…Authorities in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) are investigating an outbreak of an unidentified disease in Kwango province. Since November, the illness has affected at least 376 people, with reported fatalities ranging from 67 to 143. Key symptoms include fever, headache, nasal congestion, respiratory difficulties, and anemia. According to health minister Roger Kamba, almost half of the cases were in children under the age of five. Dieudonne Mwamba, the head of the National Institute for Public Health, said that Panzi was already a “fragile” zone, with 40% of its residents experiencing malnutrition. Also, many residents of this remote area lack healthcare access. This is most definitely a cause for inflated mortality rates. “The Panzi health zone, located around 435 miles (700 kilometers) from the capital Kinshasa, is a remote area of the Kwango province, making it hard to access.”

Dr. David A. Kessler, a commissioner for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in two previous administrations, the Biden administration’s chief science officer during COVID-19 and co-leader of Operation Warp Speed, recently wrote an opinion piece in The New York Times expressing his concern about the H5N1 bird flu.

Kessler was not necessarily at the helm of the worst regulatory disaster in human history — but he was certainly on the bridge. Kessler’s Nov. 26 opinion piece is designed to stoke fear.

After the last five years, we should all have a healthy fear of fearmongers. Based on fear, in our country alone we have seen: our constitutional rights vanish, internment camps once again built on U.S. soil, lethal countrywide hospital protocols for intubation and a widely used and lucrative drug remdesivir that was too dangerous for Ebola patients, suppression of cheap and effective treatments, mass-distribution of a mandated untested and unsafe vaccine, threats from our political leaders, fractures in society, destroyed careers, destroyed families and destroyed lives.

Almost no one went unscathed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kessler’s advice to the incoming administration is out of touch and out of tune with the people who voted President Donald Trump back into office.

“Fear” was in yesteryear’s toolbox for so-called public health. The new administration has nominated a host of leaders who bring integrity, transparency, scientific reasoning and justice to their approach to our common health.

To Kessler’s credit, bird flu is concerning. It is a few mutations away from finding the right combination to become communicable between humans, and a novel influenza virus may cause sickness and death. (See link for article)

The COVID-19 pandemic brought to the forefront critical questions about global health governance. You might think this last year or so has offered an opportunity to consider carefully what worked or didn’t work.

One now has to resort to academic publications to see that there is a growing body of research showing that in the face of a global crisis, authoritarian approaches are rarely either the most effective or the most equitable ways of improving health outcomes worldwide.

So please acknowledge the disinformation implicit in the World Health Organization’s (WHO) efforts to justify the so-called “Pandemic Treaty” in the name of “equity.”

In the WHO’s own words, the “treaty” would usher in a “new global system for pathogen access and benefits sharing (i.e. life-saving vaccines, treatments and diagnostics); pandemic prevention and One Health; and the financial coordination needed to scale up countries’ capacities to prepare for and respond to pandemics.”

I want to look at some of the evidence that shows shifting the loci of control over health away from individuals and communities, and putting it into the hands of unelected bureaucrats in the ivory towers of the WHO in Geneva, is the worst thing we could possibly do.

The evidence (for example, here and here) points to the fact that regional approaches, grounded in local contexts and community empowerment, offer a much more promising path toward a healthier future for a lot more people.

But you won’t hear any of this from the WHO because it doesn’t mesh with its plans, and, please remember, we won’t get there if we drop our vigilance and sit on our backsides because the globalists mean business.

Democratic decay and the rise of authoritarianism

The COVID-19 “pandemic” catalyzed authoritarianism in the so-called free world under the guise of public health measures.

Governments and even private corporations stripped millions of their liberties with lockdowns, mask-wearing, social distancing, restrictions on movement, business and school closures, and — let’s not forget — mandatory or coerced vaccinations.

What made matters worse, while governments told the public they were “following the science,” retrospective analysis, such as that laid out masterfully by U.S. journalist Sharyl Attkisson in her new book, shows otherwise.

Or you might like to read the 113-page report just out from the U.S. House of Representatives Energy & Commerce Committee that shows that the Biden-Harris administration wasted $1 billion of taxpayers’ money on their phony attack on so-called “misinformation.”

Had this authoritarian approach been a winner, buy-in for more of the same in a next-time-around scenario might make sense. But the whole thing was a spectacular disaster. Lockdowns, masks and genetic vaccines — contrary to all the promises offered — failed to stop transmission.

….open societies are more likely to have a free press, independent scientific inquiry and transparent decision-making processes, all of which are essential for effective public health interventions. Less autocratic approaches that called for more personal responsibility, as per the Swedish model, also had higher rates of compliance.

Restrictions on movement and economic activity disproportionately impact those already living in poverty, while the erosion of civil liberties created a climate of fear and mistrust.

Despite the WHO’s mandate to promote global health, it’s done very little to help. Instead, it’s morphing increasingly into an unaccountable instrument run by unelected bureaucrats that fast-tracks the global distribution of diagnostics, therapeutics and vaccines, while emerging as the ultimate arbiter of truthful health information in its mission to fight the quaintly-named infodemic.

There is a whole battery of unproven or disproven assumptions that underpin the cousin of the “Pandemic Treaty,” the International Health Regulations (IHR) which were amended earlier this year.

The IHR, which governs international responses to public health emergencies, has historically focused on the notion of containment, aiming to prevent the spread of diseases across borders.

But this approach has never been shown to work when the transmission potential is high (i.e. in a pandemic), and it does the very thing the WHO and its supporters are claiming they want to resolve: it exacerbates inequalities between countries and encourages hegemony.

Doctors who tried to save lives were attacked and struck from their medical registers. This was never about saving lives. It was all about gaining power and control. And that desire among the few has only strengthened since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic was declared in May 2023.

Taking into account what we should have learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, a more holistic approach to managing human health during times of significant infection pressure should, in my view, include at least the following eight things…. (See link for article)

The “war on misinformation” that should be redefined as any form of speech or communication that does not comply with the WHO and its associated medico-industrial complex, is now a fixture of the WHO’s global powerplay.

Ashish Kumar Jha is a general internist physician and academic who served as the White House COVID-19 response coordinator from 2022–2023. At one of his press briefings, he stated that God gave us two arms in order to receive multiple vaccines and boosters.

In the creepy dystopian video, Jha states WHO has a list of 17 potential pandemic pathogens that are ‘top priorities for global vaccine development.’ They include:

Please note that Lyme disease and H5N1 are not on the list despite former CDC director Robert Redfield, MD, warning of an imminent bird flu pandemic, describing it as a matter of “when, not if.” Please note that Lyme disease only makes headlines when a new ‘vaccine’ is in the pipeline. Otherwise, it’s a non-issue to ‘the powers that be.’ The only money to be had is in a Lyme ‘vaccine,’ so that’s all they care about.

Jha then lowers the boom by stating we all need to be doing a better job at spreading ‘good information.’ What he means by this is any information questioning vaccines is ‘bad’ information that shouldn’t be shared. Vaccinators are also now injecting the clot shot anywhere on the body to counter any stigmatization of a mark on the arm.

And don’t kid yourself. They mean business.

Recently, a nurse is warning that forced flu shots are happening in U.S. hospitals.

“…When you go to the hospital…you need a surgery…first they gonna ask you if you’ve had the vaccines. You gonna say no, then they gonna say that you need to sign this consent. In the consent is a word “Biogenics”.

If you sign the consent saying I consent for you to give me “Biogenics”, that basically means that they can give you anything that they deem necessary including vaccines.

So if you say you did not get a flu shot, it’s “flu season”, and you signed the consent that say I agree to “Biogenics”, they will give you a vaccine even if you under anesthesia…Unless you go and get your medical record, you will not know that you got a flu vaccine…”

Most U.S. healthcare workers have rejected the COVID booster this year, and a former Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield employee was awarded $12 million after being fired for refusing the experimental gene therapy. Tanja Benton, another remote employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield was also recently awarded $700,000 by a federal court in Tennessee after being fired by the insurance company for refusing to comply with their COVID shot mandate due to her religious beliefs. Attorney Jon Marko shared that he is representing 170 other plaintiffs in wrongful termination cases against Blue Cross Blue Shield Michigan. And that’s just the tip of the ice-berg of those maimed after being forced into taking an experimental gene-therapy to keep their job.

The largest COVID-19 vaccine autopsy study to-date, providing robust evidence that COVID-19 vaccines can cause death, has been officially republished following successful peer-review in the journal Science, Public Health Policy, and the Law: A Systematic Review Of Autopsy Findings In Deaths After COVID-19 Vaccination. This comes after unethical censorship on two occasions: first, removal from Preprints with the Lancet and later, withdrawal by Elsevier after publication in Forensic Science International.

Here’s what we found:

Background: The rapid development of COVID-19 vaccines, combined with a high number of adverse event reports, have led to concerns over possible mechanisms of injury including systemic lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and mRNA distribution, Spike protein-associated tissue damage, thrombogenicity, immune system dysfunction, and carcinogenicity. The aim of this systematic review is to investigate possible causal links between COVID-19 vaccine administration and death using autopsies and post-mortem analysis.

Methods: We searched PubMed and ScienceDirect for all published autopsy and organ-restricted autopsy reports relating to COVID-19 vaccination up until May 18^th, 2023. All autopsy and organ-restricted autopsy studies that included COVID-19 vaccination as an antecedent exposure were included. Because the state of knowledge has advanced since the time of the original publications, three physicians independently reviewed each case and adjudicated whether or not COVID-19 vaccination was the direct cause or contributed significantly to death.

Results: We initially identified 678 studies and, after screening for our inclusion criteria, included 44 papers that contained 325 autopsy cases and one organ-restricted autopsy case (heart). The mean age of death was 70.4 years. The most implicated organ system among cases was the cardiovascular (49%), followed by hematological (17%), respiratory (11%), and multiple organ systems (7%). Three or more organ systems were affected in 21 cases. The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days. Most deaths occurred within a week from last vaccine administration. A total of 240 deaths (73.9%) were independently adjudicated as directly due to or significantly contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination, of which the primary causes of death include:

sudden cardiac death (35%)

pulmonary embolism (12.5%)

myocardial infarction (12%)

VITT (7.9%), myocarditis (7.1%)

multisystem inflammatory syndrome (4.6%)

cerebral hemorrhage (3.8%)

Conclusions: The consistency seen among cases in this review with known COVID-19 vaccine mechanisms of injury and death, coupled with autopsy confirmation by physician adjudication, suggests there is a high likelihood of a causal link between COVID-19 vaccines and death. Further urgent investigation is required for the purpose of clarifying our findings.

Our study indicates that the COVID-19 injectable products must undergo an immediate Class I recall by the FDA to protect public safety. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration defines a Class I recallas: “A situation in which there is a reasonable probability that the use of or exposure to a violative product will cause serious adverse health consequences or death.”

The censorship and retraction of studies that show COVID-19 mRNA injection harms is deeply concerning. First, this study was inappropriately removed from Preprints with the Lancet (SSRN). The paper was posted on the server on July 5th, 2023 and censored in less than 24 hours after receiving massive numbers of downloads and reads, “because the study’s conclusions are not supported by the study methodology.” However, the study initially satisfied SSRN screening criteria, which raises grave suspicions of censorship. FLCCC Co-Founders Join AAPS Lawsuit Against ABIM and Board-Certifying Organizations for Censoring Physicians

Washington, D.C. (November 12, 2024) – The FLCCC Alliance announced that its co-founders, Dr. Pierre Kory and Dr. Paul Marik, are seeking by motion to join the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) Educational Foundation’s federal lawsuit against the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and other board-certifying organizations as well as the Biden Administration. This lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Galveston, TX, seeks to hold accountable entities that have not only censored but retaliated against physicians, including Drs. Kory and Marik, for advocating evidence-based approaches to patient care that are contrary to public health agency directives. Drs. Kory and Marik asked the court to join the suit after ABIM’s unprecedented decision to revoke their board certifications for their public advocacy despite their expertise acquired through long and distinguished careers.

The lawsuit alleges that ABIM engaged in tortious interference with their efforts to engage in a national debate over repurposed drugs and concerns about mRNA vaccination. The suit alleges that ABIM infringed on their freedom of speech, contractual due process rights, and includes defamation claims on behalf of Drs. Kory and Marik.

“Consensus-Driven” Medicine Cited as Rationale for Decertification

Since May 2022, when the ABIM first issued a Notice of Potential Disciplinary Action, Drs. Kory and Marik have tirelessly defended their efforts on the part of FLCCC’s positions, providing substantial medical and scientific evidence to support their recommendations for early COVID-19 treatment and critiques of vaccine risks. Despite these eminent physicians’ submitting over 170 references in a comprehensive 60-page response in January 2023, the ABIM chose to dismiss these scientific contributions in favor of a narrow, “consensus-driven” narrative—a rationale used as grounds for the revocation of their board certifications.

The AAPS case against ABIM and its co-defendants was originally dismissed by the District Court but was reinstated against the board defendants by the Fifth Circuit in its opinion that expressed strong concern about the suppression of medical viewpoints.

In response to their recent decertifications, Dr. Marik underscored the pressing need to protect medical freedom and accountability in healthcare:

“True progress in medicine depends on the free exchange of ideas and the courage to challenge established norms. Without open scientific debate, we risk losing the opportunity to discover effective treatments and provide the best patient care.”

They didn’t have ONE death, yet he and others like him fell prey to government “Whack a Mole” against doctors using a truly reprehensible mafioso tactic – bankrupting dissenters.His case drug on for over three stressful years, and cost him over 5 Million dollars. He was debanked by five banks, and they even froze his wife’s accounts. Insurance companies dropped his patient’s ability to use insurance while under his care, cutting millions of dollars of income away from his practice.Knowing they couldn’t win the case, the FTC gave him three choices, all of which but one involved money in exchange for a gag order (being unable to talk about the case). Nepute chose freedom over money and is now exposing how the FTC, which had not changed their guidelines since 1998, just changed their guidelines for marketing and advertising regarding things you can say about supplements – the day after he said “no” to the settlement. Currently 700 nutraceutical companies got a letter from the FTC which is now suddenly holding them to the same standard as Big Pharma stating they are violating the guidelines by not completing double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled studies on vitamins, which is extremely expensive to do.

Government collusion with the media, UNICEF, WEF, WHO, IFCN, FB, Google, and more has been continually proven.

Nobody seems to notice or care that Fauci’s daughter worked at Twitter as a software engineer during the pandemic. But I’m sure we should just believe him when he states they never discussed content posted to social media.

One other little factoid: Fauci’s wife serves in a leadership role overseeing bioethics at the NIH. I’m sure that’s all kosher too, as well as the fact the pandemic vastly increased their household net worth from $7.6 million to $12.6 million between the start of 2020 and the end of 2021. She also co-authored a March 2022 report approving of social ostracization for the “vaccine”- hesitant and encouraging employers to pressure their workers, which didn’t work out so well for the mayor of Chicago who recently lost her re-election bid, and now has to reinstate fired workers with back pay and a 7% interest on top.

Seems censorship has been going on long before COVID. Anyone questioning vaccines is Wakefielded, those who disagree with government dictates is fired, or thrown in jail without a search warrant, and anyone defying the narrative is ‘disappeared.’

It’s Official: RKI Leak & New Data Shows There Was No Pandemic

PCR inventor, Kari Mullis warned about PCR testing again and again:

The president of Tanzania punked the WHO by sending samples of fruit, coats, sheep, and even motor oil for COVID testing. Nearly half came back positive. Both boldly outspoken men died and are ‘conveniently’ no longer here to expose the lies.

Using all-cause mortality which is not susceptible to bias, researcher Denis Rancourt warned us there was no pandemic back in July 2023 and even before that in June, 2020 with his first report: All-Cause Mortality During COVID-19: N Plague & A Likely Signature of Mass Homicide By Government Response.

A 2020 study showed that if a PCR threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used the probability that the person is infected is less than 3%. Testing for COVID was declared an ‘Unmitigated Disaster’ back in Nov. 2021 when Italy reduced its COVID death toll by 97% after lowering the purposely high cycle threshold to an appropriate level.

The government knew.

You may recall his analysis of files deliberately released by Germany’s Robert Koch Institute in summer 2024? These were official & heavily redacted. Still, they revealed extensive political control of what the public (& the courts) were told were independent experts. [Go here for the story]

Now, there’s been a substantial leak from inside RKI of internal correspondence which tears apart any semblance of reality surrounding the pretend pandemic.

It’s official. There was no pandemic. No public health emergency. The hospitals were emptier than usual.

The entire scandalous episode, lasting years, was manufactured by named politicians.

If you still think there’s been a new, fast spreading disease which shut down the world and necessitated rushed (fake, dangerous) injections, I don’t know what to say to you.

COVID-19 was arguably the worst public health disaster in history, and as more and more are now realizing, most of that could have been prevented if the medical industry had been less greedy throughout the pandemic and not put profits before people. Because of this, the unconditional trust the industry made enormous investments to create and has relied upon for decades has been shattered (e.g., a large JAMA study of 443,445 American adults found that in April 2020, 71.5% of them trusted doctors and hospitals while in January 2024, only 40.1% did)

Over the last month, I have received a large number of requests to highlight some of the egregious conduct by our healthcare authorities throughout the pandemic. At the time, it did not feel like the correct time to publish it, but now it does (e.g., something can be done about it).

In this article, I would like to focus on a few critical areas that need to exposed as we begin exploring the topic of COVID accountability—one of the key issues the Trump administration and the courts will have to address in the near future.

Journal Racketeering

When RFK Jr. was running for president, he stated he would prioritize addressing the widespread corruption in medical journals (where pharmaceutical companies bribe them to publish favorable literature) by threatening to go after them with racketeering charges unless they divorced themselves from the pharmaceutical industry: (See link for video)

While this has been a longstanding problem, it got far worse during COVID-19 as we repeatedly saw academic journals publish non-sensical studies that were used to shut down any competing COVID-19 therapies (e.g., the Lancet published a study that “proved” hydroxychloroquine was killing people which resulted in a global suspension of hydroxychloroquine trials—but almost immediately, the study was proven to be a hoax as the dataset it claimed to have had many signs of fraud and could have never been obtained, resulting in the Lancet eventually having to retract it). Did you know the CDC planned national quarantine camps that were to be enforced with a ‘vaccine’ passport?

It was undoubtedly planned to be permanent and nationwide if not worldwide. Instead, the scheme had to be dialed back due to the leak that the shot didn’t stop infection or transmission.

People were to be isolated, given only food and some cleaning supplies. They would be banned from participating in any religious services. The plan included contingencies for preventing suicide. There were no provisions made for any legal appeals or even the right to legal counsel.

You would have become a hostage with no rights.

The official document was only removed on about March 26, 2023,

We should all be extremely thankful for those like a Midwestern doctor who have meticulously chronicled the entire COVID debacle for accountability and for posterity. After all, those who don’t know their history are doomed to repeat it.

Regardless of the data or how much the vaccines fail to live up to their promises, the FDA and CDC keep on approving and then mandating the vaccines while insisting they are safe and effective.

The article also highlights the RKI leaks which confirms:

leaders knew the seasonal peak in respiratory illness was on its way out
they knew COVID was less dangerous than the flu and there is no justification to keep children out of school
lockdowns were utterly unnecessary but caused immense harms
they knew there was no point in mass testing of asymptomatic people
there was no justification for giving the gene therapy shots to children
there was never any evidence to support ‘vaccine’ mandates
they knew mask mandates were nonsensical and had the potential to make things worse
courts have started recognizing health agency testimony for government overreach is invalid as internally the agencies did not support what the government was telling them to support
they knew as of Jan. 2021 the AstraZeneca shot caused life-threatening cerebral venous sins thrombosis
they knew testing requirements given to the unvaxxed to enter Germany had no scientific basis and were purely political
they knew COVID tests were highly inaccurate so there was no justification to use them

Unless criminal penalties are put on the individuals in the industry, this behavior will never stop.
