It used to be safe to assume your doctor’s visit was a completely private affair between you and your physician. This is changing with ambient artificial intelligence, a new technology that listens to your conversation and processes information. Think Amazon’s Alexa, but in your doctor’s office. An early use case is ambient AI scribing: it listens, then writes a clinical note summarizing your visit. Clinical notes are used to communicate diagnostic and treatment plans within electronic health records, and as a basis to generate your bill.

A recent report in NEJM Catalyst described the deployment of ambient AI in The Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser’s Northern California physician group. Since October 2023, ambient AI scribes were used by more than 3,400 doctors in more than 300,000 encounters.

The past three years have exposed a bold, diabolical plan to bag, tag, and control everyone on planet earth through digitization.  Those behind this bold plan know that everyone likes convenience and convenience will be the dangling carrot that takes away our freedoms if we aren’t diligent.

This convenient, data recording and collecting has already been hacked repeatedly with patient records being accessed and stolen without a warrant.

According to a large study, ignored by mainstream media, countless opinion polls have been looked at to determine if what is being legislated is truly the will of the voters and found that the US is not a democracy but an oligarchy in which a powerful few are making the decisions. This is clearly seen with Lyme/MSIDS as global research, independent doctors, researchers, and even patients have been completely ignored, eliminated and gaslit for decades.  We are also witnessing a fraudulent scientific study epidemic, and can no longer blindly trust medicine, ‘science’ or ‘public health.’

And now, it appears we must be extremely careful of what we say in our own doctor’s office.
