The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is supposed to protect Americans from the telecom and cable industries.  Instead the agency has catered to these industries for decades (see 1, 2).  Lawsuits have been filed against it for NOT protecting the public from unsafe levels of cell phone and WiFi radiation, 5G on Earth (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), in space (see 1, 2) and also for allowing telecom and cable companies to overcharge Americans for decades.

Earlier this month, a federal court ruled in favor of organizations and petitioners that claim the agency is not adequately protecting the public from harmful wireless exposure.

In an historic decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit judged in favor of environmental health groups and petitioners on Aug. 13, 2021, finding the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) violated the Administrative Procedure Act and failed to respond to comments on environmental harm. The court ruled that the decision by the FCC to retain its 1996 safety limits for human exposure to wireless radiation was “arbitrary and capricious.” and held that the FCC failed to respond to “record evidence that exposure to RF radiation at levels below the Commission’s current limits may cause negative health effects unrelated to cancer.” Further, the agency demonstrated “a complete failure to respond to comments concerning environmental harm caused by RF radiation.”

Consider passing out 5G info flyers at the Worldwide Freedom Demonstration events also taking place the weekend of September 18th & 19th, and/or possibly inviting Freedom Movement people to attend your event, if you feel your community would be open to that. 

5G (and soon to be 6G, if plans proceed) will enable surveillance, tracking, and control societies. Though increasing numbers of people oppose this, there remain some who support the use of technology to control and track citizens “for the greater good of all.” And surprisingly, some people in the Freedom Movement itself are unaware of the connection between 5G and the loss of freedom. 

We all share the same core values of wanting health, privacy, human dignity, and to live within Earth’s bounds. We can find resolution as to how best to achieve these goals only if we stay open and do not default into polarized thinking and camps.

To polarize into one camp or the other serves no one.

This is good news for the public at large, but is particularly beneficial for Lyme/MSIDS patients who often suffer from WiFi and other environmental sensitivities.

Another major clue concerns the highly suspicious work being conducted at Harvard University.  The activation of 5G energy grids amps up the manifestation and severity of Covid symptoms considerably which is why Harvard’s Charles M. Lieber holds the U.S. Patent for using 5G radiation to vibrate corona virus particles from preset nanotubule containers.  The Chair of the Chemistry Department was arrested and indicted in June of 2020.
