If you are a regular viewer of the ICAN’s weekly Internet news show, TheHighwire.com, you may remember we called out Alan Dershowitz’s outrageous statement that everyone should be vaccinated against Covid-19, regardless of any objections–medical, religious or freedom of conscience!

Dershowitz said, “If you refuse to be vaccinated the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.”

The New York State Bar Association said the COVID vaccine should be mandatory for all Americans, including those who want an exemption for “religious, philosophical, or personal reasons.”

In Virginia, State Health Commissioner Dr. Norman Oliver said he planned on mandating a coronavirus immunization once it’s released to the public. State law in the Old Dominion gives him the authority to order immediate vaccination, “of all persons in case of an epidemic of any disease of public health importance for which a vaccine exists.”

What is not addressed are concerns regarding vaccine injury.

What is not addressed are concerns regarding our Constitutional rights.

What is not addressed is the government’s close relationship with the vaccine industry.

What is not addressed are the well-documented, admitted, and scientific facts that many children have been severely injured or even killed as a result of adverse vaccine reactions.

This is why I am taking this extraordinary step to galvanize thousands of citizens in an effort to Reject the Mandated COVID Vaccine.

You see…

  • If you believe that government has no right or authority of any kind to place parents in a situation where our government forces them to expose their children to admitted risk and risk they deem to be unacceptable;
  • If you believe that modern medicine only works because it was founded on the concept of doing no harm and is based on informed consent;
  • If you believe every individual has a fundamental and protected right to control what happens to their own bodies; and,
  • If you believe that parents have a fundamental right to care for their children and their family’s medical care…

…then the time to act is now before it is too late!

We call on government officials to:

  1. Reject a mandated vaccine of any kind;
  2. Educate and promote informed consent;
  3. Promote full disclosure of all vaccine ingredients;
  4. Disclose financial arrangements between Big Government and Big Pharma;
  5. Provide religious, medical, and personal exemptions;
  6. Address and respond to the valid concerns being expressed by parents who are asking all of the right and legitimate questions.

Engaging in the politics of hate and fear is not the answer to COVID. It is not found in labeling parents raising these issues as being “crazy,” “uninformed” or worse, to promote a political agenda. The answer is freedom. Freedom of inquiry, freedom of association, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, religious freedom, personal freedom. The answer is freedom.

$6 billion in Covid-19 vaccine contracts awarded by Operation Warp Speed have been doled out by a secretive government contractor with deep ties to the CIA and DHS, escaping regulatory scrutiny and beyond the reach of FOIA requests.

Last Tuesday, while most Americans were distracted by the first US presidential debate, NPRquietly reported that the US government’s Operation Warp Speed, a public-private partnership launched by the Trump administration to rapidly develop and distribute a Covid-19 vaccine, had taken the unusual step of awarding contracts to vaccine companies, not directly, but through a secretive defense contractor.

Though NPR named thedefense contractor—South Carolina–based Advanced Technology International—they declined to explore the company’s deep ties to the CIA, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense and how ATI is helping to lead those agencies’ efforts to militarize health care and create a surveillance panopticon that not only monitors the world around us but our physiology as well.  (See link for article)

Operation Warp Speed is run by HHS and the military, which according to the article is a highly secretive program that has been compared to the Manhattan Project which produced the atomic bomb.

According to NPR, utilizing an intermediary like ATI, while theoretically speeding up the process, can result in significant risks that will allow Warp Speed to:

“bypass the regulatory oversight and transparency of traditional federal contracting mechanisms.”

The article points out that numerous companies have received these covert vaccine contracts and that many have been involved in scandals of marketing and selling unsafe products.

This is particularly troubling since The PREP Act was updated in April a few weeks before Operation Warp Speed was announced.  This Act protects vaccine manufacturers from liability – disallowing court actions over injuries caused by COVID-19 vaccines.

The article then lays out in detail some troubling connections between the military, DHS, and many other companies.

Important excerpt:

Given that Operation Warp Speed’s official purpose is to use taxpayer funds to produce, accelerate, and distribute a medical treatment (i. e., vaccine) to Americans, there is no reason for such extreme secrecy and also no reason for the excessive role of the military and secretive contractors like ATI and ANSER in the execution of this “public health” effort….

For instance, Stat News noted last week that Operation Warp Speed “looks a lot more like a military operation than a science project,” adding that “roughly 60 military officials—including at least four generals—are involved in the leadership of Operation Warp Speed, many of whom have never worked in health care or vaccine development.” That report also pointed out that “just 29 of the roughly 90 leaders on the chart aren’t employed by the Department of Defense.”

The initial justification for using the military was due to its expertise in logistics and supply chains, but the vaccine distribution strategy doesn’t mention this role at all. Because of this glaring disconnect the DOD published an interview clarifying its huge role to be due to its program management and contracting expertise.

The authors of the article point out the numerous conflicting statements and that these contracts are being purposely funneled through secretive contractors to avoid scrutiny.

There will be a series of upcoming investigative reports on this subject that they state is the

“most clandestine, and arguably most dangerous, US military operation in decades.”

Medical Exemptions to Vaccination, Recommended Due to Patient History and Genetics, Go on Trial

OAKLAND, CALIF. (PRWEB) OCTOBER 02, 2020

Physicians for Informed Consent (PIC), an educational nonprofit organization focused on delivering data on infectious diseases and vaccines, provided key information on physician best practices in the case between Kenneth Stoller, M.D., and the Medical Board of California (MBC) (Case No. 800-2017-034218). In July 2019, the MBC accused Dr. Stoller of gross negligence in recommending medical exemptions to vaccination for patients based on their genetic risk of suffering side effects from multiple vaccines mandated by the State of California for school attendance—a precaution that’s not recommended by conventional standards of care. Dr. Stoller’s attorney and author of Galileo’s Lawyer, Richard Jaffe, Esq., defended him based on Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code Section 2234.1, which legally protects California physicians who use alternative or complementary standards of care.

The MBC was represented by Deputy Attorney General, Lawrence Mercer, and its expert witness was Dean Blumberg, M.D., a pediatric infectious disease specialist. Kelly Sutton, M.D., a board-certified internist with training in pediatrics and functional medicine, was the expert witness for the defense. The Administrative Law Judge presiding was Juliet E. Cox. Judge Cox, in addition to earning her juris doctorate from UC Berkeley, also holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology, and a Master of Science in Genetics, a fortuitous background as Dr. Stoller’s defense adduced much genetic information on individual and familial susceptibility to vaccine side effects.

In support of the existence of alternative standards of care for integrative physicians who make vaccine recommendations, Jaffe brought forth “Best Practices for California Physicians Providing Complementary Health Care Methods” by Greg Glaser, Esq., General Counsel for PIC and National Director of the Coalition for Informed Consent (CIC). PIC represents hundreds of doctors who make personalized risk/benefit assessments for their patients and alternative vaccine recommendations when indicated. Another key exhibit was the March 2019 document “Best Practices for Physicians Recommending a Medical Exemption to Vaccination” presented by the late Toni Bark, M.D., and Glaser at the PIC Workshop & Luncheon in Costa Mesa, California.

The hearing was conducted via videoconferencing between Sept. 21–24, 2020, with members of the public listening in via teleconferencing and Ann Leitz as court reporter. Judge Cox’s decision on the case is expected by January 2021.

“I expect that Dr. Ken Stoller will be exonerated, and that his medical exemption letters written under SB277 guidelines will be safeguarded,” said Glaser.

Many of you will recognize Dr. Stoller as he is a well-known Lyme literate doctor. This is an important case that very well could set a precedent regarding alternative vaccine recommendations.

Lyme/MSIDS patients and the doctors who dare treat them understand the importance of individualized care as each patient has wide and varied symptoms, medical histories, genetic make ups, and responses to treatments.

Anyone who advocates a “One Size Fits All” approach to the human body has serious flaws and holes in their logic.

Lyme/MSIDS patients are in a body-wide war of epic proportions with wide-spread systemic inflammation.  The last thing they need is an immune suppressing vaccine on top of it all.
