“According to the lawsuit, for the past 32 years since the passage of the 1986 NCVIA, HHS ignored the above mandate and failed to:
– promote the development of safer childhood vaccines
– ensure improvements in vaccine research & production
– make improvements in adverse event reporting
– make bi-annual reports to Congress on all efforts made towards improvements in the areas listed above
– take seriously its responsibility to protect the safety of American children participating in the vaccine program”  https://www.texansforvaccinechoice.com/online/ican-rfk-jr-call-out-dhhs-for-vaccine-safety-violations/

WHO, CDC & Gates Foundation Defunded Because of Vaccine Fraud

April 24, 2020 ~ C-VINE Vetted for Accuracy
Marc Anthony Boyer

BREAKING NEWS – Government Funding Pulled from Gates Foundation, WHO and CDC (Center for Disease Control).

(U.S. Government lost LANDMARK VACCINE LAWSUIT in 2018.)

Vaccine injury lawyer Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Del Bigtree, producer of the suppressed vaccine documentary,‘VAXXED’ and the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) are credited with this victory.

https://olis.leg.state.or.us/

They demanded the relevant government documents proving that all federally approved vaccines had been tested for quality over the past 32 years — and there were NONE! Zero, zilch, nada!

Here are the huge legal and practical implications in this victory for the American people:

This means that the US Department of Health and Human Services and all vaccine makers have been deceiving the American people for over 30 years about the effectiveness and safety of vaccines. (See link for article)

This is huge and there are huge implications, although please remember the failure of the government to show studies on vaccine safety occurred in 2018. The defunding of WHO happened quite recently due to their handling of COVID-19. For a good read on the WHO and its mismanagement of numerous issues:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/04/14/pulling-back-the-curtain-on-the-who/

As to the vaccine safety issue legal victory:

  • The continued existence of the CDC, the FDA, the IOM, the NIH and the “Health” part of DHHS itself is being questioned.
  • This may threaten the existence of state medical boards and exclusive medical guilds like the AMA.
  • Vaccines have never been tested for quality and have had no proven safety or effectiveness for over 30 years.
  • This case can now be legally cited by all parents mandated they must vaccinate their children for school or any other activity.
  • This case can now be legally cited by all employees forced to vaccinate to keep their jobs.
  • This case can now be legally cited by all those who seek compensation for vaccine injury.
  • All government officials aiding and abetting this vaccine fraud can now be charged with vaccine fraud, criminal malfeasance and even war crimes under the the Nuremberg Code.

Dr. Erickson & Dr. Massihi: COVID-19 Briefing

  • Because of an inordinate focus on COVID-19, people with other critical conditions are not coming in for help due to fear. Meanwhile, doctors from numerous states only have COVID-19 paperwork to do.
  • Dr. Erickson’s testing showed 6.5% in CA were positive for COVID-19
  • The state of CA found 12% have COVID-19, showing it’s far more prevalent than is being reported.  It also shows the more you test, the more positives you get.
  • 0.03% chance of dying from COVID-19 in the state of CA.
  • 96% of those in CA that get COVID-19 recover.
  • Out of 649,000 people tested 39% in New York state test positive for COVID-19.
  • You have a 0.1% chance of dying from COVID-19 in NY.
  • There is a 92% recovery rate of COVID-19 in NY.
  • Never before has the healthy population been quarantined.
  • When you look at mortality, COVID-19 deaths resemble deaths due to the flu.
  • 0.05 chance of dying from COVID-19 in Spain & a 90% chance of recovery without being on a ventilator and without being in a hospital.
  • He compares Sweden (no lockdown) and California & Norway (locked down). He found virtually no difference in death rates.
  • He asks the very pertinent question of whether this data necessitates shutting down the economy.
  • He also speaks to social issues & secondary effects of the effects of COVID-19: Child molestation, spousal abuse, suicide, alcoholism, & depression are all increasing.
  • He then discusses the immune system and the importance of exposing the human body to germs so we can develop antibodies.
  • He states “sheltering in place” is ruining our immune systems.
  • He blames the media for over-reacting and educating people to take measures that are unhealthy for developing the immune system.
  • He also points out the lack of logic in social distancing measures due to how COVID-19 exists on plastics for 3 days, yet people are allowed to go to Lowe’s, Costco, etc. but people aren’t allowed to go to work. For more on this: https://rightandfree.com/news/2020/04/07/the-grand-farce-of-american-social-distancing?
  • He also asks the very important question as to why are doctors being pressured to add COVID-19 to their diagnostic list for deaths.  For more on this: https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/04/11/hospitals-paid-extra-to-list-patients-as-covid19-3x-as-much-if-the-patient-is-on-a-ventilator/
  • Dr. Ericson does not wear a mask.
  • He talks about how there are many bacteria and viruses that help us fight off more virulent pathogens. We all need normal flora we obtain by being exposed – the opposite of “sheltering in place.”

He mentions a Wisconsin ER doctor who completely agrees with him. Hospitals are empty, people are not getting elective medical care out of fear, and the secondary effects of focusing only on COVID-19 are accumulating, and they are serious.

We need to put measures in place so something like this NEVER happens again.

Humor for the day.

You will recognize the well known voice of BBC sports commentator Andrew Cotter. Bereft of any sports to commentate, he has turned his attention to his two labradors Olive and Mabel. Make sure your sound is on.  I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.  I’m still laughing.

Bucky (Go Wisconsin Badgers!), RIP, wants to remind all of you to protect your fur-babies against fleas and ticks. Animals get Lyme disease too, in fact, Bucky was the first to succumb in our family. After testing positive, he was treated for over a month even though he was asymptomatic. Through the years he developed joint issues and finally died of what appeared to be a heart issue. I can’t help but wonder if Lyme was at the bottom of it all.

A Runner’s Guide to Tick Prevention and Removal

As the weather warms up, more outdoor runs means a greater exposure to ticks. Here’s how to prepare.

© SANTIAGO URQUIJOGETTY IMAGES

As the weather warms up, more of us head outdoors and wander off paved roads onto trails or into wooded areas to run. That, unfortunately, means a greater risk of exposure to ticks. While no one wants to deal with ticks, there are a few preventative steps we can take to help avoid tick bites and prevent tick-borne illnesses.

If you do happen to find a tick, there are a few important things you need to know. We talked to tick and infectious disease experts to find out everything from prerun tick prevention, to tick removal, to the signs, symptoms, and treatments of Lyme disease.  (See link for article)

Shame on Dr. Mather for stating  an adult blacklegged tick has to be attached for two days or more to give people a high risk of contracting Lyme disease.  Also, shame on him for perpetuating the “one dose of doxy” myth as a proactive measure.  Mather is a leading expert on ticks but strikes out twice here.

For more on these issues:

Aucott’s statement that Lyme is a “benign” organism is also out of touch.  From everything I’ve learned over the years, I can state that borrelia is one of the most complex organisms known to man. Couple that with the issue of coinfection involvement, and you have an extremely complex disease process.  If it’s so benign, why have we struggled to no avail for over 40 years?  Aucott seems to have completely bought the argument that it’s just our immune system that’s the problem.

Interestingly, after Aucott calls Borrelia “benign” he then goes onto talk about what the CDC has coined “Post treatment Lyme disease syndrome” or PTLDS and that there’s no treatment, no test, and calls it a world class dilemma which is a real biological phenomenon. I thought it was benign?  Again, we are comparing apples to oranges as some, apparently Aucott, believe it’s just our immune systems to blame.

The article also states that 30% don’t get the rash.  That number is not accurate. Depending upon who’s counting, it’s highly variable with anywhere from 25-80% getting it. So many don’t get it that using it for diagnosis is fool-hearty.  If you get it, great – you have Lyme, but if you don’t get it – it means nothing.

The continued myth that only 20% go onto to develop persistent symptoms is also completely inaccurate.  According to this, upto 60% can struggle with continuing symptoms:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2019/02/25/medical-stalemate-what-causes-continuing-symptoms-after-lyme-treatment/

Dr. Donta comes the the rescue by speaking out for patients. He states:

“The National Institutes of Health has not agreed to have further treatment trials.…so it is left to clinicians like myself who in their clinical experience have sorted out what works and what doesn’t work.”

So there you have it.  What little research exists is owned by The Cabal with clear conflicts of interest who control the study parameters for a pre-determined outcome.  Clinicians are forced to muddle through and figure it out the best they can.  What a predicament – that’s been going on for over 40 years and continues to this day. In light of current events, please remember this debacle and how much of science has been bought out – yielding little more than propaganda.

PERSPECTIVE: DOCTORS MISUSING LYME DISEASE SURVEILLANCE CASE DEFINITION

A recent article “Evaluating the Potential Misuse of the Lyme Disease Surveillance Case Definition,” by Perea and colleagues [1] highlights a concern that I have raised in previous blog posts. That is, are doctors incorrectly relying on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) surveillance definition when evaluating and diagnosing patients?

“Many physicians will mistakenly defer to the CDC case definition of Lyme disease in making a diagnosis. These clinicians require that patients meet this strict and narrow criteria in order to be diagnosed with the disease.” [2]

“However, this definition was designed as a surveillance monitoring tool to track the number of Lyme disease cases throughout the country. It was not meant to be used in making a clinical diagnosis.”

Recently, Perea and colleagues surveyed 1,503 family practice physicians, internists, pediatricians, and nurse practitioners on their use of the Lyme disease case definition. Participants were asked the following questions:

“Which one of the following best describes how you diagnose and treat Lyme disease?”

  • Over 60% of those clinicians surveyed reported treating Lyme disease patients.
  • Out of the 927 clinicians treating Lyme disease patients, 20% reported relying on the CDC’s surveillance case definition to guide their decisions.
  • However, out of the 20% of clinicians who said they rely on the case definition, “knowledge of the case definition was limited.”

“Does the case definition include information on diagnosis and management?”

The clinicians who did rely on the CDC’s case definition were asked if the case definition included information on diagnosis and management.

  • “Only 31 (16.4%) answered correctly that it did not.” Hence, the majority believed the CDC’s definition included diagnostic and treatment guidance.

The authors’ findings support the conclusion that there are still doctors who misuse the Lyme disease surveillance case definition. However, they point out that,

“Interpretation of this finding is complicated by evidence that most respondents who reported using the case definition were unfamiliar with its content.”
