Then it sat. On October 15, according to the official record at Congress.gov, Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky added his name. He is still the only one.

A 2010 plan to watch mothers who asked questions about vaccines. A 2012 forward to Jeffrey Epstein asking for his idea about those mothers. A label that followed me for a decade. All of it is in the record now.

Picture a mother at a kitchen table in 2010. Her son has a fever after his shots, and she types a question into a search box: Is this normal?

That same year, in a report commissioned by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, consultants proposed a system to catch her question. They called it a “vaccine rumor surveillance system.” It appears on page 17. On the same page, the same report concedes “real and suspected adverse events following immunization.”

Real. Their word. The question the mother asked was legitimate, and they knew it. The system was for her anyway.

I know this because the report is in the Epstein files.

She was not the first

The mother at that table in 2010 had a long line of women behind her.

In the 1950s and 60s, the leading theory of autism blamed the mother. “Refrigerator mothers,” the experts called them: cold women who had frozen their children into silence. It took decades to retire that idea, and no one apologized for it.

Their daughters became the mothers of the 1990s and 2000s who watched a talking, laughing child go quiet after a round of shots, said so, and were told they had imagined the child they remembered. They were called hysterical, then anti-science, then dangerous. The one thing they were almost never called was witnesses.

The system they reported to was built not to hear them. In 1986, Congress shielded vaccine makers from most lawsuits and created a no-fault compensation program in their place; in 2011 the Supreme Court confirmed that the courthouse door stays shut. The program’s own reporting system, VAERS, is voluntary, and a federally funded Harvard study in 2010 found it captures fewer than one percent of adverse events. In 2008 the government quietly conceded one child’s case, Hannah Poling’s, agreeing that vaccines had aggravated an underlying disorder and produced “features of autism.” The next year, in a single omnibus proceeding, it turned away roughly five thousand families at once.

So when a mother said, “I saw my child regress,” here is what she had: no lawsuit, a reporting system that recorded almost nothing, a compensation program that had admitted one case and shut the door on thousands, and a public conversation that treated her memory as misinformation.

That is the history on page 17 of the Gates Foundation’s 2010 report. Its authors conceded that some adverse events after immunization are “real.” They proposed watching the mothers anyway. (See link for article)

The ‘vaccine’ injured have faced the same persecution as those in Lymeland. The system it is all built upon was never created to truly help patients, which are gaslit, blamed, and harassed.

And on July 9, 2017, he [Epstein] wrote to Bill Gates proposing that philanthropists be “orgazanized to decide a shadow governmental grants structure.”

Ji points out that a ‘shadow governmental grants structure’ decides which research is funded, which health programs run and where, and which questions count as science and which count as misinformation. This shadow group usurps governmental decisions made in public, under oath, and subject to a vote.

It’s quite easy to see how Lymeland and ‘vaccines‘ have remained in their current state for decades, and it completely explains COVID madness. The structure remains in place, primed and ready for the next fiasco created by these ‘philanthropists’ that are ‘organized to decide a shadow governmental grants structure.’ Government is captured, science is captured, media is captured, mainstream medicine and professional organizations are captured, and so many remain clueless to this takeover.

Go to justice.gov/epstein. Type EFTA00702570. Read the note about “Mother’s Army.” Then type EFTA01041100 and read the word “shadow” in Epstein’s own hand. Then decide who was spreading rumors.
