Growing Concern About Abuses of Weather Control in the US

Many concerns have arisen that Earth’s weather is being manipulated in ways harmful to the citizenry and the economy. The hurricane that hit the Hawaiian Island of Maui and the accompanying firestorm that devastated the town of Lahaina in 2023 with grave loss of life and destruction of the community appeared very suspicious. Hurricane Helene and then Milton chewed up Florida and demolished Southeastern Appalachia communities in North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. Have behaved in unusual ways and produced unusual and shockingly high amounts of damage and loss of life. Many citizens have questioned what aspects of the storms may have been “enhanced” or manipulated. The lack of official assistance being provided to survivors of these devastating events has understandably increased suspicion.

The federal government has done nothing to alleviate citizen concerns; instead, it has encouraged censorship through social media. The usual claims of conspiracy theory have been lobbed against anyone raising these questions, but as it turns out, citizens are asking very good questions.

Government Censorship

The federal government censors and curtails information and public discussion on subjects like weather manipulation. For a good review of the state of government censorship in the world today, listen to the Joe Rogan interview with Mike Benz that aired this month. The federal government funds, coordinates, and gives orders to its own branches and federal agencies and to non-government organizations (NGOs), nonprofits, universities, and others to censor and eliminate free speech. There are literally hundreds of thousands of hired individuals manipulating the truth as hired guns through traditional news outlets, social media, university outlets, book publishers, and scientific journals.

Weather Modification, Inc.

The absurdity of these government denials was recently highlighted by a photo of a plane on TikTok with a large corporate logo across its fuselage that said, “Weather Modification, International.” The Weather Modification International website was surprisingly empty, but when I checked the web archive for earlier versions, I found that their website started being stripped of data in early 2020. The 2019 archive offered a more robust introduction to the company. Turns out, Weather Modification Inc. has been operating since its founding in 1961 by two farmers/pilots. As of 2019, the company had grown to almost 40 aircraft and 100 personnel. Here is a screenshot of the 2019 “Who We Are” web page.

The client list for the United States included the US Department of Defense (DOD), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and its National Hurricane Center, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, several state cloud seeding or weather modification programs, and more. They also have a number of international government clients.

Jim Lee has been gathering and sharing news regarding weather manipulation since 2012. He has gathered and published a collection of historical evidence and news about weather modification that I believe is unmatched anywhere else. His goals are to “enact changes in laws worldwide to bring transparency and accountability for weather modification and geoengineering experiments.” The interview with Jim Lee makes clear that there is nothing conspiratorial about weather modification except the government’s attempts to hide it from the public.

If I were to conjure up a global menace in a teeny-tiny package, I wouldn’t have to look far for inspiration. It’s already there, crawling down the legs of a deer or a dog and up the stalk of grasses or shrubs or plants in your garden, all primed and ready to latch on to your tender skin and take a nice big chomp!

It’s a tick-filled world and we’re stuck living in it.

And you know what’s making it worse? Climate change. The warmer the weather, the easier it is for ticks to breed. Increases in global temperatures increase the reproductive rates of insects, so we are seeing an explosion of not only pathogen-filled ticks, but also mosquitos that are potentially transmitting West Nile, Zika virus, Chikungunya, Dengue, other viruses and even malaria in the US.

The same pest-pocalypse is happening to other biting insects like fleas, mites, lice, etc. that can transmit a broad range of organisms, including Bartonella (more about this in future articles).

So remember, these insects, including ticks, may contain multiple bacteria, viruses, and parasites, and getting one bite can lead to more than one disease.

In fact, in my 40+ year experience treating chronically ill individuals, co-infections with multiple bacteria, viruses, and parasites are the rule, not the exception. And people usually end up getting multiple bites from ticks over their lifetime because these unbelievably annoying creatures are spreading rapidly and present in every corner of the globe (even Antarctica!).

Gruesome–but necessary–reading

Learning about how ticks live and feed makes for pretty gruesome reading.

Suffice to say that they go through four life stages: egg, six-legged larva, eight-legged nymph, and adult. The only course they have on their menu is blood, thanks to their bites on either animals or humans.

If they bite an animal that’s already carrying a pathogen, they can then transmit that bug to the next unlucky recipient of their cunning. Hopefully that won’t be you!

And get this–some of these ticks are hermaphrodites, like the rapidly spreading Asian bush tick, Hemophylis Longicornis, which means they can reproduce without mating. This also means that they are reproducing more rapidly than other ticks.

Although they haven’t been proven yet to transmit some of the multiple infections now being found in them (Borrelia burgdorferi, i.e., Lyme disease, tularemia, Rickettsia like Rocky Mountain Spotted fever, Heartland, and Bourbon viruses), time will tell.

In Asia, these same ticks can cause alpha gal syndrome, the “red meat allergy” as well as SFTS (Severe Fever and Thrombocytopenia Syndrome), a potentially fatal illness.

Bottom line: if you get bitten, you want to know what kind of tick it is, and what pathogens it contains.

Different varieties in different regions

As you’ve unfortunately realized by now, there are many varieties of ticks that live in different areas of the U.S. (I’ll discuss this in an upcoming posting, but for now you can check this map: https://www.cdc.gov/ticks/data-research/facts-stats/geographic-distribution-of-tickborne-disease-cases.html.)

Not every tick is a carrier of a pathogen–only the black-legged deer tick can transmit Lyme Disease, for example–so getting bitten doesn’t automatically guarantee that you’ll get sick. But enough ticks are infected in this country and abroad, and can spread any or more of these 20 diseases with just one bite, as you can see from this CDC list:

Where Are Ticks Lurking?

Ticks are tenacious, and can be found even in urban environments you’d think would be free of them. According to the New York City Department of Health, for example, there were 3,323 (2,482 new ones and 741 positive ones from previous years) reported cases of Lyme disease in NYC residents in 2023. This is up from 2,524 cases in 2022.

There were also 77 reports of anaplasmosis and 116 of babesiosis in 2023. I suspect that these cases were picked up while in any of the city’s many parks, but who knows?

These numbers are likely gross underestimates of how bad the problem truly is, because several of the diseases we will be discussing can’t easily be picked up on standard blood tests, and doctors may not know to always look for them since some of the symptoms are non-specific and overlap other illnesses.

As I’ve said in earlier posts, last year alone, the CDC reported 476,000 cases of Lyme disease in the US, and their recent implementation of a revised case definition reported that case counts are rising where the incidence was 1.7 times the annual U.S. average in 2017–2019, an overall 68.5% increase, rising with patient age.

If you’re going outside to an environment where ticks are hiding—going to a park, hiking on trails in fields or forests, or while gardening, for example—follow these tips.

Tick Lookout Tips

  • Ticks can’t ‘officially’ fly, although static electricity from animals results in ticks being pulled by these electric fields across air gaps measuring several of their body lengths, resulting in leaps that one could almost define as flying. They also don’t jump, so they have to crawl from host to host as their primary means of attachment. They lurk. They wait. (This is called “questing.”)
  • The little monsters are clever enough to detect a potential host by sensing body heat, moisture, odors, or carbon dioxide; or by the vibrations of someone passing by. Although the deer tick (Ixodes scapularis in the northeastern US) or Ixodes pacificus (in the Pacific US), can sense your presence from 12 feet away and come running, some of these ticks like the lone star tick (Ambylomma Americanum) can sense your heat and carbon dioxide from up to 50 feet away. They will come after you to bite you from quite a distance, even if you are not in high grass or directly exposed.
  • As soon as they can climb onto where they aren’t wanted, they either latch on in one spot, or take their time wandering around your body where skin might be thinner and easier to bite.
  • So when you go outside, stay in the middle of any trails, away from tall grasses, branches, and leaves. Try not to brush up against any foliage. Ticks also like to quest in border areas in the yard or park and near bird feeders.
  • If you have a yard, keep the grass short. If you have a compost pile, or piles of leaves, stay out of them!
  • Don’t sit directly on the ground, on large stones or fallen logs, or on stone or brick walls.

Dr. Horowitz is incorrect concerning ‘climate change’ making ticks and the diseases they carry worse.  Independent research has clearly shown ticks are on the move due to migrating birds and photoperiod (not to mention agents of our own government purposely infecting ticks with pathogens and then kicking boxes full of them out of airplanes).  Further, research blaming ‘climate change’ for every ill under the sun is based on biased research using an erroneous model.

Utilizing erroneous models was also clearly seen during the COVID psyop and continues to this day.

A bought out, biased media is also using corrupt data to spread this climate alarmism.

Due to highly sought after government grants, researchers have also fallen prey to conducting biased research, making claims that are not supported by data.

A train of articles have come out on how research and medicine have been hijacked and are completely driven by an unholy alliance with Industry, government, and University research facilities.  Besides being unethical, which should be troublesome on its own, it causes patient suffering.

‘Science’ is funded primarily by industry and this conflict of interest means there is little honest research being done.

What is the chance that two very large and powerful hurricanes hit the same area within 13 days of each other? Look at the landfall areas of Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, and other barrier islands in that area of Florida.

The locals lost their homes, condos, and their possessions that they had worked a long time to build and accumulate within 13 days of two unimaginable disasters. These possessions are now buried in tall mountains of rubbish temporarily housed on a large vacant lot near the Tamiami Trail in Sarasota.

NOAA Debunking weather modification claims

Nobody can say that the Tampa Bay area was not prepared. In 2009 they had developed Project Phoenix, a four-module plan to “address the challenges of response and recovery during a catastrophic event in the Tampa Bay area. Hurricane Phoenix, a fictitious storm, was created to simulate the effects of a worst-case scenario in the region; a direct strike from a Category 5 hurricane. The problem is that nobody is willing to address the elephant in the room. How did two such powerful hurricanes, within 13 days of each other, happen to hit the same areas with similar intensity? Is it a coincidence? I don’t believe in coincidences. Was it that Mother Nature had gone rogue, or the right variables of water, heat, cold, and wind aligned and created such devastations twice in the same places?

The Internet was quick to squash the conspiracy theories about the “two historic hurricanes, and [blasted] the large amount of disinformation about nonexistent weather manipulation technology.”  Fact check: Debunking weather modification claims | National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

NOAA wrote, “No technology exists that can create, destroy, modify, strengthen or steer hurricanes in any way, shape or form. All hurricanes, including Helene and Milton, are natural phenomena that form on their own due to aligning conditions of the ocean and atmosphere.” But that contradicts the experiment in 1947.

Extensive list of weather modification activities

NOAA states in the middle of the website that they are “required by law to track weather modification activities by others, including cloud seeding, but has no authority to regulate those activities.”*

In the NOAA Library, Weather and Climate Collections, there is an extensive list of weather modification activities, defined as “any activity performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behavior, or dynamics of the atmosphere (15 CFR § 908.1), activities subject to reporting (15 CFR § 908.3):

  1. “Seeding or dispersing of any substances into clouds or fog to alter drop size distribution, produce ice crystals or coagulation of droplets, alter the development of hail or lightning, or influence in any way the natural development cycle of clouds or their environment;
  2. Using fires or heat sources to influence convective circulation or to evaporate fog;
  3. Modifying the solar radiation exchange of the earth to clouds, through the release of gases, dusts, liquids, or aerosols into the atmosphere;
  4. Modifying the characteristics of land or water surfaces by dusting or treating with powders, liquid sprays, dyes, or other materials;
  5. Releasing electrically charged or radioactive particles, or ions, into the atmosphere;
  6. Applying shock waves, sonic energy sources, or other explosive or acoustic sources to the atmosphere;
  7. Using aircraft propeller downwash, jet wash, or other sources of artificial wind generation;
  8. Using lasers or other sources of electromagnetic radiation; or
  9. Other activities undertaken with the intent to modify the weather or climate, including solar radiation management activities and experiments.”

  • On Jan. 22, 2011 bizarre glowing spiral rings were seen on meteorological maps over Melbourne, Australia which spanned over tens of thousands of miles.  Before the rings, the weather was calm.  After the circles appeared the area experienced bizarre, severe, and uncharacteristic weather.

But this gas is part of the biogenic carbon cycle that after a dozen or so years breaks down into natural CO2 and water, which is then absorbed by grass via photosynthesis that the cows in turn eat, and so the lifecycle continues; in other words, both methane and CO2 are the gasses of life, which is precisely why they are perpetrating this evil against nature and humanity.

I recently returned from Wales where once pristine green hills are now littered with (often stationary) giant wind turbines, in the name of saving the planet. On a farm near Llangollen, I met with a group of locals who are deeply concerned about the rampant escalation of these ugly, noisy, lethal and futile installations.

Farmer Tim Smith explained the issues to me in detail which I hope I’ve covered adequately below so that you too can grasp what is at stake, and see that wind turbines are yet another big lie to support the biggest lie of all ­– climate change.

For communities, it’s incredibly difficult to challenge decisions made by developers or government officials. Once more, in the case of this area of outstanding natural beauty, it seems that government has prioritised corporate interests over the health, wellbeing and the livelihoods of ordinary people. With increasingly more wind farm planned for the area, the group expressed feeling angry, frustrated and powerless to defend themselves from these metal monsters.

“The system is set up to protect big business, not the little guy,” Tim said.

Climate change or climate hoax?

There is growing scepticism about the climate change narrative that drives many renewable energy policies. Living in the UK, there is no doubt the weather is doing strange things – it’s been a miserably cloudy and cold year with hardly any sunshine whatsoever. But is this climate change or part of a climate hoax?

Devastating floods in Spain as well as the fires in Greece have raised questions about whether these events were genuinely natural or potentially orchestrated. This possibility only reinforces the need to critically examine policies that push for widespread wind farm developments, which are so obviously visual and noise pollutants. The current “energy transition” away from inexpensive, reliable and very clean conventional energy toward unconventional energies such as wind, electric, and solar power that are expensive, unreliable, and deeply problematic environmentally is best described by an article in the Manhattan Institute as an unrealistic delusion. 

Despite thousands of scientists that have signed the World Climate Declaration that states there is no climate emergency, but names numerous hard realities including deforestation, and the extinction of many animals, some inconvenient truths have come to light:

  • two independent studies found intensely noisy offshore wind projects cause hearing loss in marine mammals, turtles, and fish and compromise their ability to navigate, avoid danger, detect predators, and find prey.
  • elevated humpback whale mortalities have occurred along the Atlantic coast from Maine through Florida coinciding with offshore operations.
  • wind and solar farms only work 30% of the time.
  • California serves as a prime example of a state that requires conventional energy to keep the fantasy afloat, yet proponents argue this will all be well given more time, more subsidies, more magical thinking, and more pixie dust.
And all of this matters if you want to remain free and like to eat real food.

Under the guise of reducing “methane emissions,” 13 WEF-infiltrated nations have agreed to engineer global famine by abolishing agricultural production and shutting down all farms to ‘save the planet.’  The U.S. is one of those nations.  Hope you like to eat bugs….

Nobody talks about the economical, environmental, and biological ramifications.  Nobody talks about the very real government geoengineering which is spraying toxins into our air affecting biological health to control the weather as well as to move people away from areas that contain highly sought after natural resources.

Nobody talks about how the resulting damage from geoengineering is then blamed on the boogey-man – ‘climate change.’  It’s a perfect problem, solution, answer government scenario. 

Similarly to pixie-dust, we are simply to believe in ‘climate change’ and that ‘green solutions’ work. 

Energy is being used as a vehicle of control and if the WHO ends up having sole power over global health, combining health, climate and energy issues into one will automatically give the WHO the de facto power to seize control over society in general by creating smart cities, travel restrictions, new food systems, a complete transition to green energy and more. But again, the thing that will really facilitate all of these changes is to have a centralized powerbase, and that is the WHO, but this globalist totalitarian plan goes way back to 1992 but has been steadily worked on since then.

Sacrificing selfhood and the rights of individuals to “serve the greater good” is a hallmark call of authoritarian and totalitarian regimes, and they used this “care for others” argument during COVID to pressure people into compliance with everything from lockdowns, social distancing, wearing a mask and getting the jab.  Thankfully, some didn’t fall for their tactic.

The same narrative is also being used to prop up the “climate emergency.” We’re now told we have to sacrifice our standard of living because we have a responsibility both for others and for the earth itself, but rather than focus on true health, true conservation, and true stewardship, we should simply be compliant sheep and trust entities that have done nothing but cover up, manipulate, misinform, censor, use shrouded back channels, and lie.

This exposé will demonstrate to you that Geoengineering Warfare is a past and present fact that is being waged in Sonoma County, in all of California, and elsewhere, threatening the very existence of humanity and the rest of the biosphere.

After reviewing the documentation presented below, it should be obvious to you that there is an ongoing Geoengineering war. The first indispensable local step is to issue a resolution banning all geoengineering operations in Sonoma County, demand that the California legislature and the governor ban geoengineering in California, and investigate and prosecute the planners and perpetrators of geoengineering warfare.

The Sonoma County community, where you live and which you love, is under relentless attack by Geoengineering Warfare. Irreparable damage may have already been done, but your (our) swift action to stop these aggressions and to clean up air, water, and soil, and the impacted life, will have tremendous benefits, SUCH AS MINIMIZING THE INCIDENCE OF “FIRE STORMS.”

No grant or subsidy money offered or given to Sonoma County by federal and state government agencies, corporations, or NGOs to do “the right thing” according to their agendas justifies putting the lives and property of Sonoma County residents at serious risk.

Consider that your inaction on the threat to all of us presented by Geoengineering Warfare can be considered “negligence” in fulfilling your duties of protecting the life and property of Sonomans that you swore to protect as an elected public official.

A very recent article (7/31/24) titled “Certain Dark Chocolates Contain High-Level Heavy Metals, Study Finds” indirectly exposes the contamination of food by the massive spraying of heavy metals (and other substances) by Geoengineering Warfare.

The article suggests that the sources of soil (and water) “contamination” are livestock manure, irrigation with wastewater or polluted water, application of sewage sludge, use of Metallo-pesticides or herbicides, phosphate-based fertilizers, and atmospheric deposition (chemtrails included?).

The case for “atmospheric deposition” likely being the primary source of contamination becomes even stronger when the article reports that for “unknown reasons”, organic cacao products had higher levels of heavy metals.  All the other listed possible sources of soil contamination, except livestock manure, do not apply to organic farming, so atmospheric deposition becomes the primary suspected source of the contamination.

As discussed in the article, lead and cadmium are the primary heavy metals tested in the study. Both are toxic nanomaterials used in Geoengineering, but they are just two of many others, such as aluminum, barium, strontium, vanadium, titanium, manganese, polymers, graphene, sulfuric acid, and surfactants.

This website has posted prolifically on geoengineering because it affects ALL life-forms on planet earth including the food we eat, which is medicine.

It appears that this geoengineering is also being used to relocate people from one area to another in something called ‘weather wars.’  Global governments admit to ‘cloud seeding,’ but not the fallout it causes.  The fallout is always blamed on ‘climate change,’

In a never-ending quest to destroy humanity, Bill Gates, who doesn’t vaccinate his own children but is hell-bent on vaccinating everyone else’s, also has a mission to ‘dim the sun,’ to supposedly counter the ‘climate emergency.’   Other schemes include stopping cows from farting and burping, limiting cars, and culling the ‘useless eaters.’  A few brave experts are telling the truth:
