Fewer people are testing positive for COVID-19 and those who test positive don’t seem to be getting as sick, a UPMC doctor said Thursday.

“All signs that we have available right now show that this virus is less prevalent than it was weeks ago,” said Dr. Donald Yealy, the chair of emergency medicine at UPMC.

Yealy further said, among people who test positive, “the total amount of the virus the patient has is much less than in the earlier stages of the pandemic.”  (See link for article)

May 24, 2020: Philippe Douste-Blazy, Cardiology MD, Former France Health Minister and 2017 candidate for Director at WHO, former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, reveals that in a recent 2020 Chattam House closed door meeting, both the editors of the Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine stated their concerns about the criminal pressures of BigPharma on their publications.

Things are so bad that it is not science any longer.

Dr. Philippe Douste-Blazy: These are meetings that are completely behind closed doors, only with experts. No one can record, no one is taking any pictures. It’s only between experts.

 Dr. Philippe Douste-Blazy: Top secret. But still. there was a meeting the other day, of the directors of scientific journals, like The Lancet, The New England Journal of Medicine…

Apolline de Malherbe: The Lancet, which is that journal which published this study we are talking about…

Dr. Philippe Douste-Blazy: These are extraordinary journals. When it’s written in Lancet, it’s “written in Lancet”. So that’s why… Here, we’re talking about something very important this discussion that happened. And it ended up leaked: The Lancet’s boss, Horton, said:

“Now we are not going to be able to, basically, if this continues, publish any more clinical research data, because the pharmaceutical companies are so financially powerful today and are able to use such methodologies, as to have us accept papers which are apparently methodologically perfect but which, in reality, manage to conclude what they want to conclude…

Apolline de Malherbe: But what you are telling us is very serious! That would mean that it is the pharmaceutical companies that are putting pressure on, including financial pressure, I guess on the scientific results! But you understand, who can we trust anymore today?

Dr. Philippe Douste-Blazy: Indeed, that’s why I allow myself to tell you about it, because it is one of the greatest subjects… never anyone could have believed. I have been doing research for 20 years in my life. I never thought the boss of The Lancet could say that and the boss of the New England Journal of Medicine too. He even said it was “criminal”, the word was used by them. That is, if you will, when there is an outbreak like the COVID, in reality, there are people… us, we see ‘mortality’, when you are a doctor or yourself, you see ‘suffering’. And there are people who see ‘dollars’, that’s it.

I’ve been writing about this for some time.  Science has been bought out by the highest bidder.  In some cases that’s Bill Gates, or Big Pharma, in other cases it’s even the government – but in any case, it means there’s an unholy alliance driving research. This in turn means studies are designed for a pre-determined outcome. This is nothing new and has been specifically done with Lyme/MSIDS research for decades.  Pretty much the only honest research we have is being done by independent researchers with monies raised by patients or patient advocacy groups.  And thank God for them.

This whistleblower is only stating what many have known for a long time. Please note that it’s mainly retired epidemiologists and doctors who are the ones speaking out against the COVID-19 narrative.  They admit they are able to do this because they do not rely upon government money. Institutions, including our government, are first and foremost businesses with a bottom-line. Public health and truth take a back-seat.

Things desperately need to change.  The “plandemic” we are currently prisoners in is also being driven by this unholy alliance with strings attached to “research.”  This is clearly playing out with HCQ:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/06/01/rebuttal-on-huge-hcq-study-in-lancet/ The only reason this study was retracted is because enough people dug into it to point out the flaws and conflicts of interest. How many other studies have flown under the radar?  We shouldn’t have to watch-dog research – but until something changes, it appears the wave of the future.

Until the Bayh-Dole Act is repealed, our own government, which is entrusted with public health, is allowed to own patents competing with the private sector. MADISON — Marathon County’s government is proposing a new ordinance to deal with COVID-19, including the use of ankle monitors to keep track of virus “violators.”

The Marathon County Board of Supervisor’s Health and Human Services committee last week passed the new COVID-19 “reactive” rules, and the executive committee is scheduled to take it up Thursday.

Marathon County Corporation Counsel Scott Corbett and Health Officer Joan Theurer, R.N., MSN, recently told supervisors that the proposed ordinance is not intended to be a “Safer at Home Order,” a reference to Gov. Tony Evers’ lockdown edict struck down by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. They took great pains to say the ordinance is “targeted directly” to those who have COVID-19 and businesses and organizations that have workers who test positive for the coronavirus. They say it’s more about communication and education than punishment.

But the language, according to Corbett, includes several levels of quarantining, including what would in essence be a countywide lockdown banning “large gatherings.”

Noncompliance, however, comes with some hefty penalties of “not less than $100 not more than $25,000 per violation.” 

While the officials insist that the county doesn’t have the power to create criminal penalties, the ordinance notes the use of “quarantine guards” with police powers. That includes monitoring of violators. One supervisor in particular sounded excited about the prospects of using ankle bracelets because, “that tells where they are if they’re not at home.”

Frieden states ‘contact tracing’ is an art and a science. This is code for it is subjective, which means what seems right to authorities may not seem right to Americans – i.e. freedom vs authoritative health mandates. Starting at about 4:30 he talks about “old fashioned, shoe leather epidemiology’ or going door to door (social workers, returning peace corp workers, basically anyone who doesn’t mind encroaching on other peoples’ liberties).  He talks about trust.  Ironic considering what he was arrested for.

Nobel Prize Winner On The Coronavirus

Nobel Prize Winner Dr Luc Montagnier on the origin of COVID-19.  He, along with numerous other scientists, states the virus has been manipulated and that components of HIV have been inserted into the viral sequence, perhaps in pursuit of an AIDS vaccine.

New York State has been at the epicenter of coronavirus cases and deaths. In response, on May 13, the New York State Bar Association issued a Report of its Health Law Section Task Force on COVID-19. The 84-page report is generally helpful, covering issues of ethics, provider systems and issues, contract management and the workforce.

On the topic of vaccination, however, the report strays from common sense into rank salesmanship, attempting to sell people on the idea of COVID-19 vaccine mandates for every man, woman and child in New York State and the country. This is a shocking recommendation with no mention of safety, informed consent or the right to refuse unwanted medical interventions. No COVID-19 vaccines exist today; the infection rate is declining and may never recur; safety and efficacy are completely unproven for vaccines that don’t exist, and yet this report attempts to sell coercive medicine as a good idea.

The Letter

Dear New York State Bar Association,

Please reconsider the Health Law Task Force Report on COVID-19 that recklessly recommends that all New York State residents must receive mandatory vaccination “when the efficacy of a COVID-19 vaccine has been confirmed.” This recommendation would  violate citizens’ fundamental rights to bodily integrity, free exercise of religion, parental rights, informed consent, the right to refuse unwanted medical treatment and other constitutional rights. Such a mandate would sow distrust and meet overwhelming resistance.

Much has changed in science and law since 1905 when the Supreme Court upheld Massachusetts’s mandate against an epidemic “that imperiled an entire population.” The fatality rate from smallpox was 30%; COVID-19’s is closer to .2%. The Task Force misreads the law, imagining a blank check for states to impose mandates under police powers. But in fact states must meet criteria of necessity, proportionality, harm avoidance and non-discrimination. Precedents require courts to prevent arbitrary and oppressive mandates like the one the Task Force proposes.

NYSBA should adopt a more sensible and cautious approach at its general June 13 meeting. Consent, not coercion, is the only way to ensure public health.
