2:00 Robert Kennedy Jr. first got involved with vaccines due to his work concerning clean water. Since mercury is one issue relating to water purity and the fact it gets into fish and then into humans, dots began to connect when a woman with a vaccine injured child approached him & gave him some of the science on vaccines. His interest in environmental law has made him comfortable reading science and he found that there are hundreds of studies showing mercury causes human and animal illness. It’s all on pubmed. And many studies link mercury to Autism.

8:30 There is a huge amount of money from the pharmaceutical companies to the press. He was told that up to 70% of advertising dollars on a non election year can come from pharmaceuticals. There are essentially 6 companies controlling all the media.

10:30 He feels that the idea that children are going to die if they don’t get vaccinated needs to be parsed and explored. He calls this idea a myth.

11:20 CDC is part of the vaccine industry. It’s a captive agency phenomenon. CDC buys and sells over 4 billion in vaccines a year. Both CDC & FDA own vaccine patents and the advisory committees are composed of people who have direct financial ties to vaccines. In 1999 Paul Offit, on the payroll of Merck, sat on the advisory committee of immunization practices and voted to add Rotavirus virus to the schedule, while he had a patent on Rotavirus, and it created an opening for his vaccine which became enormously profitable. He sold it for 186 million 6 years later. He personally made around 29 million from this. This was not illegal under CDC rules. Up to 97% of the folks on the vaccine advisory committee have this sort of conflict of interest.

18:54 Some of these vaccines are brought to market little testing, and certainly not the sort of testing required for other pharmaceuticals (double blind placebo testing over large populations). In 1987, the Vaccine Act created a gold rush in the vaccine business. The profits are huge and there are no consequences for the vaccine industry for injuries.

20:35 The mercury exposure to children has gone from 70 micrograms to 237 micrograms and in 1989, the epidemic in neurological disorders started occuring in children. (ADD, ADHD, tics, necropsy, seizure disorder, anaphylaxis, autism, ASD)

23:18 Autism dramatically exploded. Genes do not cause epidemics, environmental toxins do. The epidemic was across the board except for the unvaccinated populations such as the Amish.

28:30 How can we tell moms not to eat mercury in fish as it causes birth defects, and yet push vaccines? Offit and the CDC states that ethyl mercury (the mercury in vaccines is supposedly is excreted in a week) is not as bad as methyl mercury (from fish and remains in the blood for 54 days) as it is excreted quickly. When Kennedy asked Offit for the studies, the one they use was faulty as the author never showed where the mercury went. It was not excreted in the urine, feces, hair, or nails – where did it go? Is it really being excreted?

31:30 A monkey study revealed that the mercury in vaccines does leave the blood stream quickly, but necroscopy revealed it easily cross the blood brain barrier and was ending up in the brain. A study also showed that the mercury in vaccines is twice as toxic due to its ability to metabolize into organic mercury at twice the rate of the mercury found in fish. When Kennedy spoke to Offit, he backpedaled and stated that a whole mosaic of studies show the safety. When asked to produce them, he never did.

1:29:25  When Wakefield recommended parents opt for single vaccines over multiple ones given at the same time, the UK and Merck in the US made unilateral decisions to disallow this, and Wakefield was told the reason was essentially a business one which was not based on the health of children.

When Thompson graphed things out he found that young black boys had a 236% greater chance of getting autism after receiving the MMR vaccine.

Pharma basically owns the media outlets.  If we want something to change, WE the people have to do it.  Write your representatives and senators, and educate your family and friends.

Suzanne Humphries once pro-vaccine, speaks out about the downsides of vaccines. Humphries has had the chance to study completely unvaccinated children and was amazed at how healthy they were compared to vaccinated children. While they got chicken pox, and some other illnesses, overall, they were much more healthy than vaccinated children.

5:20 First you have to extract a disease from an animal and then pass it through animal or human cells to lessen the disease and then they multiply it. The multipliers are made with cells that are tumoragenic (so they multiply quickly). This stuff ends up in the vaccine causing diseases – such as tumors.

8:30 Formaldehyde and mercury are still in some vaccines. Humphries feels people that want them should be able to have them but that those who don’t want them should have that right.
9: Immunity from vaccines doesn’t last as long as natural immunity. Vaccinated women do not pass on the immunity to their children if vaccinated.
11:15 – Children are getting the chicken pox vaccine (a fairly benign disease) and the result of that is people are getting shingles in later age.
12:25 There is nothing in vaccines that promotes health. It is not holistic nor does it fortify us.
13:10 Mortality for Measles, whooping cough, down 100 percent before vaccinations. Vitamin D, fermented foods, hand washing and other simple things are to attribute with good health.

27:19 Humphries explains she was a respected nephrologist who was never questioned when she discontinued a drug that caused a reaction in a patient. When she questioned vaccine science the S hit the fan. Now, any medical professional that questions vaccines is shunned and considered a quack.

1:03:10 Holland rejects the terms “Pro vaccine” and “anti vaccine.” No one is pro doctor or anti doctor. No one is pro aspirin or anti aspirin. No one would ever frame a dialog like that. But a movement began in the 50’s to eradicate every disease. It is a one-sized fits all approach. Scientific evidence does NOT show vaccines are safe and effective for everyone. The law considers vaccines unavoidably unsafe just like all pharmaceuticals.
1:04:34 The pharmaceutical business is driving this simplistic argument. The government at the federal and state levels, and the medical establishment are all complicit in this as well. All benefit financially. The media is also a player as their advertising dollars come from pharmaceutical companies. Non profits like the Bill and Melissa Gates Foundation aggressively support public health initiatives which include vaccinations.
1:06:50 Government in 1986 decided vaccines were so critical to the interest of public health that they gave nearly blanket liability protection to doctors and pharmaceutical companies. Individuals cannot sue. So the government is complicit in all of this. If you are injured by a vaccine you have to go to the government in Washington D.C. Doctors and pharmaceutical companies don’t have to care about anything. They aren’t liable. This has distorted all dialog on vaccines.
1:10:01 Science on vaccine safety is extremely poor. Congress needs to repeal the 1986 statute for the dialog to go anywhere. Holland feels this will be brought up this fall. The Vaccine market is a 30 billion dollar a year industry and is extremely profitable.
1:12:00 The government is recommending 70 doses of 16 vaccines for children under 18. There’s no science showing safety and is irresponsible.
1:13:20 There is a process individual vaccines go through, but the totality of the circumstances a typical test and law has never been evaluated. In fact a monkey study was not supportive that the vaccine schedule is safe and effective. The monkeys revealed autistic symptoms.

There’s a contradiction. If vaccines are so safe and effective why do doctors and pharmaceutical companies get blanket liability?

1:15:30 Common for the vaccine federal advisory committee to have conflicts of interest. Many receive fees from pharma. A study done 10 years ago has revealed severe conflicts of interest. Some own stock in vaccines. There should be stringent laws against this. The head of the CDC for instance became the director of the vaccine division at Merck. She made all sorts of decisions about vaccines in the CDC. There is only 1 seat on the committee from the public at large.

The CDC was recently given a letter by a lawyer outlining the fact the CDC has been censoring public statements by withholding and editing what people write on its public forum.  Evidently the tactic worked as they just started posting those comments.

In the link in blue above, James Weiler posts an article written by Ms. Mary Holland, a Research Scholar at NYU School of Law who studies vaccine law and policy. She has published a book and several law review articles in this area and is on the advisory boards of several non-profits, which advocate informed consent to vaccines.

Holland cites controversies over the safety and effectiveness of the MMR and MMRX vaccines and that the DHS should not change vaccine information statements until state and federal courts have had a chance to deal with lawsuits relating to Merck scientists who state corporate executives knowingly falsified effectiveness results from the mumps component as well as a CDC scientist recently stated he and his colleagues knowingly manipulated and falsified vaccine safety regarding MMR vaccine correlation with Autism.  Further, Dr. Poul Thorsen, a key CDC scientist on MMR vaccine safety has been indicted on 22 federal felony counts, including wire fraud and money laundering – in an attempt to steal grand money the CDC had awarded to governmental agencies in Denmark for autism research.
