intelligence veterans but whose tactics over time appear to have been absorbed into multiple official projects, including those of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
The CTI League documents offer the missing link answers to key questions not addressed in the Twitter Files and Facebook Files. Combined, they offer a comprehensive picture of the birth of the “anti-disinformation” sector, or what we have called the Censorship Industrial Complex.
The whistleblower’s documents describe everything from the genesis of modern digital censorship programs to the role of the military and intelligence agencies, partnerships with civil society organizations and commercial media, and the use of sock puppet accounts and other offensive techniques.
“Lock your shit down,” explains one document about creating “your spy disguise.”
Another explains that while such activities overseas are “typically” done by “the CIA and NSA and the Department of Defense,”censorship efforts “against Americans” have to be done using private partners because the government doesn’t have the “legal authority.” In other words, the government is fully aware that these activities are illegal for them to do so they outsourced to private companies similarly to how they skirted the ‘gain of function’ moratorium by simply outsourcing it to China to be done.
The whistleblower alleges that a leader of CTI League, a “former” British intelligence analyst, was “in the room” at the Obama White House in 2017 when she received the instructions to create a counter-disinformation project to stop a “repeat of 2016.”
Over the last year, Public, Racket, congressional investigators, and others have documented the rise of the Censorship Industrial Complex, a network of over 100 government agencies and nongovernmental organizations that work together to urge censorship by social media platforms and spread propaganda about disfavored individuals, topics, and whole narratives.
The US Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Information Security Agency (CISA) has been the center of gravity for much of the censorship, with the National Science Foundation financing the development of censorship and disinformation tools and other federal government agencies playing a supportive role. This topic should concern us all and we should demand government transparency and an investigation on this issue and vote for those who promise to uphold our inalienable rights, because believe it or not the situation could get much, much worse.
SUMMARY:
Despite the overwhelming evidence of government sponsored censorship, black holes have existed in the timeline, including the author(s) of the plan, until now.
New documents, training videos, presentations and internal messages which rival the Twitter Files and Facebook Files in importance, show that the creation of CTIL began in 2018.
In 2019, US and UK military and intelligence contractors (including DHS) led by a former UK defense researcher, Sara-Jayne “SJ” Terp, developed the sweeping censorship framework. These contractors co-led CTIL, which partnered with CISA in the spring of 2020.
Work done by these groups led to masking censorship within cybersecurity institutions, which pressured social media platforms to stop all dissenting opinions and to stop content from going viral.
Calling it the “Hogwarts school for misinformation and disinformation,”they saw themselves as superheroes. CTIL needed programmers to pull apart info from Facebook and YouTube. For Twitter they created Python code to scrape data.
CTIL created a law enforcement channel for reporting disfavored content and did research on those posting anti-lockdown hashtags – keeping a spreadsheet with details from their Twitter bios.
CTIL engaged in offensive operations to influence public opinion:
During CTI League brainstorming sessions for “counter-messaging for things like encouraging people to wear masks,” statements were given such as “Repetition is truth.”
“You’re not trying to get people to believe lies most of the time,” Terp said. “Most of the time, you’re trying to change their belief sets. And in fact, really deeper than that, you’re trying to change, to shift their internal narratives … the set of stories that are your baseline for your culture.”
Interestingly, experts are now stating that the COVID injections are changing the personality of many recipients which has been equated with lobotomy due to the spike protein, along with other COVID measures represents an intentional attack on the human hippocampus where autobiographical memory and individuality originate – ostensibly making people suggestible, forgetful, compliant, and unable to think critically and creatively. The same report also called for a form of “pre-bunking,” to “preemptively inoculate a vulnerable population against messaging,” suggesting that DHS-funded Information Sharing and Analysis Centers could be used to promote such pre-bunking.
The whistleblower states CTIL’s ultimate goal “was to become part of the federal government.” In our weekly meetings, they made it clear that they were building these organizations within the federal government, and if you built the first iteration, we could secure a job for you.”
Roughly 12-20 active people involved in CTIL worked at the FBI or CISA.
Terp and colleagues wrote AMITT by adapting a cybersecurity framework developed by MITRE, a major defense and intelligence contractor that has an annual budget of $1 to $2 billion in government funding.
Terp later used AMITT to develop the DISARM framework, which the World Health Organization then employed in “countering anti-vaccination campaigns across Europe.”
The AMITT framework calls for discrediting individuals as a necessary prerequisite of demanding censorship against them. It also calls for training influencers to spread messages and for getting banks to cut off financial services to people who organize rallies or events.
The documents give a clear picture of a highly coordinated and sophisticated effort by the US and UK governments to build a domestic censorship effort and influence operations similar to the ones they have used in foreign countries. It also strongly suggests the framework was originally created by military contractors.
Journalist Matt Taibbi has already been defamed and threatened with perjury charges with a five-year prison sentence, presented the documents to Congressional investigators on Thursday, November 30 and promised to make them available to the public. The NY Post reported on the Congressional investigation and questions if free speech will triumph in time to prevent the feds from secretly rigging the 2024 election. It also reported that journalist, Shellenberger urged Congress to abolish CISA.
Sadly, federal censorship could still run rampant until the Supreme Court rules on the government and social media censorship case Missouri v Biden, (now called Murthy v. Missouri) which is perhaps the biggest 1st Amendment ruling since the 1971 Pentagon Papers case.
The whistleblower told the journalists that CTI League leaders did not discuss their potential violation of the First Amendment.
“The ethos was that if we get away with it, it’s legal, and there were no First Amendment concerns because we have a ‘public-private partnership’ — that’s the word they used to disguise those concerns. ‘Private people can do things public servants can’t do, and public servants can provide the leadership and coordination,’” the whistleblower said.
FBI and CISA did not respond to the journalist’s request for comment. Gee, I wonder why?

Today we can exclusively report on a stunning new Freedom of Information Act disclosure from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in response to an inquiry about the so-called COVID vaccines, and in particular regarding the efficacy and usefulness of the so-called vaccines for people who had already had COVID.
There exists thousands of years of knowledge about the effects of natural immunity—meaning the human body’s natural ability to make antibodies for diseases which it has recovered from. Despite this mechanism being recognized since at least 430 B.C., the CDC insisted during the COVID pandemic that everyone had to take these so-called vaccines—including the naturally immune.
What basis did the CDC have for making this claim? Incredibly, as they now admit in the new Freedom of Information Act disclosure, they had no basisother than the say-so of a bunch of authors who were sponsored by companies that manufacture the said “vaccines.” It is a scandal of epic proportions. Yet once again the media is silent.

Attorney General Ken Paxton Sues Pfizer for Misrepresenting COVID-19 Vaccine Efficacy and Conspiring to Censor Public Discourse
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has sued Pfizer, Inc., for unlawfully misrepresenting the effectiveness of the company’s COVID-19 vaccine and attempting to censor public discussion of the product.
Pfizer engaged in false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims regarding the company’s COVID-19 vaccine in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
The pharmaceutical company’s widespread representation that its vaccine possessed 95% efficacy against infection was highly misleading. That metric represented a calculation of the so-called “relative risk reduction” for vaccinated individuals in Pfizer’s initial, two-month clinical trial results. FDA publications indicate “relative risk reduction” is a misleading statistic that “unduly influence[s]” consumer choice. Pfizer was also put on notice at that time that vaccine protection could not accurately be predicted beyond two months. (See link for full press release)
Paxton poignantly points out that more “Vaccinated” people have died from COVID than unvaccinated people.
This lawsuit most probably would have come sooner but outgoing Rep. Andrew Murr, who has been censured and has announced he will not be seeking re-election, led the House committee that brought unprecedented impeachment charges against Paxton that he was acquitted of entirely. Paxton couldn’t even enter his office during the trial.
Impeccable timing since Paxton led a 6-month investigation of Pfizer’s COVID shot.

Webb exposes the WEF false flag plan to carry out a massive cyber attack leading to systemic collapse of the global financial system in 2024 that will pave the wave for a regional war in the middle east.
A report published last year by the WEF-Carnegie Cyber Policy Initiative calls for the merging of Wall Street banks, their regulators and intelligence agencies as necessary to “reduce fragmentation,” and to confront an allegedly imminent cyber attack that will collapse the existing financial system.
Another section of the report details recommendations for controlling the narrative in the event such a crippling cyberattack takes place. While we can certainly rejoice over the following story and outcome of the unbelievable trial of a vilified doctor who was used by the government as an example of what can happen to dissenters, others are not faring so well.

Rather than refute the data, the New Zealand police have raided the home of the Health NZ whistleblower and arrested Barry Young (nickname: Winston Smith) who leaked COVID shot mortality data. Apparently, he was just released.
Perhaps the bigger scandal is COVID Payola. Young designed the system for “providers” to get paid per shot given.
The data shows the jabs killed an estimated 13 million peopleglobally(1 death per 1,000 doses). Youtube censored it within minutes of posting. The data has been validated by two of the world’s most highly respected experts on data, risk, and epidemiology; but true to form, the mainstream media and the “authorities” are framing it as “unauthorized disclosure and misuse of data,” or use the now highly overused term ‘misinformation.’ British MP Penny Mordaunt states it’s all been debunked around the world. But Steve Kirsch presented data from 3 countries, including NZ, showing it has not been debunked at all.
Tellingly, there were 11,000 “vaccine” exemptions given in NZ reserved for the elites, politicians and media propagandists.
Young took his data to the government first but was soundly ignored. In fact, it appears to be doubling down on the “vaccine” democide, despite the Philippines investigating the excess, unexplained deaths.
The $508 Billion Man, Eric Nepute, DC, DNM Naturopath, Chiropractor & functional medicine doctor was sued after recommending natural remedies to treat COVID. Hear how he was exonerated of all charges brought by the FTC & DOJ and turned down the DOJ’s settlement money attached to a gag order.
With twenty years of experience under his belt, Nepute likened the first week of COVID to the ‘zombie apocalypse.’ With doctors and physicians calling his office, he simply advised them with 150 year old, simple homeopathic solutions for colds and flus which includes vitamin C IVs, ivermectin, HCQ, and high dose vitamin D and zinc, and they were working.
He met with a large group of doctors from around the world on Zoom called The World Doctor Alliance to share solutions with each other, but this quickly evolved to doctors sharing that the government was coming after them. It wasn’t long and this personally happened to Nepute when he got a letter from the FTC telling him to cease from making any claims that vitamins treat or prevent COVID.
At the time there were already 112 papers that supported the benefits of vitamin D for COVID and 24 papers that supported zinc for COVID.
Initially hospital doctors called for advice on how to treat COVID but this suddenly and abruptly stopped. Hospital doctors were no longer able to do anything that wasn’t under the EUA protocol, which included IV fluids, remdesivir and ventilators, for fear of being fired.
Nepute then got a call from his attorney which told him he broke the Guinness Book of World Records for being sued by the U.S. government for $508 Billion.
Nepute’s clinics treated over 11,000 patients for COVID. They didn’t have ONE death.
Yet he and others like him fell prey to government “Whack a Mole” against doctors using a truly reprehensible mafioso tactic. In short – the government bankrupts dissenters.
His case drug on for over three stressful years, and cost him over 5 Million dollars. He was debanked by five banks, and they even froze his wife’s accounts. Insurance companies dropped his patient’s ability to use insurance while under his care, cutting millions of dollars of income away from his practice.
Knowing they couldn’t win the case, the FTC gave him three choices, all of which but one involved money in exchange for a gag order (being unable to talk about the case). Nepute chose freedom over money and is now exposing how the FTC, which had not changed their guidelines since 1998, just changed their guidelines for marketing and advertising regarding things you can say about supplements – the day after he said “no” to the settlement. Currently 700 nutraceutical companies got a letter from the FTC which is now suddenly holding them to the same standard as Big Pharma stating they are violating the guidelines by not completing double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled studies on vitamins.
A standard which isn’t even required for “vaccines.”
