MADISON — Marathon County’s government is proposing a new ordinance to deal with COVID-19, including the use of ankle monitors to keep track of virus “violators.”

The Marathon County Board of Supervisor’s Health and Human Services committee last week passed the new COVID-19 “reactive” rules, and the executive committee is scheduled to take it up Thursday.

Marathon County Corporation Counsel Scott Corbett and Health Officer Joan Theurer, R.N., MSN, recently told supervisors that the proposed ordinance is not intended to be a “Safer at Home Order,” a reference to Gov. Tony Evers’ lockdown edict struck down by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. They took great pains to say the ordinance is “targeted directly” to those who have COVID-19 and businesses and organizations that have workers who test positive for the coronavirus. They say it’s more about communication and education than punishment.

But the language, according to Corbett, includes several levels of quarantining, including what would in essence be a countywide lockdown banning “large gatherings.”

Noncompliance, however, comes with some hefty penalties of “not less than $100 not more than $25,000 per violation.” 

While the officials insist that the county doesn’t have the power to create criminal penalties, the ordinance notes the use of “quarantine guards” with police powers. That includes monitoring of violators. One supervisor in particular sounded excited about the prospects of using ankle bracelets because, “that tells where they are if they’re not at home.”

Frieden states ‘contact tracing’ is an art and a science. This is code for it is subjective, which means what seems right to authorities may not seem right to Americans – i.e. freedom vs authoritative health mandates. Starting at about 4:30 he talks about “old fashioned, shoe leather epidemiology’ or going door to door (social workers, returning peace corp workers, basically anyone who doesn’t mind encroaching on other peoples’ liberties).  He talks about trust.  Ironic considering what he was arrested for.

Nobel Prize Winner On The Coronavirus

Nobel Prize Winner Dr Luc Montagnier on the origin of COVID-19.  He, along with numerous other scientists, states the virus has been manipulated and that components of HIV have been inserted into the viral sequence, perhaps in pursuit of an AIDS vaccine.

  • SARS-CoV-2 appears to be a benign bat coronavirus modified to integrate spike proteins that allows the virus to enter human cells by attaching to ACE-2 receptors
  • The virus also appears to have been modified to integrate an envelope protein from HIV called GP141, which tends to impair the immune system. A third modification appears to involve nanotechnology, which allows the virus to remain airborne longer

New York State has been at the epicenter of coronavirus cases and deaths. In response, on May 13, the New York State Bar Association issued a Report of its Health Law Section Task Force on COVID-19. The 84-page report is generally helpful, covering issues of ethics, provider systems and issues, contract management and the workforce.

On the topic of vaccination, however, the report strays from common sense into rank salesmanship, attempting to sell people on the idea of COVID-19 vaccine mandates for every man, woman and child in New York State and the country. This is a shocking recommendation with no mention of safety, informed consent or the right to refuse unwanted medical interventions. No COVID-19 vaccines exist today; the infection rate is declining and may never recur; safety and efficacy are completely unproven for vaccines that don’t exist, and yet this report attempts to sell coercive medicine as a good idea.

TAKE ACTION! Please do any or all!

The Letter

Dear New York State Bar Association,

Please reconsider the Health Law Task Force Report on COVID-19 that recklessly recommends that all New York State residents must receive mandatory vaccination “when the efficacy of a COVID-19 vaccine has been confirmed.” This recommendation would  violate citizens’ fundamental rights to bodily integrity, free exercise of religion, parental rights, informed consent, the right to refuse unwanted medical treatment and other constitutional rights. Such a mandate would sow distrust and meet overwhelming resistance.

Much has changed in science and law since 1905 when the Supreme Court upheld Massachusetts’s mandate against an epidemic “that imperiled an entire population.” The fatality rate from smallpox was 30%; COVID-19’s is closer to .2%. The Task Force misreads the law, imagining a blank check for states to impose mandates under police powers. But in fact states must meet criteria of necessity, proportionality, harm avoidance and non-discrimination. Precedents require courts to prevent arbitrary and oppressive mandates like the one the Task Force proposes.

NYSBA should adopt a more sensible and cautious approach at its general June 13 meeting. Consent, not coercion, is the only way to ensure public health.

When the administrator of the Saugus Rehab and Nursing Center in Saugus, Massachusetts, heard that a new Medicare website reported her facility had 794 confirmed cases of COVID-19 — the second highest in the country — and 281 cases among staff, she gasped.

“Oh my God. Where are they getting those numbers from?” said Josephine Ajayi. “That doesn’t make any sense.”

Those weren’t the numbers that her facility reported to the CDC’s National Healthcare Safety Network, under new rules from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), she said. (Please see link for article)

Misinformation From CDC and Other Agencies

Dr. Pam Popper reads a letter from a colleague working in a hot-spot who states that although he’s treated hundreds with COVID, not ONE has died. This colleague is part of a franchise with two dozen other facilities whom have seen a total of three deaths. He states they’ve used five different tests, all of which have serious defects, many recalled, contaminated, and inaccurate.  Regarding testing, the colleague stated,

“I’m confident that the new ones like the old ones that we used are complete crap.”

The colleague then goes on to state that successful treatments like azithromycin, HCQ, vitamin D, ultraviolet phototherapy, etc. is openly denied and labeled as dangerous, while dangerous steroid drugs, remdesivir, and ventilation seem to be accepted as “best practices” and continued at all costs.  The colleague then goes on to say practitioners understand that financial incentives control what will be used and not used for patient care.  An expensive and useless drug will actually reach prime markets.

The CDC, just like the WHO waffles back and forth on everything.  Recently, the CDC stated that singing in a church choir was a “super spreader” of the virus.  They later retracted that but Popper states the damage has already been done, scaring people into submission.

Popper states we need to stand up to this and sing anyway.  I couldn’t agree more.

She goes through percentages of asymptomatic cases, which are many.  Mainstream media didn’t cover this at all.

  • Diamond Princess: 72%

  • Tennessee prison: 98%
  • Pregnant women in labor: 79%
  • Meat packing plant in Missouri: 100%
  • Boston homeless population: 87.8%
The CDC has ratcheted the COVID-19 death projection down to about what it is for the seasonal flu, yet we are still prisoners.

Yet, despite this, CDC directives for schools:

  • ONE teacher is going to teach all subjects in one room to all the students.
  • If you are over the age of 2 you have to wear a face-mask.
  • Can’t share equipment
  • Desks have to be 6 feet apart
  • Stagger arrival and departure times
  • Seat 1 child per row and skip rows where possible on buses.
  • Tape on the floor and signs on walls to keep everyone apart.
  • No dining halls, no recesses.
  • Popper states all of this is insane.  I agree.  Time to homeschool. We are going to raise an entire generation of germaphobes if these directives are followed.

Another perfect example of how COVID-19 numbers should be taken with a grain of salt.  Testing is right half the time, hospitals are pressured into calling everything “death by COVID’ and now there is wildly inaccurate nursing home data.  This is becoming a comedy of errors. Too bad lives are at stake.

Another senior center in Oklahoma with only 95 beds supposedly had 339 COVID-19 deaths, but no confirmed or suspected cases.  Well, that IS a magic trick.

After a download of the data, a quick sort of the columns easily reveals extreme totals in various categories. But no one called those nursing homes before the data were released to doublecheck, for example, when 100-bed Smith Village in Chicago was shown to have 1,105 confirmed COVID-19 cases among residents and 955 confirmed COVID-19 cases among staff, the most in the country.

Combing through details for accuracy appears to be a unwanted task right now.
