Marathon County proposes ankle bracelets for “virus violators”

Empower Wisconsin | June 9, 2020

By M.D. Kittle

MADISON — Marathon County’s government is proposing a new ordinance to deal with COVID-19, including the use of ankle monitors to keep track of virus “violators.”

The Marathon County Board of Supervisor’s Health and Human Services committee last week passed the new COVID-19 “reactive” rules, and the executive committee is scheduled to take it up Thursday.

Marathon County Corporation Counsel Scott Corbett and Health Officer Joan Theurer, R.N., MSN, recently told supervisors that the proposed ordinance is not intended to be a “Safer at Home Order,” a reference to Gov. Tony Evers’ lockdown edict struck down by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. They took great pains to say the ordinance is “targeted directly” to those who have COVID-19 and businesses and organizations that have workers who test positive for the coronavirus. They say it’s more about communication and education than punishment.

But the language, according to Corbett, includes several levels of quarantining, including what would in essence be a countywide lockdown banning “large gatherings.”

Important excerpt:

Noncompliance, however, comes with some hefty penalties of “not less than $100 not more than $25,000 per violation.”

While the officials insist that the county doesn’t have the power to create criminal penalties, the ordinance notes the use of “quarantine guards” with police powers. That includes monitoring of violators. One supervisor in particular sounded excited about the prospects of using ankle bracelets because, “that tells where they are if they’re not at home.”

There’s so many things wrong with this – the first of which they are basing this on testing that is correct half the time:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/05/29/antibody-tests-for-covid-19-wrong-up-to-half-the-time-cdc-says/

Frieden states ‘contact tracing’ is an art and a science. This is code for it is subjective, which means what seems right to authorities may not seem right to Americans – i.e. freedom vs authoritative health mandates. Starting at about 4:30 he talks about “old fashioned, shoe leather epidemiology’ or going door to door (social workers, returning peace corp workers, basically anyone who doesn’t mind encroaching on other peoples’ liberties).  He talks about trust.  Ironic considering what he was arrested for.

Nobel Prize Winner Dr Luc Montagnier on the origin of COVID-19.  He, along with numerous other scientists, states the virus has been manipulated and that components of HIV have been inserted into the viral sequence, perhaps in pursuit of an AIDS vaccine.

He mentions that the U.S. funded the Wuhan lab in China:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/04/14/wuhan-lab-got-3-7-million-from-u-s-government/  Dr. Fauci, head of NIAID and part of the coronavirus task force, is the one who sent U.S. tax payer money to China after a moratorium was given to stop this sort of research. That is called breaking the law and he should be in jail.

Previously, I posted an interview with Dr. Francis Boyle, a former advisory board member for the Council for Responsible Genetics, is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/04/26/sars-cov2-biological-weapon-update-with-professor-boyle-another-must-see-video-showing-fauci-behind-funding-china-to-do-covid-19-research/

He states:

  • SARS-CoV-2 appears to be a benign bat coronavirus modified to integrate spike proteins that allows the virus to enter human cells by attaching to ACE-2 receptors
  • The virus also appears to have been modified to integrate an envelope protein from HIV called GP141, which tends to impair the immune system. A third modification appears to involve nanotechnology, which allows the virus to remain airborne longer

Cellular and molecular microbiologist, Dr. Judy Mikoviz also believes COVID-19 is a product of human manipulation:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/05/04/retroviral-lyme-msids-role-in-covid-19-facemasks-are-immunosuppressive/

She states:

  • COVID-19 — the disease — is not caused by SARS-CoV-2 alone, but rather that it’s the result of a combination of SARS-CoV-2 and XMRVs (human gammaretroviruses)
  • SARS-CoV-2 also appears to have been manipulated to include components of HIV that destroys immune function along with XMRVs

Interestingly, both Dr. Birx and Dr. Redfield (head of CDC) are being investigated for research fraud regarding an AIDS vaccine:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/05/21/redfield-birx-can-they-be-trusted-with-covid/

Dr. Fauci has a long list of infractions as well including accepting money from the Clinton and Gates Foundations and sitting on the Gates Vaccine board:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/05/12/shedding-light-on-the-dishonorable-record-of-dr-fauci-a-real-mengele/

The triad of Fauci, Redfield, and Birx hold the future of public health and the entire world economy in their hands. They are historically interconnected. Flawed antibody tests go all the way back to HIV and continue today under the direction of the triad.

NYSBA Click to Take Action

ATTN: Medical Freedom Lovers Everywhere!

Regardless of where you live, you can help!

New York State has been at the epicenter of coronavirus cases and deaths. In response, on May 13, the New York State Bar Association issued a Report of its Health Law Section Task Force on COVID-19. The 84-page report is generally helpful, covering issues of ethics, provider systems and issues, contract management and the workforce.

On the topic of vaccination, however, the report strays from common sense into rank salesmanship, attempting to sell people on the idea of COVID-19 vaccine mandates for every man, woman and child in New York State and the country. This is a shocking recommendation with no mention of safety, informed consent or the right to refuse unwanted medical interventions. No COVID-19 vaccines exist today; the infection rate is declining and may never recur; safety and efficacy are completely unproven for vaccines that don’t exist, and yet this report attempts to sell coercive medicine as a good idea.

TAKE ACTION! Please do any or all!

  1. Send an email to the New York State Bar Association telling them what you think. Feel free to copy and paste the letter below. pmcdevitt@nysba.org
  2. Sign CHD’s petition to let NYSBA know that you oppose coercive vaccine mandates. The petition will be hand-delivered by Mary Holland, CHD’s Vice Chair and General Counsel when she speaks before the New York Bar Association, Saturday, June 13, 2020.
  3. Come to Albany this Saturday, June 13. The New York Bar Association (NYSBA), a highly influential group of lawyers, will hold a vote of their delegates on recommending forced COVID-19 vaccination for everyone in New York. Activists will gather at the NYSBA in Albany, then march to other nearby destinations. Address: New York State Bar Association, 1 Elk Street, Albany, NY. June 13th, beginning at 8:30 am.

The Letter

Dear New York State Bar Association,

Please reconsider the Health Law Task Force Report on COVID-19 that recklessly recommends that all New York State residents must receive mandatory vaccination “when the efficacy of a COVID-19 vaccine has been confirmed.” This recommendation would  violate citizens’ fundamental rights to bodily integrity, free exercise of religion, parental rights, informed consent, the right to refuse unwanted medical treatment and other constitutional rights. Such a mandate would sow distrust and meet overwhelming resistance.

Much has changed in science and law since 1905 when the Supreme Court upheld Massachusetts’s mandate against an epidemic “that imperiled an entire population.” The fatality rate from smallpox was 30%; COVID-19’s is closer to .2%. The Task Force misreads the law, imagining a blank check for states to impose mandates under police powers. But in fact states must meet criteria of necessity, proportionality, harm avoidance and non-discrimination. Precedents require courts to prevent arbitrary and oppressive mandates like the one the Task Force proposes.

NYSBA should adopt a more sensible and cautious approach at its general June 13 meeting. Consent, not coercion, is the only way to ensure public health.

Sincerely,

” Your Signature “

The ILADS Clinical Guidelines Committee submitted this response to the British Medical Journal on behalf of ILADS:
June 10, 2020
Dear Editor,

As authors of the International Lyme and Associated Disease (ILADS) guidelines, which address the usefulness of antibiotic prophylaxis for known tick bites, the effectiveness of erythema migrans (EM) treatment and the role of antibiotic retreatment in patients with persistent manifestations of Lyme disease,[1] we are appreciative that Kullberg et al included our recommendations in their State of the Art Review in the British Medical Journal.[2] However, their assertions regarding the credibility of our guidelines cannot go unchallenged.

We encourage readers to study ILADS guidelines and render their own judgment regarding their validity. The guidelines were transparently produced under the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluations (GRADE) system and conform to the National Academy of Medicine standards for trustworthy guidelines and until its recent demise were listed on the National Guidelines Clearinghouse. They were rigorously peer-reviewed and published in a journal not controlled by our medical society. Although faulted by some for making treatment recommendations on low or very low- quality evidence,[3] we utilized the same trial evidence as the IDSA[4] but reached different conclusions regarding the strength of that evidence. In our view, their inflation of the strength of the evidence cannot be supported. We are not outliers in determining that the evidence quality was low or very low; other GRADE-based assessments, including the exquisitely detailed National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) assessments and another by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) epidemiologists also found that the evidence was of low or very low quality.[5,6]

The low quality of evidence reflects the existing evidence base in Lyme disease, which is inadequate. Despite the high incidence and severity of Lyme disease, little research has been done regarding treatment of those with persistent manifestations of Lyme disease. The result has been a stagnant research environment— in the US, only three grants have been funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to assess treatment response in patients who remained ill after a short course of antibiotics—the last was funded over 20 years ago.

In the absence of accurate diagnostic testing for patients with persistent manifestations of Lyme disease, the caution regarding the potential of diagnostic anchoring bias is not unfounded. Given the exclusion of some pertinent evidence and a one-dimensional discussion of other evidence regarding persistent infection and the utility of antibiotic retreatment, we are concerned that the authors have fostered the potential for confirmation bias. Specifically, Kullberg et al fail to inform readers regarding the growing body of evidence that documents, via positive culture and/or PCR, persistent infection in humans following antibiotic therapy, evidence which is discussed in detail in ILADS’ paper on chronic Lyme disease.[7] They failed to acknowledge recent research findings such as the National Institutes of Health xenodiagnostic study[8] or the work of Feng et al, which now includes a mouse model of persistent infection, suggesting the need for antibiotic combination therapy,[9-11] that would have helped physicians in their decision making.

The value of antibiotic retreatment has been demonstrated in EM trials conducted in Europe and the US,[12-17] in the Logigian studies of chronic Lyme disease and Lyme encephalopathy,[18,19] and the randomized controlled trials of antibiotic retreatment by Krupp and Fallon.[20,21] Although the authors’ discussion mirrors others’ beliefs regarding the US retreatment trials,[4] we think it was incomplete and potentially deceptive. These trials relied on average treatment effects, employed small samples (ranging from 37-129), and excluded over 89% of patients who sought to enroll.[20-22] Additional issues of trial design and the interpretation of the results have been highlighted by others.[23,24] As a result, the trials’ findings and conclusions are not generalizable to most patients seen clinically, and are too small for subgroup analysis which would permit more targeted treatment approaches. While it is true that neither Krupp nor Fallon made a generalized recommendation for IV ceftriaxone in this patient population, both found the improvement in fatigue encouraging and recommended additional studies of less expensive and invasive therapies.[20,21] Furthermore, in a subsequent paper, Fallon supported the use of antibiotic retreatment on a case-by-case basis.[24]

Evidence-based medicine is defined as “the integration of best research evidence with clinical expertise and patient values”.[25] In the absence of high-quality evidence, evidence-based medicine holds that therapeutic decisions should strongly consider clinician expertise and patient values.[25] The National Academy of Medicine (NAM) reaffirms the role of clinical judgment and patient preferences, as does the widely used evidence assessment scheme, GRADE.[26,27] As NAM notes, conflicting guidelines most often arise when evidence is weak, organizations use different assessment schemes, or when evidence developers place different values on the benefits and harms of intervention.[27]

Such is the case here. Using the same evidence base, the IDSA overstates the quality of the evidence and based on its values provides no care for patients who remain ill. ILADS recognizes the heterogeneity of patients’ prior treatment history, ongoing manifestations, comorbidities and therapeutic responses as well as the heterogeneity of their values and goals.[1] ILADS and NICE guidelines share concerns about the limitations of the current testing, the low quality of evidence, and recognize the role of clinical judgment when assessing whether to treat or to continue treatment.[1,5] The ILADS guidelines encourage clinicians to individualize care by engaging in shared decision-making with their patients and to closely monitor patients during retreatment, adjusting therapies when necessary.[1] Perhaps this is why only 6% of US patients with persistent Lyme disease report being treated by IDSA clinicians,[28] with the rest choosing to be treated by clinicians who are more willing to provide further treatment utilizing innovative approaches.

Nursing Homes Shocked at ‘Insanely Wrong’ CMS Data on COVID-19

— One facility supposedly had eight coronavirus deaths for each bed
A female physician holding her laptop and making a thumbs down gesture

When the administrator of the Saugus Rehab and Nursing Center in Saugus, Massachusetts, heard that a new Medicare website reported her facility had 794 confirmed cases of COVID-19 — the second highest in the country — and 281 cases among staff, she gasped.

“Oh my God. Where are they getting those numbers from?” said Josephine Ajayi. “That doesn’t make any sense.”

Those weren’t the numbers that her facility reported to the CDC’s National Healthcare Safety Network, under new rules from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), she said. (Please see link for article)

Misinformation From CDC and Other Agencies

Dr. Pam Popper reads a letter from a colleague working in a hot-spot who states that although he’s treated hundreds with COVID, not ONE has died. This colleague is part of a franchise with two dozen other facilities whom have seen a total of three deaths. He states they’ve used five different tests, all of which have serious defects, many recalled, contaminated, and inaccurate.  Regarding testing, the colleague stated,

“I’m confident that the new ones like the old ones that we used are complete crap.”

The colleague then goes on to state that successful treatments like azithromycin, HCQ, vitamin D, ultraviolet phototherapy, etc. is openly denied and labeled as dangerous, while dangerous steroid drugs, remdesivir, and ventilation seem to be accepted as “best practices” and continued at all costs.  The colleague then goes on to say practitioners understand that financial incentives control what will be used and not used for patient care.  An expensive and useless drug will actually reach prime markets.

She discusses Neil Ferguson’s failed model:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/03/28/epidemiologist-behind-highly-cited-coronavirus-model-drastically-downgrades-projection/

She also touches upon the way COVID-19 deaths are counted:  https://madisonarealymesupportgroup.com/2020/04/11/hospitals-paid-extra-to-list-patients-as-covid19-3x-as-much-if-the-patient-is-on-a-ventilator/

The CDC, just like the WHO waffles back and forth on everything.  Recently, the CDC stated that singing in a church choir was a “super spreader” of the virus.  They later retracted that but Popper states the damage has already been done, scaring people into submission.

Popper states we need to stand up to this and sing anyway.  I couldn’t agree more.

She goes through percentages of asymptomatic cases, which are many.  Mainstream media didn’t cover this at all.

  • Diamond Princess: 72%
  • USS Theodore Roosevelt:  60%
  • Tennessee prison: 98%
  • Pregnant women in labor: 79%
  • Meat packing plant in Missouri: 100%
  • Boston homeless population: 87.8%
The CDC has ratcheted the COVID-19 death projection down to about what it is for the seasonal flu, yet we are still prisoners.

Yet, despite this, CDC directives for schools:

  • ONE teacher is going to teach all subjects in one room to all the students.
  • If you are over the age of 2 you have to wear a face-mask.
  • Can’t share equipment
  • Desks have to be 6 feet apart
  • Stagger arrival and departure times
  • Seat 1 child per row and skip rows where possible on buses.
  • Tape on the floor and signs on walls to keep everyone apart.
  • No dining halls, no recesses.
  • Popper states all of this is insane.  I agree.  Time to homeschool. We are going to raise an entire generation of germaphobes if these directives are followed.

Another perfect example of how COVID-19 numbers should be taken with a grain of salt.  Testing is right half the time, hospitals are pressured into calling everything “death by COVID’ and now there is wildly inaccurate nursing home data.  This is becoming a comedy of errors. Too bad lives are at stake.

Another senior center in Oklahoma with only 95 beds supposedly had 339 COVID-19 deaths, but no confirmed or suspected cases.  Well, that IS a magic trick.

Important excerpt:

After a download of the data, a quick sort of the columns easily reveals extreme totals in various categories. But no one called those nursing homes before the data were released to doublecheck, for example, when 100-bed Smith Village in Chicago was shown to have 1,105 confirmed COVID-19 cases among residents and 955 confirmed COVID-19 cases among staff, the most in the country.

Combing through details for accuracy appears to be a unwanted task right now.
