“Not Now” on the Surrender of Our Sovereignty to the WHO

At the end of May, President Biden intends to join other nations in supplanting our Constitution and the liberties it guarantees with something called “global governance.” Their plan, which has been stealthily negotiated for several years at the World Health Organization (WHO), would permit no informed debate – let alone require the approval of the American people with regard to turning over to Tedros Ghebreyesus, the WHO’s Director-General, the exclusive responsibility to decide when we have a “public health emergency of international concern” and what we must do about it.

We have already had a taste of what such a surrender of our sovereignty would entail. Even though Dr. Ghebreyesus is not a medical doctor, he was allowed to prescribe what the United States and every other nation ought to do in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. And his advice – which was to mask up, lock-down and take mandatory jabs with experimental and inadequately tested “vaccines” – proved disastrous. By some estimates, a million Americans who contracted COVID needlessly died because of Ghebreyesus’ malfeasance.

Clearly, it would be insane to give this Maoist foreign bureaucrat, who was selected for his job by the Chinese Communist Party, the power to dictate public health policy in our country.  But, that is what will happen if two treaties now being finalized are put to a vote by the World Health Assembly in just a few weeks’ time. We need your help to prevent that from happening under present circumstances and to preserve our sovereignty and your medical freedom.

Join us in telling President Biden: “Not Now.” The vote on the two treaties scheduled for the May 27 to June 2 World Health Assembly must be delayed.  Final drafts should have been circulated on January 27, yet the final texts are still being negotiated.  You don’t want him binding us to a “global governance” arrangement without an informed national debate about these two, deeply problematic treaties and absent the U.S. Senate advising and consenting to them.

On April 19, 2024, Members of the U.S. Senate and House, together with leaders of the Sovereignty Coalition, held a Capitol Hill press conference to voice their opposition to the imminent adoption of two World Health Organization (WHO) treaties that are set to be agreed to in just 37 days.  Participants denounced the Biden administration’s intention to approve these treaties that surrender U.S. sovereignty, compromise states’ rights, and undermine, if not terminate, constitutionally guaranteed freedoms.

They also presented new poll results showing likely voters’ strong opposition to the sorts of treaties being stealthily negotiated in Geneva. Coalition representatives announced a new “Not Now” emergency campaign aimed at heightening public awareness of the WHOs plans with the goal of deferring the international approval of those accords and requiring the U.S. Senate to provide its advice and consent prior to the Biden Administrations assent the Pandemic Treaty and amendments to the International Health Regulations.

Those participating included Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI), Representatives Ralph Norman (SC-5), Bob Good (VA-5), Chris Smith (NJ-4), Andy Biggs (AZ-5), Chip Roy (TX-21), Matt Rosendale (MT-2), Paul Gosar (AZ-9), Tom Tiffany (WI-7) and Scott Perry (PA-10) and the Sovereignty Coalition’s: Matt Schlapp (Chairman of the Conservative Political Action Coalition), Jenny Beth Martin (President, Tea Party Patriots Action), Tony Perkins (President, Family Research Council), Kris Ullman (President, Eagle Forum), Reggie Littlejohn (President, Women’s Rights Without Frontiers and Anti-Globalist International) and Frank Gaffney  (Executive Chairman, Center for Security Policy).

Notably, the Sovereignty Coalition released the results of a new national poll of 1,000 likely voters conducted last week by McLaughlin and Associates. As Senator Johnson observed, when asked “Do you want decisions about your health made by people you elect, or an international official appointed by the Chinese Communist Party?” respondents preferred our present system over the “global governance” alternative by a margin of nearly 75 to 9 percent. They also expressed a preference for a candidate who wants the Senate to approve the WHO treaties over one that doesn’t by a 64 to 16 percent margin.

Utah and Florida passed laws intended to prevent the WHO from overriding states’ authority on matters of public health policy, and Louisiana and Oklahoma have legislation set to take effect soon pending final votes. Several other states are considering similar bills.

In an emotional testimonial on CHD’s “Vax-Unvax” bus, a hospital medical coder discussed the hospital protocols and financial incentives during the COVID-19 pandemic that she believes led to preventable patient deaths, including the misuse of remdesivir and ventilators and a failure to investigate vaccine injuries properly.

“Hospitals became the place where people go to die instead of the place where people go to get better,” said Zowe (not her real name), a medical coder who worked for several Phoenix, Arizona, hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In an emotional testimonial with Polly Tommey on Children’s Health Defense’s (CHD) “Vax-Unvax” bus earlier this month in Salem, Oregon, the whistleblower exposed the practices and protocols that she believes led to patient deaths.

As a medical coder, Zowe’s job was to review patient records and assign codes for diagnoses and treatments. The codes determined how hospitals and physicians were paid.

“I call it the central intelligence of the hospital or the SimCity level view,” she said.

Pfizer ‘Chose Not To’ Tell Regulators About SV40 Sequence in COVID Shots: Health Canada Official

A senior Health Canada official says pharma giant Pfizer made a conscious decision not to advise regulators that its mRNA COVID-19 vaccine contained a DNA sequence from the Simian Virus 40 (SV40).

This information appears among multiple emails between staff from key drug regulators, including Health Canada (HC), the U.S. Food and Drugs Administration (FDA), and the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The information was obtained through an access-to-information request.

On Aug. 23, 2023, Dr. Dean Smith, a senior scientific evaluator in Health Canada’s Vaccine Quality Division, wrote an email to a colleague at the FDA about SV40.

Health Canada had obtained confirmation two weeks earlier from Pfizer that SV40 DNA sequences were present in its COVID-19 vaccine.

FDA Finds mRNA COVID Vaccines May Cause Seizures in Toddlers

FDA researchers detected a safety signal for seizures in children ages 2-4 following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination, according to a study published Wednesday in JAMA Network Open. A preprint study published last month found similar results.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) detected a safety signal for seizures in young children following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination, according to a study published Wednesday in JAMA Network Open.

Researchers analyzing near-real-time monitoring data on vaccinated children identified this new safety signal in children ages 2-4 who received the original Pfizer vaccine (BNT162b2) and children ages 2-5 who received the original Moderna vaccine (mRNA-1273).

The researchers also identified a safety signal for myocarditis or pericarditis following the Pfizer vaccine in adolescents ages 12-17. That signal had been previously identified.

A preprint study published last month, also funded by the FDA, found children ages 2-5 who received the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine were 2.5 times more likely to have a febrile seizure within a day of being vaccinated than they were to have one between eight and 63 days following vaccination.

The authors of the preprint, who analyzed the same data as the authors of the new JAMA study, also found a higher risk of febrile seizures among children ages 2-4 on the first day following the Pfizer vaccine than in the 8-63 days following vaccination. However, that increased risk was not statistically significant, the researchers reported.

Meanwhile, a government-funded report released earlier this month confirmed a causal link between mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and myocarditis — but rejected a causal link between the vaccines and a host of other adverse effects. The committee reviewed studies on adverse events related to COVID-19 vaccines in children under 18 but said it found insufficient evidence to make conclusions specific to children.  (See link for article)

  • In 1798, the smallpox vaccine hit the market. Once it hit the market, it was observed to frequently cause smallpox outbreaks (rather than prevent them) and to cause a wide range of debilitating and complex injuries that many of the doctors had never seen before (and many of which I believe were examples of “blood stasis”).  Note: the smallpox vaccine is discussed in further detail here.
    • The package insert for ACAM2000, the new vaccine for smallpox and monkeypox, warns of “serious complications” from the vaccine, admitting they “have occurred following either primary vaccination or revaccination with ACAM2000 or other live vaccinia virus vaccines.”  Page 24 of the package insert is states “death has been reported in unvaccinated contacts accidentally infected by individuals who have been vaccinated.”
  • In the 1800s and early 1900s, a variety of early vaccines (e.g., rabies, typhoid, diphtheria, tuberculosis) and horse-generated antiserums (for most of the common infections at the time) entered the market. Since many of these vaccines were produced in small independent labs, there were a variety of quality control issues with these products, which frequently led to hot lots severely injuring or killing a group of people. Additionally, many of those vaccines had a high degree of toxicity. Note: many of these forgotten cases can be found in this book which I am presently synopsizing into an article.
  • In the 1940s-1950s, the original pertussis vaccine (DPT) entered the market. This vaccine excelled at causing brain inflammation and a variety of concerning differences were seen in the generations born after its mass adoption in America.  Note: The rabies vaccine also excelled at causing encephalitis (around 1 in 750 injections, of which 20% were fatal), but it did not have as large an impact on society because far fewer people received it.  (Go here for a timeline)
    • Bill Gates claimed the DTP vaccine saved 30 million lives, so the Danish government asked for the data, of which there was none.  So they went to Africa and looked at 30 YEARS of data and found that girls injected with it were dying at 10 times the rate of those who weren’t vaccinated.  Source
  • Between the 1950s to 1970s, numerous instances happened where a rushed and poorly produced experimental vaccine (e.g., polio or the swine flu) was brought to market to address a non-existent “emergency,” and the government chose to ignore warnings from its scientists that it was not safe to give to America. Since the press was honest at this time, they reported the disaster, it became a national scandal and the government provided compensation to the victims.  Note: I compiled those media reports here, the last of which happened in 2002 with Bush’s smallpox vaccine.
  • In 1986, enough public awareness existed of the dangers of the DPT vaccine that lawsuits were regularly being filed for the brain damage and sudden infant deaths it caused (discussed here). This in turn led to the 1986 vaccine injury act being passed (discussed further here), an act that both shielded vaccine manufacturers from product liability and was intended to help parents of vaccine injured children (even though it didn’t). This act being passed led to an industry gold rush to bring experimental and liability free vaccines to the market, and before long the childhood vaccination schedule ballooned in parallel to chronic illnesses increasing as well.
  • In 1990, an experimental anthrax vaccine was deployed upon the military to prepare them for invading Iraq which severely injured over 100,000 servicemen (leading to what was known as Gulf War Syndrome). Note: the Anthrax disaster is discussed further here.
  • In 1991, the diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis (DTaP) vaccine is licensed and replaces DTP. According to a FDA study it doesn’t prevent infection, colonization, or transmission, but actually spreads whooping cough by making the vaccinated silent spreaders, and therefore does not exert any herd immunity effect. All DTaP vaxxed will be more susceptible to pertussis throughout their lifetimes and there is no way to decrease this.
  • In 2010, Merck convinced America’s women they were at a high risk of dying from cervical cancer (which in reality only kills about 1/38,000 American women each year) so that everyone would buy their highly lucrative vaccine which was never proven to reduce cervical cancer deaths. This vaccine had an extraordinarily high rate of causing autoimmune disorders, but nonetheless, despite a deluge of complaints, the CDC and FDA did everything they could to protect it, and to this day it is still mandated for children. Note: the Gardasil disaster is discussed here.
  • In 2021 the COVID vaccine hit the market. In my opinion, everything we witnessed with it mirrors what happened in each of the previously listed tragedies.  (See link for article)

I highly recommend this 2 minute video of Dr. Larry Palevsky who explains that the 2019 flu shots contained graphene and hydrogels.  Nanoparticles and emulsifiers such as polysorbate 80  in the shots are designed to target certain brain tissues.  He states it’s been a multi-decade attempt to kill and disable the human race.

The article states a large body of evidence suggests vaccines are either solely responsible for or related to chronic illness.  Unfortunately, the effects of the vaccine schedule have never been studied in a RCT and the CDC won’t make data sets available.

Many clinical trials show how vaccines cause more problems in parallel to the number of doses received – particularly if they are received simultaneously.  There are now 200 studies linking excessive vaccination with autism and autism is linked with gender dysphoria.

I highly recommend this paper.  It is lengthy but there’s a lot to cover.  Information comparing the vaccinated to the unvaccinated is included demonstrating clearly that vaccines are neither ‘safe or effective.’

Further, what isn’t mentioned is the fact doctors are getting kickbacks for each vaccine they give.  In fact, retired pediatrician Dr. Paul Thomas recently spoke in an interview on this and that pediatric practices using insurance can not survive financially without administering the CDC ‘vaccine’ schedule due to the huge federal dollars given which includes ‘admin fees’ and handing out an accompanying vaccine information sheet.  Thomas lost more than a MILLION dollars a year when he stopped following the schedule.

For a two-month “Well Baby” visit, there’s a DPT shot—which is three shots (three antigens)—a Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type B) shot, a Prevnar (Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) shot, a Hep B shot, a polio shot, and a rotavirus shot; all in, these amount to six shots and eight antigens. For the pediatrician, this amounts to $240. This figure can then be multiplied by 30 or 40, as that’s how many newborns a pediatrician can expect to see in a month. That number is then multiplied again, as those babies are coming in repeatedly at two months, four months, six months, nine months, 12 months, 15 months, and age two.  Then there’s the older kids who get boosters.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) hid how a woman who suffered chest pain and other symptoms following COVID-19 vaccination received a shot because of a mandate at work, newly obtained documents show.

The agency also redacted how multiple children were diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, according to the documents.

The Epoch Times obtained more than 1,400 pages of emails from the CDC concerning its Clinical Immunization Safety Assessment (CISA) project, which analyzes post-vaccination problems reported by health care providers. The tranche included numerous redactions.  (See link for article)

The CDC has portrayed multi-system inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) as only being caused by COVID despite studies finding there were MIS-C cases before COVID and that some actually suffer with it after “vaccination.”
And, Kawasaki Disease was detected as a safety signal for the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines among children aged 5 to 11 in 2022, according to files previously obtained by The Epoch Times.
A lawyer at the Project On Government Oversight told senators in 2022 that the CDC often withholds records simply because they may reveal problems at the agency or ‘paint the agency in a bad light.’

CDC Releases 780,000 ‘Vaccine’ Injury Reports from V-Safe System

After resisting legal challenges for 2 years, the CDC has finally begun to release tranches of vaccine injury data that came from the self-reporting V-safe system. Let’s go through the history of this legal battle, as well as what the data reveals.

V-Safe is an active surveillance program which began in 2020 to monitor the safety of COVID-19 ‘vaccines’ during the period when the ‘vaccines’ are authorized for use under the FDA’s Emergency Use Authorization and possibly early after ‘vaccine’ licensure.  It is a device “app” which requires online registration.

VAERS is an older way of collecting safety data which is passive, where one can fill out a form online or manually, or by calling a toll-free number.

For the past FOUR YEARS the CDC has been refusing to release the V-Safe data to the public.
Then they abruptly stopped collecting data on COVID ‘vaccine’ injuries in June of 2023.

The courts have stepped in on multiple occasions forcing the CDC to release the data.

  • The first time was in 2022 when a lawsuit forced the CDC to release a small portion of the data which showed that nearly 8% of the 10 million users required medical attention or hospital care after ‘vaccination, and many others reported missing school, work, or other normal activities.  
  • Then in 2023 a judged ordered the CDC to disclose free-text entries from a different section of the survey in which individuals could describe their experiences. The first two tranches, made up of 780,000 reports from some 523,000 people, included dozens of reports of heart inflammation, hundreds of reports of facial paralysis, and thousands of reports of tinnitus.
  • In Feb. and March of this year, more reports showed serious adverse events including loss of consciousness and seizures, suicidal ideation, hearing voices, inability to focus, confusion,
  • Despite myocarditis and heart issues being a known side-effect of the gene therapy injections, there was no slot for patients to check the box for this particular side-effect.  The only way they could record these events was through V-Safe text box.

The fact a lawsuit was required to compel access to the V-Safe data is a shameful chapter where public health officials attempt to cover up ‘vaccine’ risks by ignoring patterns of reaction symptoms in reports made to the government.

It’s impossible to know when officials knew about the side effects as the entries are not in any sort of chronological order.  This is quite convenient for culpable public health agencies.

Reports of COVID-19 Vaccine Adverse Events in Predominantly Republican vs Democratic States

Abstract

Importance  Anti-vaccine sentiment is increasingly associated with conservative political positions. Republican-inclined states exhibit lower COVID-19 vaccination rates, but the association between political inclination and reported vaccine adverse events (AEs) is unexplored.

Objective  To assess whether there is an association between state political inclination and the reporting rates of COVID-19 vaccine AEs.

Design, Setting, and Participants  This cross-sectional study used the AE reports after COVID-19 vaccination from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database from 2020 to 2022, with reports after influenza vaccines from 2019 to 2022 used as a reference. These reports were examined against state-level percentage of Republican votes in the 2020 US presidential election.

Main Outcomes and Measures  Rates of any AE among COVID-19 vaccine recipients, rates of any severe AE among vaccine recipients, and the proportion of AEs reported as severe.

Results  A total of 620, 456 AE reports (mean [SD] age of vaccine recipients, 51.8 [17.6] years; 435 797 reports from women [70.2%]; a vaccine recipient could potentially file more than 1 report, so reports are not necessarily from unique individuals) for COVID-19 vaccination were identified from the VAERS database. Significant associations between state political inclination and state AE reporting were observed for all 3 outcomes: a 10% increase in Republican voting was associated with increased odds of AE reports (odds ratio [OR], 1.05; 95% CI, 1.05-1.05; P < .001), severe AE reports (OR, 1.25; 95% CI, 1.24-1.26; P < .001), and the proportion of AEs reported as severe (OR, 1.21; 95% CI, 1.20-1.22; P < .001). These associations were seen across all age strata in stratified analyses and were more pronounced among older subpopulations.

Conclusions and Relevance  This cross-sectional study found that the more states were inclined to vote Republican, the more likely their vaccine recipients or their clinicians reported COVID-19 vaccine AEs. These results suggest that either the perception of vaccine AEs or the motivation to report them was associated with political inclination.

This correlation not found when they looked at the flu vaccine.

One could postulate that Red states were targeted with “hot” batches described to be used with ‘strategic intent’ not mishap or coincidence, that have been found to cause 100% of ‘vaccine’ deaths caused by just 5% of the batches.

There has been a recent Dutch Government Data hack where millions of records have been seen showing a massive coverup by the government on the exploding excess deaths after the COVID gene therapy injections.

MP Andrew Bridgen spoke to an empty, bought-out Parliament about COVID shot excess deaths which he called the ‘Greatest Medical Scandal in the UK.‘ The public’s moving response in the gallery at the end says it all.

A whistleblower who leaked COVID shot mortality data in New Zealand, which has been described as a “vaccine massacre,” has revealed that 400 deaths were linked to one vaccinator and the Maori were especially targeted.  His home was raided and he was initially arrested but finally released. While average people were forced to take the shots in NZ, 11,000 “vaccine” exemptions were reserved for the elites, politicians and media propagandists.  

Now, journalist, Liz Gunn and leader of the NZ Loyal Party has been targeted by the New Zealand Employee Relations Authority. She received a letter from a lawyer to take down whistleblower Barry Young‘s content about the COVID injuries and deaths or go to jail for months, face a 40K fine, and face a police raid where they will confiscate her equipment.  Scroll to the 5 Min mark to hear about Young’s details including the fact he will be in the Wellington District Court on April 23.   

She warns that she is the ‘canary in the coal-mine,’ and represents what is going to happen to everyone in New Zealand.  I would add – for the rest of the world if we don’t stand up & refuse.

The government has shut down the NZ Loyal Party’s bank account that she is a part of, and has required extensive amounts of paperwork stretching the already small voluntary staff.

The persecution continues.
