Breaking: Family of 24-Year-Old Who Died From COVID Vaccine Sues DOD in ‘Groundbreaking Case’

The family of a 24-year-old man who died from complications of COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis alleges the U.S. Department of Defense engaged in “willful misconduct” when it claimed Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use was “safe and effective.”

The family of a 24-year-old man who died from complications of COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis today filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), which oversaw the development and distribution of the drug under Operation Warp Speed.

Ray Flores, the attorney representing the estate of George Watts Jr. filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the DOD and Lloyd Austin III in his official capacity as defense secretary.

The lawsuit alleges the DOD engaged in “willful misconduct” by continuing to exclusively allow distribution of the stockpiled version of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that had been authorized for emergency use even after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted full approval to a different vaccine, Comirnaty.

According to the complaint, the DOD “capitalized on a quintessential ‘bait and switch’ fraud,” using the fact that Comirnaty was FDA-approved to bolster its claims that the vaccine authorized for emergency use was “safe and effective,” in a move that intentionally misled millions of Americans.

The DOD did this despite being fully aware that drugs granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) cannot legally be marketed as “safe and effective” because the FDA standard for EUA is only that drugs “may be effective.”

BTW: The Cleveland Clinic Study is now published as peer-reviewed science.  It shows that the more doses of the COVID shots you get, the higher your risk of contracting COVID.

Which means the argument for “vaccine” mandates is destroyed. 

It also means the “vaccinated” are now a risk to the unvaccinated and the elderly, but will anyone state this?  Nope.  Will the “vaccinated” lose their jobs and be bullied like the unvaccinated have been?  Nope.

Next week will mark 23 years since top public health officials, government scientists and vaccine manufacturers met behind closed doors at the Simpsonwood Retreat and Conference Center in Norcross, Georgia, where they acknowledged a possible link between mercury-based thimerosal in vaccines and autism — but chose to conceal that information from the public.

To mark the anniversary of that meeting, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and other grassroots groups will host “The Simpsonwood Meeting: 23 Years Later,” a two-day rally and march.

The event will culminate in a plea to Congress to repeal the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which makes it illegal for the parents of vaccine-injured children to sue vaccine manufacturers for “damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death.”

Sadly, I don’t expect anything to come out of this; however, it is always my greatest hope that these actions spread public awareness and educate people about the sordid backstories.  Things are not what they seem.

The same conflicts of interest, denial, gas-lighting and cover-up has been happening in Lymeland for over 40 years and continues to this day without relief.  Tweaking pathogens in a lab, dropping ticks from airplanes, and denying persistent/chronic infection is underplayed or ignored and emphasis is always placed on “climate change,” and “vaccines.”  The powerful few control the narrative.

Sound familiar?

Vaccinating mice to protect people from Lyme disease

The US Department of Agriculture has conditionally licensed an oral Lyme vaccine that targets mice.

The substance is sprayed onto pellets and distributed in natural settings to be consumed by mice in the wild.

That vaccinates the mice against Lyme bacteria, so they will not pass the infection to ticks, which in turn cannot pass it to people and pets.

According to US Biologic, the maker of the vaccine, “We’ll distribute the pellets in different ways to residences, public lands, and commercial properties. At residences, we will use the LymeShield System, which is an integrated tick-management program offered by pest-management professionals and includes the timed-application LymeShield Station. “

The vaccine is called Borrelia Burgdorferi Bacterin. The product, called LymeShield, includes a device or “station” that holds and applies the pellets.

Sorry, just not excited about this at all.

There’s this thing called the law of unintended consequences and the past three years have demonstrated it perfectly.  Researchers and public health ‘authorities’ are typically very myopic and do not factor in variables that happen in real life that can affect the outcome of studies done in a lab in a petri dish.  The human body and the environment are complicated worlds where many things affect them.

For instance, what will these sprayed pellets do to other species that eat them?  What will this do to species that eat mice that have eaten these sprayed pellets?  What will this do to the groundwater that surrounds the area of these pellets and how will this affect wild-life and humans?  I mean, the questions abound here and no answers are forthcoming because we are all living in a continual experiment where we simply find out through the course of events.  Kind of like passing a bill before you read it.  (That actually happened)

Could ‘new’ antibiotic treatment prevent chronic Lyme disease?

Every year, tens of thousands of new Lyme disease patients find that their symptoms persist even after the standard course of antibiotic treatment.

Instead of being cured, they find their lives upturned by chronic Lyme, also called persistent or post-treatment Lyme. Symptoms include bone-deep fatigue, cognitive difficulties, arthritis, muscle and joint pain and intermittent fevers, chills and sweats that can go on for months or years.

While medical solutions have proved elusive, a researcher at Northeastern University says he has developed a treatment for Lyme disease that could prevent chronic Lyme from developing in the first place.

Kim Lewis, distinguished professor of biology and director of Northeastern’s Antimicrobial Discovery Center, says human trials of his discovery may begin as early as next year.

Final toxicity trials will continue this summer, but so far the treatment—an antibiotic known as hygromycin A—has not been toxic in animals and has effectively cleared Lyme disease in mice, Lewis says.

He says the real promise of hygromycin A in preventing chronic Lyme is that it is a targeted antibiotic that selectively kills Lyme disease-causing bacteria without damaging the beneficial bacteria in the patient’s microbiome.

According to Lewis’ theory, the broad spectrum antibiotics traditionally prescribed for Lyme disease, doxycycline and amoxicillin, cause havoc in the gut by wiping out the healthy balance of bacteria.

“The microbiome has now been linked to almost every aspect of our health, especially the development of the immune system,” Lewis says.

A few points:

  • While Lewis regurgitates that only 10% go on to develop chronic Lyme, the Bay Area Lyme Foundation, states that it’s closer to 34%.  Microbiologist Holly Ahern shows it may be 60% or more.  This matters because the greater the number, the more research money will be designated for it.
  • Hygomycin A is found in the soil and it is weak against most bacteria but very potent against spirochetes.
  • The final stage of animal toxicity studies will take place this summer and human trials may start next year.

Congress is launching an investigation into the World Health Organization (WHO) after details emerged of the United Nations health body’s disturbing Orwellian plan to combat so-called “misinformation.”

The WHO’s pandemic prevention initiative, the Preparedness and Resilience for Emerging Threats (PRET), pushes plans to use “social listening surveillance systems” to monitor the public’s speech for “misinformation.”

However, PRET has been met with a backlash as more people start to push back against unelected bodies who are trying to suppress speech and potentially override sovereignty.

PRET aims to “guide countries in pandemic planning,” according to documents from the UN agency.

WHO ‘Desperate’ To Have Global Pandemic Treaty

Sky News host Rowan Dean says the World Health Organization is “desperate to have some kind of global pandemic treaty” to give them a greater say during a pandemic crisis. “At its worst the reality is, or the fear is that the World Health Organization will have the powers to be able to say ‘such and such state … is in a pandemic and situation and must be locked down’, even if that entity says, ‘no, we’re not’ or disputes it,” Mr Dean said.

PRET proves that desperation, along with the recent WHO warning that the public must prepare for a disease “even deadlier” than COVID.  

Predictably, WHO mouthpiece, GPMD Co-Chair Joy Phumaphi says we need the next pandemic exercise:

“We … suggest that member states, together with other key stakeholders, carry out a simulation exercise based on the draft Accord and the draft IHR (International Health Regulations) amendments later this year before they are finalized and adopted,” urged GPMD Co-Chair Joy Phumaphi. “A simulation exercise beforehand and robust monitoring and accountability following their adoption are two ways you can ensure these important instruments fulfill their potential and that we are ready for the next pandemic.”

The WHO, known for its closed-door meetings recently met to discuss the IHR Amendments.  Go here for the WHO update from the World Health Assembly.  The power grab of a Pandemic Treaty which would supersede the U.S. Constitution is very real, and very frightening.  We need to exit the WHO that has been described as “rotting from the head.”

CDC Warns About Uptick in Metapneumovirus

Metapneumovirus, like all viruses, can be dangerous for people with weakened immune systems as well as children and older adults. And, similarly to many respiratory viruses, it usually improves within 2-5 days, however, for the unlucky few it can turn into more serious conditions such as bronchitis and pneumonia.

The key point:  there is no vaccine and antibiotics do not apply because it is not a bacterial disease, so naturally the CDC is all over this because “vaccines” and lucrative drugs are their business.

We are constantly being barraged by fear-mongering messages about a “next pandemic” as if new global catastrophes have been put on a schedule. I have remarked that it would be quite difficult to anticipate an organism arriving from nature and afflicting the entire world’s population of any mammal, let alone man.

Neumann and Kawaoka published a review of past pandemics, a broad list of viral threats, and then indicated that the likely winner would be a zoonosis (virus that jumped from a bat or rodent) to a human. Additionally, for human to human spread it would need to be airborne and highly contagious. We learned with the fizzled Monkeypox scare that homo-bi-sexual transmission from man to man was not enough the scare the world into mass vaccination or hold the public captive very long in the news cycle. President Biden dropped the US Monkeypox Emergency in January 31, 2023 with no press release.

The list of possibilities for future pandemics is listed in the table. Most have no antiviral therapy that is specific, however, the authors fail to mention viricidal nasal sprays/gargles, vitamin D, curcumin, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, favipiravir, famotidine, or other agents to mitigate viral specific inflammation such as maraviroc and nonspecific agents including corticosteroids and colchicine.  (See link for article)

I highly recommend you educate yourself on how to strengthen the immune system and find an independent doctor who utilizes immune treatments as a strategy for disease.  It’s become clear that ‘pandemics’ along with ‘vaccines’ and lucrative yet ineffective and dangerous drugs are big, big business and are part and parcel of a highly orchestrated and planned endgame that has absolutely nothing to do with health.
