Emergency Petitions to Halt Numerous Clinical Trials of COVID-19 Vaccine Unless ALL Adverse Reactions Are Tracked

The NIH and Moderna have rigged the clinical trial of their COVID-19 vaccine, mRNA-1273, to avoid capturing adverse reactions that occur more than 28 days after injecting this experimental vaccine. ICAN’s legal team has filed an emergency petition to stop this unethical conduct.
ICAN previously filed a petition to the FDA demanding that this clinical trial include a placebo. The clinical trial for this vaccine was then delayed and when its design was finally issued, it included a placebo. But it appears that NIH and Moderna have decided to play a different game to avoid capturing safety issues that could prevent licensure of their mRNA-1273 vaccine.
Their trick is to only capture adverse reactions that occur more than 28 days after injection if the participant withdraws from the clinical trial. This is nonsensical, since there is little for a participant to withdraw from after getting two doses during the first 28 days of the clinical trial. Once a participant has received both doses, if anything, a participant would have an incentive to remain part of the follow-up check-ups to address any adverse effects.
There could be many autoimmune, neurological and chronic health disorders which have a major impact on the quality of life that this experimental vaccine could cause. All of which may only arise more than 28 days after the injection. But yet, as long as the participant does not withdraw from the clinical trial, these will nonsensically be ignored as if they did not occur. This is unethical and renders vacuous any claim of safety for this product based on this trial.
Given that efficiency in this trial will be tracked for two years, the only reason to not track safety for this same duration is to avoid detecting safety issues that would prevent licensure.
ICAN’s legal team, headed by Aaron Siri, has therefore filed a citizen petition and an emergency stay petition demanding that the clinical trial design for this vaccine be updated to require that all adverse reactions for the entire period of the clinical trial be tracked. These petitions also demand that the number of participants in this trial be increased and that they be tested before and after injection for any T-cells to SARS-CoV-2. ICAN intends to take further legal action if its rational and sensible requests are not met.
Pfizer and BioNTech have also rigged the clinical trial of their COVID-19 vaccine, BNT162b, to avoid capturing many potential life-altering adverse reactions that may occur from this experimental vaccine. ICAN’s legal team again filed an emergency petition to stop this unethical conduct.
While Pfizer and BioNTech have now included a placebo control group in their clinical trial, these companies have decided to play a different game to avoid capturing safety issues that could prevent licensure of their COVID-19 vaccine, BNT162b.
The study design for the clinical trial for BNT162b provides that — despite reviewing efficacy for at least 2 years — it will only capture “adverse events” for 1 month and “serious adverse events” for only 6 months after each dose.
The adverse events captured beyond a month after injection should not be limited to “serious adverse events,” since there are many autoimmune, neurological, and chronic health disorders which have a major impact on the quality of life, yet are categorized by the FDA as “adverse reactions” and not categorized as “serious adverse reactions.” To wit, there are a myriad of post-licensure adverse reactions reported by consumers and physicians and are also listed in the package inserts for one or more vaccines that any individual living with would categorize as “serious”; yet the FDA, under its current guidelines, may not. These include, but are not limited to: alopecia, autoimmune disease, lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, Bell’s Palsy, hypotonia, migraine, myelitis, neuropathy, seizures, mental disorders, rhinitis, and vertigo.
The study design for BNT162b nonetheless provides that these adverse events should be captured for only 1 month after vaccination while “serious adverse events” are captured for 6 months. These artificial limitations are unethical and make any claim of safety for this product based on this trial specious at best.
Incredibly, the efficiency of Pfizer and BioNTech’s vaccine in this trial will be tracked for two years. As such, the only reason to not track safety for this same duration is to avoid detecting any safety issues that would prevent licensure. If BNT162b causes a systemic autoimmune issue to arise two months after vaccination, it would be irresponsible and unethical not to capture that reaction just because an autoimmune issue falls into the artificially defined zone of being an “adverse event” or “non-serious adverse event,” rather than what the FDA has decided to label a “serious adverse event.”
ICAN’s legal team filed a citizen petition and an emergency stay petition demanding that the clinical trial design for this vaccine be updated to require that all adverse reactions for the entire period of the clinical trial be tracked. These petitions also demand that the number of participants in this trial be increased and that they be tested before and after injection for any T-cells to SARS-CoV-2. ICAN intends to take further legal action if its rational and sensible requests are not met.
AstraZeneca and the University of Oxford have also rigged the clinical trial of their COVID-19 vaccine, ChAdox1 nCoV-19, to avoid capturing many potential life-altering adverse reactions that may occur from this experimental vaccine. ICAN’s legal team once again filed an emergency petition to stop this unethical conduct.
Unlike the clinical trials for Moderna and Pfizer’s vaccines for COVID-19, which are occurring in the United States, the current clinical trial for AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine is not under the direct authority of the FDA, since this clinical trial is not occurring in the United States.
News reports have indicated that AstraZeneca will be starting a new clinical trial in the United States for its COVID-19 vaccine that presumably will include a placebo control group. In the meantime, its current clinical trial occurring outside the United States persists in using a MenACWY vaccine as a control. As if that were not enough to rig this trial’s safety results, the study design for their vaccine, ChAdox1 nCoV-19, like the design of Pfizer’s vaccine, provides that, despite reviewing efficacy for at least 2 years, it will only capture “adverse events” for 1 month and “serious adverse events” for only 6 months after each dose.
Therefore, ICAN’s legal team has also filed a citizen petition and an emergency stay petition demanding that the clinical trial design for this vaccine be updated to require that all adverse reactions for the entire period of the clinical trial be tracked against a placebo control group. These petitions also demand that the number of participants in this trial be increased and that they be tested before and after injection for any T-cells to SARS-CoV-2. ICAN intends to take further legal action if its rational and sensible requests are not met.

Ponder this:

All of a sudden, after decades of over the counter use in travelers, being on the WHO’s List of Essential Medicines (the safest and most effective drugs needed in a health system), and being used by billions of people for autoimmune issues like Lupus, HCQ is supposedly dangerous. Yet, an experimental – never used before COVID-19 vaccine that’s bypassing the normal 5-19 year observation period, that manufacturers insist upon and have been granted indemnification by public officials, doesn’t use a true placebo and will only track adverse reactions that occur more than 28 days after injection if the participant withdraws from the clinical trial, is acceptable.

Anyone else see a problem here?

This is scientific hypocrisy at work reminiscent of the Lyme debacle:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/04/26/cdc-playbook-learning-from-lyme/

In this explosive interview independent journalist Ben Swann interviews filmmaker Mikki Willis, who just recently released Plandemic 2. See:

PLANDEMIC: Full Feature Film Released Online Amidst Tremendous Opposition and Attempts to Censor it

Mikki Willis, in his research for producing Plandemic, looked into the scandal in years past that occurred in India with the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, and other groups that they funded, in developing and testing the HPV vaccine, which resulted in up to a half million young girls in India becoming sterile.

Mr. Willis reveals that he began investigating this issue about 10 years ago, just prior to the birth of his first child, to better understand the history of vaccines.

He was shocked to find out that many of the videos documenting this scandal in India had been scrubbed from the Internet, forcing him to go directly to sources in India to interview about what actually happened.

Health Impact News has been publishing the crimes of Bill Gates and the HPV scandal for several years as well. Here are some previous articles we have done in the past about this scandal in India, as well as other crimes committed against the children of India which involved more than just the HPV vaccine:

Please listen to the entire thing but if you only want the part about sterility, fast-forward to 4:30 where you will learn that these various antigens can shrink testicles and prostates, lower testosterone levels, and make women infertile.  According to the baboon experiment it showed that vaccinated men can make unvaccinated women infertile, so you don’t even need the vaccine to become infertile.  Evidently there is a delayed reaction until 7-10 yrs later when there will be an explosion of infertility.

Immunocontraceptives: New Approaches to Fertility Control

Abstract

The rapidly increasing global population has bowed the attention of family planning and associated reproductive health programmes in the direction of providing a safe and reliable method which can be used to limit family size. The world population is estimated to exceed a phenomenal 10 billion by the year 2050 A.D., thus presenting a real jeopardy of overpopulation with severe implications for the future. Despite the availability of contraceptive methods, there are over one million elective abortions globally each year due to unintended pregnancies, having devastating impact on reproductive health of women worldwide. This highlights the need for the development of newer and improved contraceptive methods. A novel contraceptive approach that is gaining substantial attention is “immunocontraception” targeting gamete production, gamete outcome, or gamete function. Amongst these, use of sperm antigens (gamete function) seems to be an exciting and feasible approach. However, the variability of immune response and time lag to attain titer among vaccinated individuals after active immunization has highlighted the potential relevance of preformed antibodies in this league. This review is an attempt to analyze the current status and progress of immunocontraceptive approaches with respect to their establishment as a future fertility control agent.

I’ve been told that antibodies to either hCG or GnRH will cause infertility. In the case of hCG, conception can still take place, but the developing embryo will abort. GnRH, a hypothalamic factor that acts on the pituitary, has also been found in seminal fluid and it appears to increase sperm interaction with the outer layer, or zona pellucida, of the egg. Antibodies to GnRH would prevent conception and may disrupt pituitary action of GnRH and extra pituitary action of GnRH in the gut. GnRH is involved in many other systems. hCG is also produced by cancer cells.

The video came out in May. I have not heard if it has been substantiated but feel this is a grave topic that needs recognition and investigation.  The implications are very, very great and should concern us all.

The 2009 Swine Flu Scam: Murderous Anthony Fauci Betrays Public Trust Again

The 2009 Swine Flu Scam: Murderous Anthony Fauci Betrays Public Trust Again

Tony Fauci and the Swine Flu disaster; betrayal of trust

by Jon Rappoport
NoMoreFakeNews.com

I take you back to the summer of 2009, when the CDC and the World Health Organization were hyping the “deadly H1N1 Swine Flu pandemic.”

They were, of course, also urging people to take the new Swine Flu vaccine.

On that subject, here is an excerpt from Robert Kennedy Jr.’s Children’s Health Defense (3/27/20):

For example, [Dr. Anthony] Fauci once shilled for the fast-tracked H1N1 influenza (‘swine flu’) vaccine on YouTube, reassuring viewers in 2009 that serious adverse events were ‘very, very, very rare.’

Shortly thereafter, the vaccine went on to wreak havoc in multiple countries, increasing miscarriage risks in pregnant women in the U.S., provoking a spike in adolescent narcolepsy in Scandinavia and causing febrile convulsions in one in every 110 vaccinated children in Australia—prompting the latter to suspend its influenza vaccination program in under-fives.

Thank you. Dr. Fauci. Explain to us why you haven’t been downgraded to pumping gas in Death Valley or sent to prison?

However, that is only half the Swine Flu story. The other half—which involves an astounding hoax—was surely something Fauci was aware of at the time.

Fauci was, in fact, recommending a highly dangerous vaccine for protection against AN EPIDEMIC THAT DIDN’T EXIST AT ALL.
His friends and professional colleagues at the CDC were creating the hoax.

Let me run it down for you.

In the summer of 2009, the CDC was claiming there were thousands of Swine Flu cases in the US. But behind these statistics lay an unnerving secret. A major crime, considering the CDC’s mandate to report the truth to the American people:

Secretly, the CDC had stopped counting cases of Swine Flu.

What? Why?

CBS investigative reporter, Sharyl Attkisson, discovered the CDC secret; and she found out why.

The routine lab testing of tissue samples from the most likely Swine Flu patients was coming back, in the overwhelming percentage of cases, with: NO SIGN OF SWINE FLU OR ANY OTHER KIND OF FLU.

Attkisson wrote an article about this scandal, and it was published on the CBS News website. However, the next, bigger step—putting out the story on CBS television news—was waylaid. No deal. And CBS shut down any future investigation on the subject. Attkisson’s article died on the vine. No other major news outlet in the world picked up her article and ran with it deeper into the rabbit hole.

Here is what Attkisson told me when I interviewed her:

Rappoport: In 2009, you spearheaded coverage of the so-called Swine Flu pandemic. You discovered that, in the summer of 2009, the Centers for Disease Control, ignoring their federal mandate, [secretly] stopped counting Swine Flu cases in America.

Yet they continued to stir up fear about the “pandemic,” without having any real measure of its impact. Wasn’t that another investigation of yours that was shut down? Wasn’t there more to find out?

Attkisson: The implications of the story were even worse than that. We discovered through our FOI efforts that before the CDC mysteriously stopped counting Swine Flu cases, they had learned that almost none of the cases they had counted as Swine Flu was, in fact, Swine Flu or any sort of flu at all!

The interest in the story from one [CBS] executive was very enthusiastic. He said it was “the most original story” he’d seen on the whole Swine Flu epidemic.

But others pushed to stop it [after it was published on the CBS News website] and, in the end, no [CBS television news] broadcast wanted to touch it.

We aired numerous stories pumping up the idea of an epidemic, but not the one that would shed original, new light on all the hype.

It was fair, accurate, legally approved and a heck of a story. With the CDC keeping the true Swine Flu stats secret, it meant that many in the public took and gave their children an experimental vaccine that may not have been necessary.

So…fake pandemic, CDC crimes, and a damaging vaccine.

But that wasn’t end of it. The CDC wanted to commit another crime. About three weeks after Attkisson’s findings were published on the CBS News website, the CDC, obviously in a panic, decided to double down. If one lie is exposed, tell an even bigger one. A much bigger one.

Here, from a November 12, 2009, WebMD article is the CDC’s response: “Shockingly, 14 million to 34 million U.S. residents — the CDC’s best guess is 22 million — came down with H1N1 swine flu by Oct. 17 [2009].” (“22 million cases of Swine Flu in US,” by Daniel J. DeNoon).

Are your eyeballs popping? They should be.

Fast forward to 2020.

Who in his right mind, armed with a little history, would believe anything the CDC is saying about COVID-19?
The discovery of a new coronavirus, the case numbers, the accuracy of the diagnostic tests, the need for lockdowns and economic devastation, the safety and importance of a vaccine, the fear porn?

Who would believe any of it?

And who would believe anything coming out of the mouth of Dr. Anthony Fauci, who hyped a highly destructive Swine Flu vaccine for an epidemic that didn’t exist at all?

Only a fool.

Read the Fine Print, Part Two—Nearly 400 Adverse Reactions Listed in Vaccine Package Inserts

Print

By the Children’s Health Defense Team

Package inserts are available online for all vaccines licensed in the U.S. In addition to containing bits of practical information for the clinicians who administer the vaccines, the inserts provide members of the public with one of their only opportunities to learn about a vaccine’s contraindications, warnings, precautions and—perhaps most importantly—potential adverse reactions.

The inserts communicate the information about adverse reactions in two distinct sections: “Clinical trials experience” (Section 6.1) and “Data from postmarketing experience” from the U.S. or other countries (Section 6.2). In April, 2020, Children’s Health Defense summarized the postmarketing data for over three dozen vaccines given routinely to American infants, children and adolescents. That tally showed that vaccines touted for the prevention of 13 illnesses (Table 1) have been linked to at least 217 adverse medical outcomes reported post-licensure, including serious infections, autoimmune conditions, life-threatening allergies and death.

As noted in April, the postmarketing list is far from exhaustive, because manufacturers have the latitude to decide which outcomes to list in the inserts—using loose criteria determined by severity, frequency of reporting and “strength of evidence for a causal relationship.” In addition, vaccine adverse events are notoriously underreported, not least because medical schools do not teach doctors to recognize vaccine injuries. But what would the picture look like if the adverse reactions observed during clinical trials were also added to the list?

This combination of clinical trial and postmarketing data presents a dramatic picture, with almost double the total number of undesirable post-vaccination outcomes …

Double trouble

Children’s Health Defense can now answer that question. The revised chart (Table 2) includes the adverse reactions reported in the clinical trial sections of 41 vaccine brands covering diphtheria, Haemophilus influenzae type b, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, human papillomavirus, influenza, meningococcal infection, pertussis, pneumococcal infection, polio, rotavirus, tetanus and varicella. This combination of clinical trial and postmarketing data presents a dramatic picture, with almost double the total number of undesirable post-vaccination outcomes397 different types of reactions reported pre- and post-licensure.

Although roughly 400 adverse events is a sobering number, again, it is probably an underestimate. This is because most clinical trials follow participants for an absurdly short period of timethree days here, seven days there—and do not capture problems that arise beyond that brief window, even though clinicians recognize (and the scientific literature confirms) that vaccine reactions are not always immediate or acute. Moreover, even for those few days of monitoring, the inserts are often short on details, citing only a smattering of adverse events collected from a predetermined list of “solicited” reactions and only sometimes accepting “unsolicited” feedback. In addition, the fact that vaccine clinical trials typically compare vaccine against vaccine rather than vaccine against inert placebo makes it easy to divert attention from specific adverse reactions by simply citing “similar rates” of adverse reactions in both groups.

… and that vaccines can cause the very illnesses—or adverse consequences of those illnesses—that they are supposed to prevent.

Clinical trial themes

The April discussion of postmarketing adverse events noted several themes, including the facts that all vaccines are capable of producing adverse reactions (though Gardasil and Gardasil 9 are macabre standouts) and that vaccines can cause the very illnesses—or adverse consequences of those illnesses—that they are supposed to prevent. The clinical trial data reinforce these points and also highlight some new themes:

  • The adverse reactions reported following clinical trials do not necessarily match up to the adverse reactions reported post-licensure. This is particularly the case for vaccine-associated deaths; whereas the April postmarketing-only list included just two categories of death associated with six vaccines, the addition of clinical trial data brings the total up to 40 types of death associated with 13 vaccines.
  • Sizeable proportions of participants in vaccine clinical trials experience unpleasant reactions, including fever, chills, pain, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, rash, loss of appetite and irritability.  For example, in clinical trials for the five-pronged Pentacel vaccine (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, Haemophilus influenzae type b and polio)—given as a four-dose series beginning at six weeks of age—almost half of the young children (48%) experienced injection-site “tenderness” after the first dose (defined as “whimpering” or crying when the arm or leg was touched or moved); about the same percentage (46%) experienced “lethargy,” 59% cried “inconsolably” and 77% were “fussy” or “irritable.” In adolescents, the Adacel vaccine given as a booster for tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis (Tdap) produced injection-site pain in almost eight in ten teens (78%), and one in five (20%) study participants experienced pain rated as “moderate to severe.” More than two-fifths (44%) suffered from headaches.
  • Clinical trials also document more serious reactions with the potential to cause longer-term problems. Adverse reactions of particular concern—especially in the young—include asthma, seizures, heart problems, sleep problems and joint and muscle pain. Nine vaccines list anorexia as a clinical trial reaction. Surprisingly, while numerous package inserts mention serious and potentially lifelong conditions like transverse myelitis (11 vaccines) and Guillain-Barré syndrome (20 vaccines) in their postmarketing section, only a few list them as a clinical trial outcome despite hundreds of published studies pointing to post-vaccination onset.
  • Intentional and unintentional injuries are more prominent in the clinical trial data than in the postmarketing reports, particularly in association with Gardasil and certain meningococcal vaccines (abbreviated as MenACWY). These events include alcohol intoxication and drug overdose; suicidal thoughts or attempts; head and limb injuries; and falls resulting in injuries. Noting that syncope (fainting) is a common post-vaccination reaction in adolescents and young adults, the CDC states, “In 2005, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) began detecting a trend of increasing syncope reports that coincided with the licensure of 3 vaccines for adolescents: human papillomavirus (HPV), MenACWY, and Tdap. Of particular concern among adolescents has been the risk for serious secondary injuries, including skull fracture and cerebral hemorrhage.” (One of the robustly healthy volunteers in the current clinical trials for the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine illustrated this very point, narrowly escaping injury when his girlfriend caught him in the midst of a fainting episode.)
  • Illustrating how vaccines can cause what they are supposed to prevent, the clinical trials for the ProQuad measles-mumps-rubella-varicella vaccine—intended to prevent infections associated with rashes—highlighted an astounding array of rashes. The ProQuad insert lists seven different types of rash-related adverse reactions: “rash,” “injection-site rash,” “measles-like rash,” “rubella-like rash,” “varicella-like rash,” “vesicular rash” and “viral exanthema” (an eruptive rash associated with viral infections). Across both the clinical trial and postmarketing data, ProQuad injection also appears to precede numerous infections, including “atypical measles” and measles, varicella (chickenpox), bronchitis, cellulitis and other skin infections, herpes simplex (cold sores), herpes zoster (shingles), influenza or “influenza-like illness,” meningitis, pneumonia, respiratory tract infections, sinusitis, sore throats and other viral infections.
Researchers interested in solutions rather than convenient coronavirus cover stories would do well to review the information contained in vaccine package inserts.

Mysteries explained?

One of the autoimmune conditions encountered during the clinical trials for meningococcal and rotavirus vaccines (and also reported post-licensure) is a condition called Kawasaki disease (KD). Diagnosed solely on the basis of symptoms (high fever plus symptoms such as rash, redness and lymph node swelling), KD came out of nowhere in the 1960s and 1970s when childhood vaccine programs were starting to gear up. The published literature confirms Bexero meningococcal B and rotavirus vaccination as likely triggers for KD and, in addition, points to numerous other vaccines as possible culprits, including those for hepatitis A, hepatitis B, influenza, Prevnar-13 and multiple vaccines administered in a single health care visit. Canadian researchers have identified KD as a “condition of interest” for pediatric vaccine safety surveillance.

Ordinarily fairly obscure, KD made headlines this year when researchers started speculating that it might be one of the apparently myriad faces of SARS-CoV-2. In the UK—the first country in the world to start administering (in 2015) three doses of Bexero to infants—researchers were also the first to suggest that KD might be Covid-19-related. This week, a different group of researchers raised the same question about another low-profile autoimmune condition, myasthenia gravis, asking whether it, too, could be connected to SARS-CoV-2. Researchers interested in solutions rather than convenient coronavirus cover stories would do well to review the information contained in vaccine package inserts. This information clearly points the way to a different set of questions and answers, pertaining not only to autoimmunity but also to the many other health problems besieging American children.
