Expert Exposes EMF Protection Scams

It is important to address EMFs in your home and workplace; however, there are many products that are simply worthless. The following article is written by a certified electromagnetic radiation specialist.  I have also corroborated the information with the folks I trust on this topic.  Addressing EMFs requires a truly comprehensive approach starting with hard wiring as many devices as possible and eliminating blue tooth and wifi.  But there’s more you can do ……

EMF Protection Scams: Exposed by Expert

EMF Protection Scams: Exposed by Expert

There’s not a week that goes by when I’m not asked about the many EMF protection scams for sale.

“Which plug-in harmonizer should I buy”…

“Is the sticker on my phone really protecting me?”.

As an electromagnetic radiation specialist trained in electromagnetics and EMR mitigation, every time I’m asked these questions, I feel deeply disappointed.

Why? Well, to understand the complete picture, it requires a bit of explaining. It also goes against a complete fantasy most have in their heads.

EMF scams such as these stickers do nothing to lower exposures.
What a genius idea… Stickers that look like solid gold to magically absorb EMFs!

Just plug it in, problem solved

So what do you want…? You want the ‘one product‘ to solve all your EMF concerns’ – right?. Well, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it simply does not exist.

There is something you can do though, and I’ll tell you in a bit.

Let’s just stop and think for a moment… We’re dealing with physics and radiation traveling at almost the speed of light. So how is a hologram sticker on your phone going to protect you? It’s going to have to defy the laws of physics – that’s how.

With even the most basic knowledge in science and physics, the red flags for many of these EMF scams start popping up – and FAST

Still, millions of dollars are siphoned off each and every year from naive consumers simply believing the claims of those promoting such products.

I need to make this very clear. If someone claims to sell a ‘physical product’ that protects you from all EMFs – they are absolutely LYING to you(See link for article)

Tell Congress: Amend Six Bills That Would Force More Cell Towers Into Our Neighborhoods

Congress is advancing six bills — HR 1343, 1588, 1665, 1681, 1731, and 6046 — that would greatly expand federal control over wireless deployment and limit the ability of local governments to regulate where wireless facilities are installed.

Take Action NowCongress is advancing six bills — HR 1343, 1588, 1665, 1681, 1731, and 6046 — that would greatly expand federal control over wireless deployment and limit the ability of local governments to regulate where wireless facilities are installed.

As written, these bills would make it easier for telecom companies to place cell towers, antennas, and related equipment directly in residential neighborhoods — near homes, schools, and children’s bedrooms — with little local oversight.

We are asking Congress to amend all six bills so they do NOT apply to applications for wireless facilities or to the wired infrastructure used to deploy them.

Without these amendments, the bills would:

  • Fast-track the build out of wireless infrastructure into communities
  • Override local zoning, planning, and safety authority
  • Silence community input
  • Expand federal preemption far beyond what exists today

Local governments are best positioned to protect residents, property values, and community character. These bills must be amended to preserve that authority.

Tell Congress to amend these bills now. Your voice can help stop a nationwide push to force more cell towers into our neighborhoods.

Tell the FCC to Stop Cell Towers In Your Neighborhood

This is a hill to die on. Submit your comments to the FCC before Dec. 31, and urge your local elected officials to push back against unchecked cell tower expansion.

December 4, 2025

Imagine waking up to a giant cell tower right next to your home or child’s school.

If adopted, new rules proposed by the FCC will give the wireless industry dictatorial control of cell towers, giving them the right to place them anywhere and everywhere – and there will be virtually nothing you can do to stop it.

What You Can Do:

  1. Make your voice part of the official record by submitting a clear statement before the end of the year opposing these newly proposed rules. Follow the instructions below.
  2. Alert your local officials (mayors, city council members, zoning and planning board members, as well as any additional officials whom you know personally). and ask them to submit comments on your community’s behalf. Share our sample letter (available in Microsoft WordGoogle Doc, and PDF format) which can be adapted to the particulars of your community.

Suggested Short Comment Text:

I strongly urge you not to adopt the proposed rules or take any of the other contemplated actions set out in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in Docket 25-276, misleadingly titled “Build America: Eliminating Barriers to Wireless Deployments.” This initiative is not about “building America” — it is about stripping away local rights, eliminating public participation, and giving the wireless industry near-total control over the placement of cell towers.

If adopted, these rules would:

* Force automatic approval of towers after 150 days, even if there is strong community opposition.

* Block local governments from requiring independent experts to verify FCC radiation compliance with exposure guidelines, leaving the industry to self-certify.

* Eliminate vital community protections by prohibiting consideration of aesthetics, property values, and historic preservation.

* Undermine property rights by driving down home values without recourse or compensation.

* Silence residents by removing public hearings, conditional and special use permits, and local decision-making.
These rules would allow towers to be placed virtually anywhere, with no say from the people who must live with them. This is unacceptable.

I respectfully call the FCC to reject these rules and preserve the authority of local governments to protect the health, safety, and character of their communities.

How to Submit a Longer Comment

To submit a Standard Filing (more than 2,000 characters):

  1. Write your comment separately and save it as one of these file types: .docx, .doc, .pdf, .xlsx, .xls, .txt, .pptx, .ppt, .rtf
  2. Visit the FCC website, complete the form, and upload your comment file.

This is a hill to die on. Submit your comments to the FCC before Dec. 31, and urge your local elected officials to push back. Take additional action and learn more about how these rules will silence your community and hand total power to telecom giants.

Don’t forget to share this campaign. Send this link to friends, family, and neighbors — the more voices, the stronger our stand.

‘New Phase of Attack’: Children’s Health Defense Tells FCC to Protect People, or ‘Get Out of the Way’

In a motion filed today with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), CHD urged the agency to comply with a 2021 court order to review evidence that radiation at levels currently allowed by the agency harms people, especially children, and the environment. If the agency ignores the motion, CHD is prepared to take the matter back to court.

Children’s Health Defense (CHD) is prepared to take the FCC back to court if the agency doesn’t comply with a 2021 court order directing it to review 11,000 pages of evidence supporting claims that wireless radiation at levels currently allowed by the FCC harms people — especially kids — and the environment.

In a motion filed today with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), CHD urged the agency to collaborate with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to set wireless radiation exposure limits that protect public health.

Miriam Eckenfels, director of CHD’s Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) & Wireless Program, said the motion represents a “new phase of attack” against the FCC for its failure to comply with the 2021 court order.

“The document essentially tells the FCC to either protect people, or get out of the way and let other federal agencies, like HHS, set health and safety limits for wireless radiation exposure,” Eckenfels said.

The filing is important “because before we can go back to the D.C. Court and complain that the FCC hasn’t complied, we have to show that we’ve tried telling the FCC that they need to do what the court asked,” she added.

If the agency still doesn’t comply soon, CHD will be in a position to take the FCC back to court, she said.  (See link for article)

Study Links Surge in Children’s Memory Problems to Wireless Radiation Exposure

Children and teens in Sweden and Norway are experiencing an “alarming” rise in memory problems, according to the authors of a new peer-reviewed study that linked the issue to increased exposure to wireless radiation. “Radiation exposure must be reduced, and people must be informed about the associated health risks,” one of the study’s authors said.

Children and teens in Sweden and Norway are experiencing an “alarming” rise in memory problems, which the authors of a new peer-reviewed study attributed to increased exposure to wireless radiation.

“The steep increase in memory issues cannot be explained by changes in diagnostic criteria or reporting to the registries alone,” Lennart Hardell, M.D., Ph.D., one of the study’s authors, said in a press release. He added:

“We urge our findings on increasing numbers of children having impaired memory to be taken seriously by public health authorities and consider children’s increasing exposure to wireless radiation as a possible cause.

“Thus, we ask for measures aimed at decreasing exposure to RF radiation [radiofrequency radiation] to protect the brain and general health of children.”

The study was published this month in the Archives of Clinical and Biomedical Research.

Hardell, an oncologist and epidemiologist with the Environment and Cancer Research Foundation, has authored more than 350 papers, nearly 60 of which address RF radiation. He is also one of the first researchers to publish reports on the toxicity of Agent Orange.

Hardell and lead study author Mona Nilsson, co-founder and director of the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation, examined national health data in Sweden and Norway and found that the number of medical consultations for memory disturbances in Norwegian children ages 5-19 increased roughly 8.5-fold from 2006 to 2024.

In Sweden, the number of children ages 5-19 diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment — a diagnosis that includes memory problems — increased nearly 60-fold from 2010 to 2024.

“The findings must be taken seriously and evaluated,” Hardell told The Defender. “Action must be taken to reduce children’s overall exposure — especially in schools.”

Nilsson agreed. “These alarming trends must be reversed — radiation exposure must be reduced, and people must be informed about the associated health risks,” she said.

Authors link memory problems to wireless radiation

The authors argued in their report that wireless radiation is a leading cause of memory decline in children.

They cited numerous epidemiological and experimental studies showing that very low levels of RF radiation can negatively affect the brain — particularly the hippocampus, which plays a central role in memory and learning.

“There is abundant evidence [dating back] several decades, both on animals and humans, that RF radiation impairs memory,” Nilsson said. “The trends we are observing coincide closely in time with the sharply increasing exposure of children and adolescents to RF radiation.”

Wireless exposure has escalated in the last decade due to the increasing use of cellphones, wireless headsets, Wi-Fi and 5G, Hardell said.

“Other contributing factors can, of course, not be excluded,” he said. “They must, however, be defined and not based on hypothetical discussion.”

New investigation targets ‘biased’ European report on RF radiation

The new study coincides with the European Ombudsman investigation into how the European Commission handled a key report that found no “moderate or strong” evidence linking adverse health effects to chronic or acute RF radiation exposure from existing wireless technologies.

The European Ombudsman, who “investigates complaints about maladministration by EU [European Union] institutions and bodies,” will question the European Commission on how it chose the experts to write the report, said Sophie Pelletier, president of PRIARTEM/Electrosensibles de France, in an Oct. 22 press release.

The report, called the SCHEER Opinion, was adopted in April 2023 by the European Commission’s Scientific Committee on Health, Environmental and Emerging Risks (SCHEER).

The SCHEER Opinion was “clearly biased,” according to an October 2023 critique published by the Council for Safe Telecommunications in Denmark and the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation.

The investigation stems from a complaint filed by several European nonprofits, including the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation, alleging that the authors of the SCHEER Opinion had conflicts of interest due to industry ties or industry-funded research.

The nonprofits also claimed that the European Commission excluded experts critical of wireless radiation’s possible health effects from the report’s working group and that the report authors ignored peer-reviewed studies showing harmful effects from exposure below current limits.

In the U.S., the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has not updated its RF radiation exposure limits since 1996 and bases them largely on a few small sample studies conducted in the 1970s and 1980s.

The FCC has not yet complied with a 2021 court-ordered mandate to explain how it determined that its current guidelines adequately protect humans and the environment from the harmful effects of RF radiation exposure.
