ASSEMBLY BILL 428 / SENATE BILL 428 – relating to vaccination of 16-17-year-old minors without parental consent. This bill seeks to eliminate the fundamental right of parents in Wisconsin to make medical decisions for their minor children.
Minors may not have full knowledge of their medical history.
Adolescents may be more likely to succumb to medical coercion by an authority figure.
Teenagers may be particularly susceptible to pressure by means of incentivization (gift cards, vaccination kickbacks) as is regularly practiced in many retail settings.
ASSEMBLY BILL 427 / SENATE BILL 418 – relating to purchasing and distributing vaccines for children and making an appropriation.
It is not fiscally responsible for the state to initiate a purchasing program.
The implementation of one purchasing system for both public and private entities relative to vaccinations is undeniably another step toward employing a nationalized, single-payer healthcare system.

An independent doctor who is able to treat patients individually is the only reason my husband, myself, and thousands of others are alive.
There are thousands upon thousands of infected Lyme/MSIDS patients in Wisconsin along with others struggling with chronic illness. They and anyone who conscientiously, medically, or religiously objects to vaccines should have the freedom to do so.
Keep in mind that many have already stated that EMF, as in 5G, can be used to create almost all the symptoms of COVID or other illnesses. It can also be targeted to selected individuals and geographical areas. It is also important to note the perfect timing of wide-spread rollout of radiation pumping Smart Meters, with no opt-out option despite many reports of explosions, fires, as well as health problems and people protesting and suing utility companies.
The FEMA Test of the Emergency Broadcast System scheduled October 4, 2023 at 2:22 Eastern Time is billed as another routine test. It is likely not.
Why?
For many reasons, contained in my original posts on this subject. The first concerns the dangers of normal 3G and 4G compared to massively increased risks with 5G.
Where is the evidence that we may be dealing with a problem during the October 4 FEMA test?

#2. Mainstream Media has not spun this to generate panic. If this were something designed by the Globalists to falsely instill fear – like the COVID-19 Pandemic – it would be part of the narrative. It is not. The media is eerily silent about the details of this test and how it differs from prior ones. This suggests the FEMA test potential danger is being covered up as it is billed as ‘routine’ test and nothing more.
Why is the signal planned to continue for a full two hours? A usual emergency broadcast system test usually lasts less than a minute – for sufficient time to generate a cell phone text. Why two hours? Could it be so Americans are fully exposed to sufficient EMF to accomplish their agenda with regard to the lipid nanoparticles? While citizens go about their daily routine in the middle of the week, during the middle of a workday, all the while unsuspecting and being exposed to two hours of not only 5G, but additional frequencies that target computers, television, and radio. Why are whistleblowers – who have additional knowledge – coming forth and warning?

If the Oct. 4 date does not occur, the backup plan will be to do it on Oct. 11, 2023 at the same time. He’s states that if this is not stopped, people should shut off their smart phones and all other affected devices at 2 pm Eastern time for two hours to be safe.

Let’s all pray this is a big nothingburger, but if it isn’t the author recommends unplugging all computers, TVs, radios and other devices as well as turning 5G cell phones off and placing them in a Faraday cage or a turned-off microwave oven.Use landlines or non-5G flip phones to communicate between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. If FEMA cancels the October 4th test and reschedules on the backup date of October 11th, all the foregoing still apply.
The following 2021 Italian research is revisited by Dr. McMillan in the video below on how toxin-like peptides were found in samples from COVID patients. This research which seemed so outlandish at the time causing some to hypothesize that COVID is a type of venom poisoning, has simply been ignored or ridiculed. He also states that if this was designed to create harm, there is no more effective way than to turn the microbe against the person. Abstract
Background: SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19 disease and led to the pandemic currently affecting the world has been broadly investigated. Different studies have been performed to understand the infection mechanism, and the involved human genes, transcripts and proteins. In parallel, numerous clinical extra-pulmonary manifestations co-occurring with COVID-19 disease have been reported and evidence of their severity and persistence is increasing. Whether these manifestations are linked to other disorders co-occurring with SARS-CoV-2 infection, is under discussion. In this work, we report the identification of toxin-like peptides in COVID-19 patients by application of the Liquid Chromatography Surface-Activated Chemical Ionization – Cloud Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometry.
Methods: Plasma, urine and faecal samples from COVID-19 patients and control individuals were analysed to study peptidomic toxins’ profiles. Protein precipitation preparation procedure was used for plasma, to remove high molecular weight proteins and efficiently solubilize the peptide fraction; in the case of faeces and urine, direct peptide solubilization was employed.
Results:Toxin-like peptides, almost identical to toxic components of venoms from animals, like conotoxins, phospholipases, phosphodiesterases, zinc metal proteinases, and bradykinins, were identified in samples from COVID-19 patients, but not in control samples.
Conclusions: The presence of toxin-like peptides could potentially be connected to SARS-CoV-2 infection. Their presence suggests a possible association between COVID-19 disease and the release in the body of (oligo-) peptides almost identical to toxic components of venoms from animals. Their involvement in a large set of heterogeneous extra-pulmonary COVID-19 clinical manifestations, like neurological ones, cannot be excluded. Although the presence of each individual symptom is not selective of the disease, their combination might be related to COVID-19 by the coexistence of the panel of the here detected toxin-like peptides. The presence of these peptides opens new scenarios on the aetiology of the COVID-19 clinical symptoms observed up to now, including neurological manifestations.
Lyme disease patients detail treatment-denial conspiracy at Fifth Circuit
Lyme disease sufferers say they had trouble finding doctors willing to treat them due to a scheme to deny care by insurers and infectious disease experts.
(CN) — A group of Lyme disease patients asked the Fifth Circuit on Thursday to revive their lawsuit against a medical society they claim issued bogus guidelines that insurers used to deny them coverage, forcing some to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for their care.
Lisa Torrey and 27 others sued the Infectious Diseases Society of America, or IDSA, seven health insurance companies and several medical doctors in 2017 in Texarkana, Texas, federal court.
Bringing RICO Act and antitrust claims, the plaintiffs claim several major health insurers decided treating Lyme disease was too expensive, so they paid IDSA-affiliated doctors to establish arbitrary guidelines, first published in 2000, that said the illness could be treated with 28 days of antibiotics.
After reaching confidential settlements with the insurers, the plaintiffs filed a second amended complaint in January 2021, adding fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation claims against the IDSA and its panelists who wrote the guidelines. (See link for article)

The challengers’ lawyer made the argument that more than 12 states have passed legislation to protect physicians’ ability to prescribe long-term treatment proving that in reality doctors are bound by IDSA “guidelines,” as well as the fact insurance companies hide behind these “guidelines” which have become mandates allowing them to deny payment for treatment
Comparison of the Efficacy of Longer versus Shorter Pulsed High Dose Dapsone Combination Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Lyme Disease/Post Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome with Bartonellosis and Associated Coinfections
Twenty-five patients with relapsing and remitting Borreliosis, Babesiosis, and bartonellosis despite extended anti-infective therapy were prescribed double-dose dapsone combination therapy (DDDCT), followed by one or several courses of High Dose Dapsone Combination Therapy (HDDCT). A retrospective chart review of these 25 patients undergoing DDDCT therapy and HDDCT demonstrated that 100% improved their tick-borne symptoms, and patients completing 6–7 day pulses of HDDCT had superior levels of improvement versus 4-day pulses if Bartonella was present.
At the completion of treatment, 7/23 (30.5%) who completed 8 weeks of DDDCT followed by a 5–7 day pulse of HDDCT remained in remission for 3–9 months, and 3/23 patients (13%) who recently finished treatment were 1 ½ months in full remission.
In conclusion, DDDCT followed by 6–7 day pulses of HDDCT could represent a novel, effective anti-infective strategy in chronic Lyme disease/Post Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome (PTLDS) and associated co-infections, including Bartonella, especially in individuals who have failed standard antibiotic protocols.
